Francis Lewis: The food is really good, and the service is good, but that's where it ends. Expect to pay an extra $1.49 for every tiny thing that makes a meal. 2 adult meals + 1 grilled cheese sandwich cost $58 😱 I pay that much for our little family (including a tip) at an upscale place, which this definitely is not. It is also the most I've spent on Mediterranean food out of anywhere I've been, including Seattle at a very nice place.The signage is not sufficient to say that you'll be 1.50'd for every little thing. The food was good, but for that price, we will not be back.

Nadeen West: Tabooli on Waverly has the best mediterranean cuisine in Lansing, the staff is extremely kind and generous. The falafel is fried fresh and the beef shawarma is a family favorite. We will be back again and again.

Robert Herzing: The food is pretty sub-par, but it's decent. The falafel is really oily and kind of burnt, yet underdone on the inside. The rice is pretty bland, but tender. The service is really good and the employees are very friendly. If you're in the mood for Mediterranean, but don't have a lot of time, this might work.

C M: Among the best, if not the best, Middle Eastern restaurant in EL. I recommend their catering above anything else as their dine in experience and catering are vastly different. The staff are also very kind and attentive. Their eggplant salad, babagnoush, Burgulr, & Lamb Shank are a must-try. Cheese cake is always a pleasure to have.

They had a ton of mobile orders they had to deal with.I had Chicken Schwarma lunch which comes with salad, rice, chicken, hummus, and pita. Oddly, the pita was the bagged kind you can buy at the store, nothing special. I also had falafel.The food was pretty good, but not amazing. I liked it, but the chicken was a bit dry. Everything else was pretty good. The hummus was really good.Quick service. Decent food. Decent portions. Friendly staff. I will go back.

Edrees: As someone who has lived in Michigan for a while and has sampled Mediterranean cuisine from various cities like Detroit, Dearborn, Troy, and others, I must say that this particular establishment is overrated. The lamb lacks any discernible taste despite its tenderness, and the chicken also lacks flavor. When it comes to prices, Sahara in Sterling Heights offers better value for money, and their food is superior, especially if you don't mind dining at a chain restaurant. However, if you're looking for a local restaurant that provides a more satisfying experience, I highly recommend trying Tabooli. If you're seeking a diluted version of Mediterranean cuisine, this place might suit you.

Hoorain Shaikh: It used to be our go to place but today was terrible. The order was for dine in and she put it for to go also i waited like more than an hour for food and drinks. Everyone who came after me got their orders and we were just sitting there. When i went to talk to the person they were looking at me and ignoring me as well. When i asked for the manager she said he is not there. What kind of place this has become. It was our anniversary dinner that they spoiled. Thank you you lost one of your loyal customer.
Jawad Vaid: Food is great. Ordering via EatStreet service is terrible. We ordered and came to pick up and they didn't prepare our food. La Marsa staff blamed EatStreet and didn't process the order because it had baba ghanoush which they don't serve. If you don't serve it why is it on the online menu? When asked why we weren't called about the issue staff said EatStreet didn't provide the number. Why use a terrible ordering service? Again food is great but if you can't order it and get it when you need it, what's the point?
Krystina Thompson: Coming from someone who has driven back to Brighton for the last 5 years for LaMarsa, it pains me to say that we will have to continue to make that drive. First of all, it's a limited menu in East Lansing compared to the actual full restaurant. Knowing that, I still placed an order, only to be severely disappointed. For starters, what is this flat and tasteless pita they have here? The Brighton location has amazing pita cooked in a wood-fire oven that puffs up nicely and tastes so good! So while you may save my waistline with this sub-par pita, it requires extra hummus and garlic sauce to make it edible, so maybe not. The hummus and garlic sauce are good though. Also good is the fattoush salad with the shish tawook chicken....although the portion sizes are not as good. The regular sized salad is the same size as the small salad in Brighton. The crushed lentil soup has good flavor, but it's runny....not thicker like in Brighton. So overall, save your money and let your taste buds salivate on a road trip to Brighton! Also, my original takeout order did not include the 2 bowls of lentil soup that I paid for. I turned around to get the soup and they hadn't even made it for my order and forgotten to give it to me. I still had to wait for them to make it. So it took 45min and 2 trips to the restaurant for them to fulfill an order of a salad with chicken and soup. Just absurd.
John Nevin: Love La Marsa! Our favorite is the full order of deboned chicken. Hummus is among the best in the area. And can't forget the garlic sauce.
J.: The *best* Mediterranean food I've found in Lansing! Chicken is flavorful, lentil soup is perfect, rice with almonds is *chefs kiss*, and really good salads/dressing.My only complaint is the portion size of the grilled vegetables side. The first time I ordered, they forgot it completely and the second time, I only get a slice or two of pepper and a small chunk of onion. Pretty disappointing.

M Nikolovski: Excellent Middle Eastern food inside food court.Many vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options. Sacha Marie: Don’t order the Gyro. You will be very disappointed. Gyro meat comes from a container that they re heat on the grill. Paired with fattoush and sauce. I asked for tzatziki and was given garlic paste. When I took it back to the counter he told me they were the same thing. Save your money give it to someone who can at least talk to you when you’re paying instead of talking on their headphones.

JR Arteaga: Worker who took the order was super rude. Kept asking something while turning away so it was hard to hear and got annoyed when I asked what he said. My order was NOT at all what I ordered. I ordered a gyro but the photo is what I got. Not even similar to a gyro- no bread or anything. The rice (why was there even rice?) was gross, similar to a microwave one. And then the worker forgot the pita bread and any utensils! Horrible experience. Only giving a 2 because the meat itself wasn’t horrible. Not worth the $17 I spent.

Jakup Abedin: This is the first restaurant out of 4 others at this food court. Thats saying a lot since the mall looked pretty dead for a Friday. I spoke with the owner and he was pretty friendly. I asked him where he was from and he told me Jordan. As soon as I heard that -my expectations rose a little bit thinking that this might be a little more authentic and taste better.I ordered Doner Kebab over Rice, Hummus and Salad. It came with Pita bread and I ordered a few sides. Gyro and Spinach Pie. Lindsay Adams: This restaurant has been a favorite for years! Sadly, we moved to NC 2 years ago but we always make sure to visit on our trips home (3x this week), the food is delicious! My daughter is a VERY picky eater and this is her staple meal, she has been enjoying the chicken shawarma since she was in her stroller. The owner is so nice and always makes sure the customer is happy.

Theresa Duckett: I had a very delicious chicken shawarma wrap today--quite possibly the best I've ever had. Actually, it was definitely the best I've ever had. It was fresh, hot, moist, and was seasoned just perfectly. The owner, who appears to run the restaurant by himself, is very pleasant and friendly as well. Now, I will say that this place is mostly a hit, but it can be a miss at times (my chicken was a bit dry a previous time), but I think a lot of that has to do with the low amount of traffic this place sees . I very rarely see anyone ordering which is a shame. I wish more people would venture over to this place and give this restaurant a chance, as it's very tasty and a much healthier option than many of the other more popular options in the food court.

Was established in 2010 and is one of the few restaurants in the mall food court still standing! Sorry I didn’t try it sooner! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Samiha Bandeally: Food quantity in a veggie platter is not really filling, for $10 I think they can do better especially in comparison to practically any other Mediterranean restaurant. The food quality is good but if you go with family they will only give you one fork, for the whole family, then they treat napkins like gold, you will only get one for the whole family.
