JEB 1: An absolute waste of an hour of my life. They do not take appointments online, which I tried to book, for blood testing. However, I watched 10 people go in before me for TSA pre-check testing over the course of almost an hour, and the staff said nothing and let me sit there. When I asked the staff how much longer it would take, I was informed that “another round of appointments was coming up” so I would have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. Absolutely not. My time is valuable, so I left. This place needs to take a good hard look at their SOP in terms of managing walk-ins and respecting customers’ time. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This facility being located in a seedy old strip mall should’ve been my first clue.

Jason Stahl: I have called this place four times and no call back. In the message I told them I need a paternity date done for the courts, with time limits and still no call back.

Chris Bellinger: I've been coming here for a few years and honestly it used to be pretty bad. Long waits, technicians that didn't know the lab codes, etc. But in the last year they've gotten a lot better. Antoinette has been my tech for the majority of my draws and she is fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person. ARCpoint, if you're reading this, make sure you take care of her, she's the best!

Laura Antonius: I’ve been here a few times for pre-employment drug screens and the employees are always efficient and professional.

Madison Bach: Had to have a drug screening done for a new job. Took me a few tries to have enough urine for the sample. While sitting in the waiting room, I could hear the girls behind the glass window talking about me and saying I should have better things to do with my time than sit there and wait. And that if they were me they would have been sure to drink more water before hand. I have a nervous bladder and did not want to sit there but there is a 30 minute required wait between each try. Hearing them talk about me made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Willington Bagaga: A Pretty quick stop. The staff was friendly and professional, Although I will never stop finding it weird and almost embarrassed to hand my pee to another human being I don't really know at all, It's just wired. But that's just me, they do a great job

How would you feel if you had to handle people's piss (prolly mostly drug addicts n prolly the ones on here complaining) all day. Give em a break if they seem in a bad mood! Heather Hoffman: Waste of time, very unprofessional. I've never heard of releasing personal results to a drug screening to someone's ex. I didn't sign a release for him to have my results. But the very unprofessional girl working there told me the results go to my ex because he paid for the test. Mind you I said he had to pay for it because he wanted to see if I'm on drugs. So in good faith in went to take the 1700$ test but I'll be darned if I will send him my personal specimen results to anything. This place is a joke! I'd highly recommend going to Pat's instead.

Melanie Royle: The process was supper quick. I signed in and about a half an hour later I got in. The kind phlebotomist was very fast and she found a good vein on the first try. I recommend this lab when you want your blood drawn.

Jean Schaberg: Yes I’ve waited 2 hours but I’ve also waited 2 minutes. My 7 year old had to have his blood drawn as a baby sometimes multiple times a week. These skilled technicians were the only ones who could draw it without poking him 4-8 times. I will never go anywhere else!!I understand waiting is frustrating but these awesome phlebotomist’s work hard and deal with a lot. They should know how much they are appreciated!!

Holly Adams: I was taken back to have my blood drawn in a really timely fashion. Check in was really simple. Lorraina drew my blood and she was fantastic. Nothing but super polite and she made me really comfortable! I would love to have her again.

Had To Go There Twice To Get My Pre-Op Blood-Work Done....Which My Surgery Ended-Up Getting Post-Poned! Not Because Of The Blood-Work, But Because Of/At Another One Of My Specialist's ReQuest! Was Post-Poned For My Other Medical Tests, Which Are Coming-Up In March! My Surgery Got ReScheduled For Mid May!Sparrow Medical Group Urology Is AWESOME! Dr. Jamie Bartley & Her Staff Are All AWESOME, Professional, Caring, & Thourough & I Give Them 5☆'s! They Have Been VERY Good @ Answering ALL My Questions & Messages (In Sparrow MyChart)!

John Patrick Peters: Didn’t run half of the tests my dr. Ordered. No reason, they just forgot or didn’t care enough to pay attention. Then put me even further on the back burner and told me it would still be a few days out. I won’t use them again.

Chris Barcelon: Has only been busy a few times before. Otherwise, the wait times are fine or we go to another nearby lab.

Johnny Cats: My doctor sent a referral to Sparrow Labs for a CT scan in November 2022. It is now the end of January 2023. Never got a call from Sparrow to set up the appointment, they never referred it back to my doctor's office. The largest health system in the city and they literally cannot be bothered to do their job. Unbelievable. They probably just threw the referral away out of sheer laziness.
