rcj llc19: I worked with Tim Banfield for a complete yard design after building a new home. Having moved from a home with an established yard, I asked that correct spacing for trees and shrubs at their maturity be prioritized in his recommendations. Tim assured me repeatedly that he always spaced plantings with the mature plant size in mind. However, within two to three years of completing our expensive yard, we realized that plants had outgrown the space and we needed to them completely. This included 3 blue spruces he planted in a grouping in the front yard as well a number of shrubs that were planted too close the house. In addition, while his team was implementing his design, he angrily accused us of mishandling and being at fault for plants dying which he had delivered but had not planted that we were unaware of. His bill was nearly $40,000 (this did not include any hardscaping; just design, plants and labor). More than the miss-spacing of plants, it was this lack of professionalism and rudeness that was the most upsetting. Even though I have put in new yards since then, I chose not to work with him again.

Nicole Dumond: Irrigation management is great. Always in contact about turn on/winterization and show up when they say they will. They let us know about an issue and fixed it in a timely fashion.Can't say the same for landscaping, however. We were given the impression certain follow up services were included with our lawn installation but we could not get the company to follow through. We understand there was a delay with this year's shut down, but they said they would show up and never did after multiple attempted contacts via email, text, and phone. It was also upsetting to see them working on a different new project in our neighborhood given their lack of follow up with us. We will have to redo much of the lawn ourselves which is a bummer considering the costs we've already incurred.Would recommend for irrigation only.

Emrys: Giving them a few stars because they do show up and plow, but the problem is they plow whenever there are a few snowflakes on the ground and charge each time. If snow is forecasted they come and plow before the snowfall has gotten started, and then plow again the next day so they can charge you twice. They're a massive ripoff. There's been maybe one day this entire winter that actually needed plowing, yet here we are with a huge bill.

This crew does a very nice job at scraping the pavement and clearing the entrances/exits, and making sure not the block in doorways. The seem to have all the equipment for taking care of the snow.

They were also completely responsive to any request we made. Before they started, Jerre presented us with design print with all of the proposed plants identified and accompanying pictures of each plant. He made the adjustments we asked for and added some good suggestions. Once the work began, Jerre kept us informed every step of the way. If you are looking to redo your old tired landscaping, as we were or if you are starting from scratch, we would highly recommend All Terra Landscape Services. I should also mention that their pricing was very reasonable for the high quality that they provide. I am a retired construction manager so I recognize the difference between good and not so good contractors. I have no reservations in affirming that All Terra is one of the good ones.
