Edith Farrell: Was horriable for one they said spin zone was open then we paid then I said could you guys have someone over there then they said sorry it’s closed I then said plz give our money back as it’s what we wanted to ride they straight up refused said can’t refund specials so we were stuck here then checked out cards one said 320 one said 423 one said 215 we couldn’t decide what we want so went back to playing then they said that two cards have zero rotten place

Jazmine Maldonado: My son and I met a friend at zap zone and one worker was not nice ,didn't help them get on any attractions nor buckle them in even after I asked for help he just strugged his shoulders and stayed on his phone! Kept rolling his eyes and saying stuff u under his breath jus because he is one of the managers family doesn't mean he should b privileged. He is not cut out for this work.but on that note we had to have another worker young lady Mya come help twice she was very nice and we had a great experience with her also excellent customer service. James Wertz: Fun place. Got Laser tag and video games. Food and drinks. Took kiddo for his birthday he had blast. Food was ok not the greatest. Got a 2 hour fun pass.

Lantz Robinson: Laser tag, mid tier mini golf, and an arcade. You're going to deal with very young staff that is either overly enthusiastic to help you or apathetic to a fault. Don't bother with the build a bear.

Katie Boden: We were in town for a horse show. Looking for fun things to do with our daughter. The amount of things they offer here is amazing. We did a breakout room, bumper cars, arcade. We didn't even have time to bowl or play volleyball. The arcade was clean and had SO many cool options to play. Very well done.

Marie Reeder: I don't do reviews usually, but I wanted to share my experience. The customer service that my family received today was phenomenal. The man who ran the register to get us the lane, the man who was serving drinks and food and the woman who redeemed tickets were all amazing. This was an incredibly kid friendly experience and I will never go to any other arcade or bowling alley. I highly recommend Spare Time.

Incorrect scores, lanes closing mid game, lanes just plain breaking in the middle of a game and having to go to another lane and then THAT one being broken too! Terrible and stressful experience, had to leave because it was unbearable to play and get the wrong scores constantly.

Was not told about the automatic tip of almost $40 that was not at all deserved. Over priced greasy burgers and pizza was served. The alcohol drinks served were disgusting. 10/10 do not recommend this place to nobody.

No one told me that carrying water is not allowed, the employee came and threatened that if you do not take the water outside, I will take you out of the place.Note, if you bring socks that do not have their logo on them, they will make you buy new socks according to thier policy.

Oh also they delete negative reviews oh facebook apprently such a good look, we all know the power of social media i would address this moms whose child almost died and fix the safety concerns before your establishment is ruined forever.

But ultimately it is the people that makes the place larger than life.Davena is super friendly and helps my daughter try bigger and more interesting jumps.Matt is great running dodgeball such that is is challenging, fun, as well as a great workout.Kaleigh is wonderful to talk to and super thoughtful.There are so many more wonderful people there but I am terrible with names. But basically from the moment we arrive to well after we leave we have a great time and great memories here. And hope others do too 😃

Amy DiGangi: We attended the Toddler Time on a Friday with our 2 year old son. The place was packed (and we got there right when it began.) I would've loved it if they capped the attendance sooner than they did as it would've been more enjoyable. The park is great though. Well maintained, clean and lots of fun options for kids and adults. The staff were all very friendly as well.

This is a great place for children to place all of their unused energy, and enjoy the company of other children.

Katrina Linning-Duffy: The play was ok but we should have trained personnel at the station to ensure the public is using the arena appropriately. There was one guy for two separated sections. There was lots of people jumping onto others and multiple people on one trampoline happening. It’s a great place and it would be even better if they had more direction from Springz personnel.

B. Weeks: Cool place for kids of all ages. Games and trampoline rooms allow kids to run wild and just be kids. This is a family friendly place to celebrate birthdays or just an afternoon out.

Ray Braziel: Really small compared to other trampoline/game parks. Very limited choice of options/activities. Consumers will not get their money's worth. Look elsewhere.

Bella O: Love it here! We bring our kids here all the time and it’s suitable for all ages. Not sure why everyone says it’s expensive, only $8 for 30 min. which is enough to wear the kids out, and age 4 & under is only $4. Tuesdays are also half price for everyone. The ninja warrior course is awesome and the foam pits are tons of fun. The guys who work here are also very polite and respectful.

Drew Sartorius: Definitely a hidden gem. The best ninja course in the area and lots of variety in the various trampoline areas.

Arynn Tiffany: Best trampoline park I’ve ever been too! Very fun and accommodating for all ages. New ninja course is fun for a 3 year old as well as a 20 year old. Staff is very attentive and playful.

David Horski: Visited once with my daughter and that was enough. Staff was discourteous and we will not return. This business might have been able to get away with poor customer service in the past absent competition. Save time and go somewhere else for you jumping needs.

kristi stadler: Went here with friends this weekend for my husbands 30th bday. We had a BLAST! Did the $25 for 2 people for an hour which was totally worth it. Lots of fun for the kid inside everyone. Definitely would go back. What a great workout too :)
