Steven Seitz: I've used this place quite a few times now, and every time I've gone in (before 10am) it has been pretty empty. All the machines I've used have worked properly. Nothing crazy or flashy, just a nice, clean, quick and easy coin laundry.

Ronald Brunache: After reading the reviews on how clean and nice and affordable the place was, I decided to stop by as I was downtown for errands and had planned to visit a friend in the neighborhood while doing laundry.The place is clean indeed, and very welcoming. BUT, it is not as affordable as some other good, open 24/7 places. It is 3 times more expensive than where I usually go for a single load. Also, the machines I picked were the most ancient ones, they don't display the wash time, I could not follow the wash, and they returned the clothes soaking wet. The attendant said I should have used the more recent machines for a better experience. Just so happened they are all the same price.Their triple load is a better deal, but if you prefer to separate into smaller loads based on colors like I do, it becomes very expensive to do laundry there.It was an OK experience overall, just 3X more expensive than some other fine laundromats.

Jaide Christy: Will not go back there there was no employee to assist and washers broke i waited over an hour for an attendee to show up to be able to start my laundry after I paided and machine and it just turned off ..I called there customer service number 5 times before actually getting ahold of someone...i was appalled...who as a business owner opens their doors for service and then just up and leaves the facility unattended thanks to the horrible service I was late to work nd had to wear wet clothing ...I do not recommend this establishment

ANNIE flores: The lady that is working tonight (12/7/22) is the worst attendant that I have had to deal with it of my visits here. Wasn't cleaning, I had to pull old clumped up soap out of the washer dispenser, took off and was not available, was more interested in trying to hook up with random males. It seems to me that she would turn this nice, decent place into the hood laundry mat like over in logan square. Please don't let that happen!!

Jacob Hackney: We use the app which is really convenient. It will alert us when our laundry is done, with this being said we like to sit in our car and it will alert us when it’s done. Today on 12-4-22 at 6pm we were alerted our laundry was done. Maybe 3 minutes passed. We go in to find the nasty attendant using there bare hands scooping our laundry into one of there uncleaned carts. We have never had this problem before but we will never come back. Using the rest of the money in my app and ridding myself of this place. No excuse for what they did. They weren’t even busy.

James HOWLETT: I enjoyed washing my clothes at Waverly Point Laundry , they have large washers for large comforters and blankets , they place is very clean and renovated and well maintained , they also have you can have them wash and fold your clothes , for an extra charge,and the dryer's are very large, the staff is very friendly and helpful , I left very satisfied and happy, looking forward to returning soon. Adriane Chapin: Definitely one I loved going to until today (10/1/2022) when I found a tiny plastic baggy with some sort of crystallized stuff come out of one of the dryers. I walked up to an employee while she was cleaning the reloader for the cards and she saw me in the reflection but ignored me, when I told the employee she said 'no I don't want any of that'. Both her earbuds were in so I had to repeat myself a bit louder and she told me to throw it away and that was it. She didn't ask which one or anything else...

Jason Vawter: Visited this laundry because my washer at home failed. I am legally blind so I needed help from the jump and the woman who opened was very helpful. It's been so long since I had been to a laundry that I didn't even realize you didn't use change anymore lol. She set me up with a card and processed the payment on my machine.It seemed very clean and organized inside the laundromat. I sat in the Lounge area while I waited and it was all very clean as well.If you are looking for a nice and clean laundromat where you can get in and out easily, this is a good place for you. I would definitely recommend to others.

LINDA NEDELA: I dropped off sheets and pillowcases to be washed and picked up the same day. Fast turn around was great. On August 22nd my sheets came back perfect! On October 21st fabric softener not used, dealt with small amount of static. On December 30th my sheets came back a wrinkled mess. I actually had to iron the sheets and pillowcases before putting on beds. They were either left in hot dryer too long or just sat quite a while before folding. Needless to say, won't try a 4th time. I realize good help is hard to find, but so is a good customer.
C: Have been going here for years, it's much better since the new owners took it over. The lady working the day shift is very friendly and helpful...Hope the owners do everything possible to keep her.

I personally just drop my stuff off and have it laundered folded and hung I drop it off early enough I got it back the same day but I always get it back the next day. good efficient cost-effective way too keep clean clothes on me.

Lakeya Ryan: If I could give no star I would!! This is the worst laundry I’ve ever been too! I used a medium washer and it was a bit pricey than other places by like a whole dollar! But on top of that! The clothes weren’t even clean! The washers also don’t sud up with soap! Literally was just clothes rolling around in water! Then went to fry the clothes and they have it price pointed at 50 cent! IVE NEVER saw a place that didn’t have 25 cent dryers! I spent $1 for 20minutes while $1 at other places would be 32 minutes. And the funny thing is the clothes still weren’t even dry!! And to top it off you can’t even use quarters!!! You have to get a card and put money on it! And the kicker is the machine to load the card only takes dollars!! So I come here with a bunch of quarters that I had to get dollars just to load a card to use for the machines!! Overall I will never go back!! It is nice and clean however it’s not worth all the trouble! I like convenience and this place is not it!!
Jeanne Donado: The E. Lansing Point Laundry is quite nice. Friendly staff, it's very clean, and has a tv and lots of places to sit and read. I like it much better than other Point Laundries I've been to around Lansing, though none of them are terrible. It's also right next door to a well-stocked Asian grocery, which is a fun place to shop if you're into that sort of thing.

JANNA: This laundromat is ok....I like Waverly point more but what gives this 1 star....I just left and the laundry clerk there tonight is COUGHING HER LUNGS OUT...... constantly- must be sick ( or just smoked a big blunt🤔)...I'm assuming sick...she sounds terrible and she DOES NOT....I repeat does NOT have a face mask!!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!! This isn't like cough once or twice ...she couldn't stop....and she's at work without a mask on....the manager needs to deal with this. Not acceptable..especially with us being in a pandemic. smh

Michael Forman: When you can do 5-6 loads of family laundry in 75 minutes as opposed to going up and down the stairs for several hours - it is well worth it! Multiple locations in the Lansing area. We have used East Lansing and Frandor (adjacent) and have done so for years.

Jay: Moldy smell in a few washers I tried to use before I found one that didn't reek.Obviously one of only 2 24 laundromats in the entire area.It does at least have a well lit store/gas station so that's a plus.Just need to maintain a standard of hygiene in the quality of machines that people are trying to CLEAN their clothes in. Also some of the machines were nonfunctional / need to be repair and maintainened.

Karri: Quality Dairy laundromat was very busy on a Sunday. A few machines out of order. $2.50 for wash machines and 25cents for dryers. Dryers take a long time to dry clothes. It's nice to have QD next door because you can get refreshments and doughnuts. Yummy!

crystal bianchi: Been to this laundry mat 4times was ok but dirty tonight I went there to do a couple loads of laundry only to be treated by a guy claiming to be the general manager who told me that the laundry mat closes at 11oclock and was not allowed to be in there made me get my clothes and leave and locked all the doors of the laundry mat stating that the laundry mat closes at 11 even though I have been there before waiting on close after 11 and it says on there sign 24 hrs and on there website and Google completely rediculous this guy clearly was just trying to close down early he should not have a job in my opinion

Dennis Martin: This laundromat is Awesome! It has all new equipment and plenty of them so you don't have to wait at all. It is very clean and has alot of tables if you would like to fold your laundry. I am normally in and out within 1 hour! They have great hours 8am to 9pm. They charge very reasonable. They have plenty of convenient parking. They are across the street from Frandor shopping center which has alot of restaurants and a Krogers. I have been using this laundromat for 10 years and would highly recommend this you will enjoy it!

Alyssa Durand: I’ve been going to point laundromats for years, I easily spend well over $100 in doing laundry there a week, I have never been told to “take my laundry and go fold it elsewhere” because they wanted to close the store on their terms. Excuse me? I was there a solid 45 minutes before last wash and last I knew I was allowed to fold the clothes that I just washed and dried at the establishment that I’m paying to use. Who ever closes the store on Thursday nights is rude as hell and to sit there and TURN ALL THE LIGHTS OFF BECAUSE THEY WANT TO KICK ME AND THE OTHER 3 people in the Laundromat out because they wanted to mop and leave. This was a horrible experience and I’m doubting I’ll ever go back to this location over this rudeness.

Carrie Cervantes: This is the filthiest location that I have ever experienced. It is a shock to walk in the door, clothes, dryer sheets and trash scattered all over the tables and floors. The garbage cans are over flowing and there is no one monitoring this location. Dryers and washers are broken and the tables are dirty. There is no extractor and a puddle of water on the floor in the back, Im guessing due to a bad roof. Outside there are clothes and trash and dirty diapers scattered in the parking lot. Whomever owns this location needs to be fined for pollution and a ghetto setting. I highly do not recommend this business!

Ky Mom-Trepreneur: I visited today (and a few times in the past) I wear a mask everywhere I go, no matter the place and I take along my gloves and sanitation wipes especially when visiting a public laundromat. Because I don't currently have my own washer and dryer, I really try to only visit when I have no choice lol which is not a good thing folks, believe me!But when I arrive, I am wearing my mask, my gloves and I have my wipes, extra bags and washing detergents. Before I touch a machine, I wipe it down...both washing machine and dryer...I wipe them down..People coming in and people who are already in, give me plenty of stupid looks...like "Why is she wearing a mask and trying to make sure the machines are clean....!?!" type of looks 😆 There was a lady who was cleaning the floors, I'm not sure if she was the owner or what but she even seemed to have an attitude towards me 🤔I feel like the machines should be wiped down after every use you know. Shouldn't we be taking every measure to ensure the cleanliness and safety for all folks...Most folks aren't wearing masks because they got the vaccine and I get it...however, what happens when someone who has an inch and goes to wipe their nose or another place on their face and go right back to touching the machines...People aren't thinking and that's my issue...I'm not coming at this particular establishment, just speaking in general...

James: Typical laundromat. They have a variety of washers and dryers. There isn't any AC so it gets hot in the summer. The newer dryers work best. The odd thing about the place is there isn't an attendant you see. However, there is a camera recording the laundromat.

They have multiple payment methods avaliable: a coin machine to use quarters, an app (which gives you rewards towards laundry services when you use it, as well as a discount when you first sign up!), and you can also pay at the counter for machines or any detergent you may need. The prices are very fair as well. I have also used their wash/dry/fold services and those are great too! A great time saver. I highly recommend this place for your laundry needs!

I mentioned to him that I was a first time guest and he instantly shared information about their app. They have everything you need here just in case you forgot something or run out. The machines are impeccably clean. Matter of fact, the entire place is. I don’t get too excited about doing laundry, but the perks here definitely outweigh any negative!! Called again a few hours later to try again and explained to the girl what had happened and she put me on hold for what seemed a long time. I eventually hung up.
