mike patrick: I used them last year. First time ever using a company to treat my lawn. Very pricy, but I have an invasive weed problem that I didn’t have time to properly deal with. I was at work for their visits and at first would have a sign in yard when they came. Quit getting signs after 2nd visit, and timing was so incredibly fast between arrival text and completion text, felt they only had time to send text not actually perform my service. Was told that I would see results w/in 1 yr. This season invasives are worse than last..Plead my case to representative and got reduced price for this season.. Reluctantly giving up another large sum of money to kill weeds. Had them today and of course these people have no clue of my property lines or what to actually spray. I showed them the property lines and explained about invasives. They spent 3 times of a normal visit last year. But also sprayed flowers and others that are unwanted to be sprayed. Great effort by them, but I feel like 2 things could be better: actually meet with customer before 1st spray to get property layout, and make a record of it to be sent with next tech (so far never the same person). And train techs better to recognize weeds from flowers, or pretend to actually care about the lawn they’re spraying.Services:Weed control,Lawn pest control

They answered our many questions and did not rush us. We noticed results the very next day after our weed application. The price was very reasonable. We have a large yard and it would be very costly to purchase what we needed to use at retail. If we need a respray, they come out at no additional cost. They were also completely responsive to any request we made. Before they started, Jerre presented us with design print with all of the proposed plants identified and accompanying pictures of each plant. He made the adjustments we asked for and added some good suggestions. Once the work began, Jerre kept us informed every step of the way. If you are looking to redo your old tired landscaping, as we were or if you are starting from scratch, we would highly recommend All Terra Landscape Services. I should also mention that their pricing was very reasonable for the high quality that they provide. I am a retired construction manager so I recognize the difference between good and not so good contractors. I have no reservations in affirming that All Terra is one of the good ones.

I asked Jed if it was a fungus or disease and he said no the grass is dormant from the heat and told he I think there is could he come and look at it and never showed. Andrew Simmons: I contacted Spartan in early April for a spring clean up, have my lawn thatched and over seed my lawn before a graduation party on 6/12. On 4/22 I electronically signed the quote, sent it back to them, and received a message that someone would be in touch. 2 weeks later I had not heard from them, so I called. When I spoke to the employee, it seemed like they had no idea any of that happened. I asked when they would be out, they said by the end of the next week. That time came and went, called back and was told they would be out by the end of the week. Fast forward to June 3rd, and 2 guys show up for the clean up and barely clip 3 or 4 bushes then disappear without communication even though I was outside working on other things.Since it was after 2, I had to wait to call the office the following Monday to see if they gave up, or were going to come back. The person I talked to promised they would be out by 6/10 to complete the clean up.To their credit, the same crew showed back up bright and early this morning (9ish) and began working. I had asked them the cut back some bushes a little more but didn't have a whole lot of other communication. I got busy working on some other things I had to do, and then next thing I know it was just after noon and they were gone.I walked the yard hoping to see everything cutback and cleaned up but instead walked out to several uncut bushes, several bushes that were hacked up and scattered clippings throughout my yard.I tried to call the office several times between 1230 and 2, left a message at 1230 but never got a call back. I guess we will see where this goes Monday, but now I'm rushing around to clean up and complete the work they were supposed to do.
