Deborah Wilson: My son Aaron Wilson introduced me to your fantastic store. He's been building with Legos since he was 3 yrs old. At a young age he built a Ferrari! And recently, built me a cool Batmobile (I collect Batman paraphinalia ). He likes finding sets that he had as a child. For Valentine's Day he gave gave his fiancé one of your flower sets from the Plant/ Flower Lego Collection, which was the very first flowers he had given her early on when dating. One never grows out of Legos!

tim kranz: Awesome store that you may not expect to find. A store that only carries Lego and Lego related products. New, used, retired, they carry a lot of everything. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about lego. They build and collect Lego themselves and have for a long time and it shows. Used sets are carefully inspected and inventoried before being put out for sale and they have new inventory come in all the time. They have tons of sets, accessories, bulk bricks, and minifigures. I found them accidentally over a year ago and go back as often as I can. Check them out for yourself.

frederick porter: For years I have wanted to see a local lego store in my area! Now that time has finally come! While I am never really home very often, being stationed in California while in the Marine Corps. Finding out about this store months before coming out I had marked it on the calender that I was going no matter what! I went and I loved every second of it! They have a huge selection of minifgures, sealed sets, sealed retired sets, and built sets at a discount! Tons of variety of lego themes to choose from! On top of all of that the prices on everything in the store are more than 100% reasonable. I didn't even have to urge to want to negotiate a cheaper price because I was just happy to support a local store and local people who showed they have a true passion for lego and sharing it with their local community! The owners are amazing and genuine, when you talk with them they are friendly and are so happy to see your lego collections no matter how big or small! I cannot wait to come back every chance I get! Thank you for having such an amazing store! I hope it lives long and prospers!

Chatted about the store and Lego's in General and left with some new sets. If you like Lego's check this place out. They have build events and a Cool Lego City on Display.

She needs to take on a new job and not in customer service! She would not let me return my items because I used a gift card, are you kidding me! S M: The manager does not follow targets rules or guidelines of price matching. I found vital proteins collagen at this target left over from the Christmas holidays. It was on sale after Christmas at the okemos target I had a picture and receipt still on my target circle app it was also still under the 15 day mark for the price match. I showed the cashier she called her manager and the manager didn’t care to come see the photo or look on my app to see so I can price match she just straight up said no if it didn’t ring up that price then it’s the price it rings up for. The cashier didn’t bother telling her that I have proof on my app and photos she didn’t care either, why wouldn’t target price match with another target if I had proof makes no sense please have better training for your employees and especially management.

Snotty comments but apologized for being short staffed makes no difference to me. I never shop there but maybe once a year and now I remember why The Staff.

Cirea Strode: Literally my favorite go to target! The inside is always super clean. The staff are so sweet my two favorites are Bruce and Eric. They are so nice and always greeted with a smile. When checking out my daughter is always offered a sticker. The drive up has been my saving grace. They always come out super fast and with place items where ever you need them. They usually have great stock on items and huge deals. They will also honor the price check on some of the items that are online.

Rachelle Stephens: I want to take a moment to let you know that yesterday at 8:18 pm my daughter (MSU Freshman) and her friends were able to take refuge in your store. The shooting was very close (across the street). Immediately the store went on lockdown. The employees and security were extremely nice, supportive and knew how to handle a lockdown. She was given water, a charger and anything else she needed. They were in the back room for over 4 hours, and I was able to stay in text contact with her the whole time. Elias Shirley: Hid here during the shooting, staff were wonderful, smart, and quick. They kept about 50 of us safe and comfortable during an active shooting. Hopefully the staff get the recognition and pay they deserve for their quick thinking ant thoughtfulness

Jason Price: Quite possibly the TINIEST Target in the world! LOL (I think a standard Walgreens Pharmacy is larger than this store.) Their "electronics" department was two or three endcaps wide, and that's about it. But, considering it's in the heart of MSU, perhaps it caters to college/dorm life and necessities.....so with that perspective, yes, good selection of basic items you'll need. There is a parking garage behind the store, and when I went, the first 30 minutes were free.

Amanda: I ordered an item for my son from this location only because it was already sold out in Okemos. After getting to the order desk there were three panhandlers harassing the customers checking out asking for money or to buy them salsa, wine and chips. One reeked of booze and had a cigar hanging out of his mouth. He approached me and wouldn't back off. THREE Target employees just stood there. They didn't ask them to step back, to move or to leave. They didn't stop them from approaching me or the three other customers they approached. When any of us said no, they didn't back down. They came back with something else. I was scared to take out my wallet or to walk out of the store by myself as I was leaving with a $250 gaming system. No security were attending the security desk at the front and frankly the Target employees seemed to want to pretend they were there rather than deal with the situation. I will NEVER step foot in this Target again. Above all the employees should be ensuring customers aren't approached by panhandlers ESPECIALLY while they are reaching for their wallets. Unacceptable.

Kniffy Fisher: Not a lot to pick from. Always looking online every other week to purchase my college student done items. Pj' s, water, lemonade etc is always out of stock.

Caroline Elizabeth: Only provides the basics and most of that is pre-packaged or dry foods nothing fresh. But good if you need somthing in a pinch and don't want to go far from campus.

T H: A very poor selection of food. I get that they are catering to college students, but omissions like no bulk tomatoes, no tall boys, no drinkable yogurt, etc. make this place a pass to me. The self-checkout area is extremely tight with the intrusive barriers they put in place, and said barriers prevent you from setting your basket down while checking out, which is just silly. I will give them an extra star simply for existing in this location

Gabe Hales: Really nice place to get the basics—almost too nice as I’ve found myself walking the aisles once a day to buy food for said day. Plus they’ve got magnum chocolate bars so had to give em a 5/5.

Superman Old But Can Still Fly: We ordered 3 items online, Microwave, Microwave plastic dish lid and a refrigerator on 08.23.21 The lid and the microwave was delivered on time, but the microwave had a dent on its side.. being mild dent we ignoredHowever the refrigerator to be delivered on 08.30.21 arrived only on 09.03.31 and that too with a big dent on the top and the door hinges are loose as well and hence the door does not close accurately and the gasket does not stick to its door.This is for a student and now I am compelled to use this damaged product as if I ask for replacement may be it will arrive after ages.. Totally bad.Please refrain from ordering anything online from Target. Better choice would have been to visit Walmart and get from there.

Dean Siemon: Drove up for an oil change and met with being pointed away. I assumed they wanted me to park at another bay door but they came out grumpy saying I had to park. I asked why, and they said cars can’t park there. Already different than other Walmarts I had gotten an oil change at. Walked in and no one assisted me despite only one car being worked on. Someone finally came in to ask what I needed, and took my keys. Started shopping and they called me back to say they don’t have the tools or filter to work on a 2019 Kia. How do you not have the tools for that? Part of me thinks they didn’t want to provide service because I asked questions.Note, my car didn’t even look as if it moved from the parking spot. So if you have an issue with providing me service, don’t lie.

Essence Rachae: I love shopping at Target, but my experience at West Saginaw last Saturday didn’t go so well.Not only did the associate leave the security tag on my pants, the pants were on the shelf dirty.Once I got home, took my jeans out the bag, I noticed the red security tag was still on my jeans, and they were stained, by this time it’s 9pm, the store closes at 10pm. I called spoke with Thomas the closing lead, he mentioned right away “this happens all the time” and was unwilling to to compensate my time. I planned on wearing the jeans the next morning, so I had to get back out to have the tag taken off.If this happens all the time, it should be addressed. I felt Thomas could care less of the inconvenience this caused me.I will not shop at West Saginaw Target again, I don’t like how I was treated, and this wasn’t my first issue here.

She went to open the trunk for the man (with the cross around his neck as an identifier) to put our order into, but accidentally also opened the hood. He put the order in the trunk, then asked my mom if she wanted him to shut the hood. She accepted, and we were both really touched! Customer service does still exist in 2022.
