Britney Gutierrez: Went here today to return a product. Doors opened at 10am and I walked in at 10:01am. They processed my return and another beauty advisor came over and said we aren’t actually open yet because we need to finish inventory but we can take care of the return. Okay…then I said well can I shop now? They said, “No our manager wants to finish inventory and we won’t be open till 12.”You guys didn’t put signage on the door or lock it or honor your open time or a customer who what going to drop $$$. Horrible customer service. Good luck making up for this one.
Diane Kaiser: Daughter purchased Polo Green cologne here as gift ~ all three were counterfeit. Cap and bottle insignia were silver not gold. Don’t trust what they sell here to be real. No response to emails sent to corporate.

tamara walker: So, 12/13/2022 my daughters went to Ulta to shop for a hair wrap today. They called me upset because of how badly they were treated/ignored by the cashier (who was carrying on a conversation with someone that wasn't shopping.) THEN there was an older lady standing around just STARING at them and wouldn't even crack a smile. Upon ending the transaction at the register, my daughter said thank you to the pre-occupied, rude cashier and you guessed it! She didn't even reply with a response. Now, I can name one reason why they were treated so horribly, but I'm sure you might be wondering what I already know was the case. My daughters are non-white and my first thought is that they were treated unfairly and rudely because those two people feel a certain way about people that don't look like them. Anyway, once my daughters told me of their awful experience, I called the store and spoke to Rachael, she was kind and very apologetic and assured me that she would be speaking with those ladies about how to treat customers (no matter skin color or whatever their differences might be.) Ulta Beauty is a very well-known beauty store / salon and I would be ashamed is my employees were being this blatantly rude to shoppers. It's a sad day in time when folks are still hanging on to that old mindset.

Kim Chelf: The last two visits at this Ulta have been great. Today, it was over the top. I was greeted by an associate, who asked if they could help me find something. Two other associates stopped, while I was browsing, to see if I needed help. When I was checking out, the cashier, Dianisse, could not have been kinder. She was very patient with me and assisted me in finding a coupon. She was polite and professional! I cannot say enough good things about this store. I am not use to such fantastic customer service! From the time I entered, until I left, I was a happy customer. Thank you Ulta. I will see you again soon.

I love how many services their salon offers and their staff works as a team. Will be back 😃Edited: Jane left to go to another location too far for me to drive. I went back and tried someone else. My color wasn’t really what I wanted. I asked for root blending and keeping the blonde on my ends and it was basically just an all over color. Much darker than anticipated. Jane would always ensure I was completely happy with my service before leaving, the new girl seemed in a rush (I was the last person of the day and I think she was ready to go home) I told her my color was “OK”, didn’t offer to fix it, said we could change it next time I came in. I’m about a week out from my service and can’t tell anything was done to my hair 😢. Still can see split ends and feels like it needs a hair cut. This didn’t happen with Jane. $130 and tip- I don’t feel the service was worth that since I now have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted completed. In her defense, I did say I’m growing my hair out and to not take too much off, but I at least wanted the split ends taken care of so it will grow. I don’t think I will be back, Jane was the best.
Paige Smalley: ULTA never disappoints! I went in for Tarte concealer and was greeted as I walked in. I ended up needing advice on what kind of moisturizer and dark spot remover to get and the lady was right on it! I can honestly say both products have been working tremendously!

Jackie Garcia: Arrived at 11:45 AM hoping for assistance in buying new foundation. An employee was walking around aimlessly not asking anyone if they needed help. I kept looking at the vast selection (overwhelmed a bit), then a young man named Hunter asked if I needed assistance. He went above and beyond and his expertise was obvious. I walked out of there with foundation PLUS other items. A great example of customer service. I would definitely return because of this experience. :) Keep him Ulta!

I tried on a gloss and noticed immediately that I was having a reaction to it, and the lipgloss smelled very old and seemed to smell very expired as well.. I told the lady working there and she was very unprofessional to me. She told me that everyone reacts differently and that what I was said is “irrelevant” to herHow are you a store customer representative and the condition of the products that you sell is not relevant to you? It is YOUR JOB for the products to be relevant to you and to provide good customer service. Never shopping here again.
Melanated Goddess: These people are with rude or prejudice. No one and I mean no one greeted me as I walked in our while I browsed the store. The only one with since customer service was my cashier. I'll never spend another dollar with them. You lost out on a big sale for being blatantly rude.

The girl who checked me out was so extremely rude and disrespectful. I was very shocked by her lack of professionalism. Instead of helping me out she responded with a very dismissive and condescending tone. Her behavior was very off putting and made me felt unwelcome in the store. I love Sephora and I am a loyal customer however I will never return to this location again. It’s unfortunate since I go to school very close to here.

L: Going into this store is stressful for me, as I know nothing about makeup. Sabrina made Christmas shopping for my mom so much easier, she knows what’s up with all the products. Everyone in this store is super friendly and helpful, I feel confident going back here in the future if I need any other gifts for family members, and I would recommend you do the same.

Chandra Rogers: Today I was reminded why I do not frequent this location. I am always asked SEVERAL times if I need help or have questions, as if I am being profiled. One of their employees asked if I needed a basket because I had a lot of products in my hands. I said yes and he actually helped me with a product. A few moments later, he asks me if he can take some of the products out of my basket and place them behind the counter to give me more room in my basket. WHAT?! I’ve never been asked that and it made me feel I was being profiled. Why would I need you to do that?! Because you think I am going to steal?!? Then after I checked out, I noticed I had been charged twice for one of my products. Which makes me think he charged me twice because he mentioned he wanted one for himself. Based on feeling profiled, I wouldn’t put it past anyone! I am a professional makeup artist, who only wished to have a little retail therapy. My plan was to spend about $300, but I was totally disgusted and didn’t even spend half of that. This is part of the reason why I utilize my professional discounts and buy directly from companies, because shopping here just isn’t fun anymore. The associates name is Logan and I don’t plan coming back to this location. Actually I may not shop at Sephora again.

I walked in feeling like a hot mess before a very important event, and I walked out feeling like a movie star and like I've gained 3 friends! Best eyebrow waxing and makeup experience ever! Mackenzie and Madison are not only talented at waxing and makeup artistry, but are wonderful, beautiful, brilliant, encouraging women! So happy I happened upon them!

Tondra Price: I've been going to Sephora Eastwood since they opened there doors. And for the first time ever I was treated horribly. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. I looked at an employee who was placing items in a drawer. Her name tag read, Markina. As soon as I asked her a question she rolled her eyes and swung her hair as if I had NO BUSINESS disturbing her. I quickly apologized for bothering her and she went back to what she was doing. I tried finding someone else but they were busy. I went back to Markina who was really annoyed and I asked her about the product. Without even checking she said I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT HERE. I asked if she could please point me in the direction and there it was. I paid 64$ and found out that Markina is a MANAGER!!! I could not believe it.
