Pamela Rolfe: Sold me bad key fobs for GMC. They even replaced 2 fobs due to having defaults. And sold 2 fobs at lower price for continued business. Bought the fobs in 5/22 and 9/22. Both quit working within 6 months. Came back to Michigan 5/23. No longer willing to due anything for poor quality of fobs. Still selling the same types knowing they will not last - BE WARNED!!

They need a special scanner tool that talks to computer to make. He had everything in stock. Let me come on a Friday evening. He knows customer service. Super nice, very quick and very affordable. Nyerah Porter: Let me start by saying I have a 2012 Volkswagen, my key snapped inside my ignition & every single locksmith I called told me they don’t work on my car, the dealership had me leave several messages and never responded. Then I called the Keyless Shop. I was immediately greeted kindly and with compassion by Paul. He assessed my situation and expressed that he would gladly come out to my vehicle and check it out for me, however he did not want to charge me for something he couldn’t fix, so he went above and beyond and offered to stop by on his way into work the next morning to see what he could do! How amazing! He came by just as he promised the next morning and got my key out!! I thought I would need a brand new ignition but he swiftly and carefully removed my broken key from my ignition! He brought the key into the shop and told me he would reach out as soon as he can, less than a hour later he called me and my key was fixed!!! He got me the lowest possible price, half of what I expected to pay! Which really helped me out because I was just barely going to be able to afford it. My car started effortlessly and I’m back on the road thanks to the kindness of Paul at the Keyless shop! Needless to say, this phenomenal establishment has a customer and advocate in me! Thank you so much!! I am so grateful!!

Paul wasn’t able to communicate the full extent of the service even after asking questions to clarify, he would interrupt my questions and even just ponder for a little and walk away with no consensus. Wasn’t satisfied with the end product as the employee didn’t take time to explain the complete service.

This place is a joke and I would recommend that you find somewhere else to do business. That is not how you treat people who are looking to spend money and do business with you. You reap what you sow.
