Al Wood: Never have I ever been to a shipping location that charges to print a pre-paid label off your phone. That's right... They charge $4 to print a pre-paid label. FedEx doesn't do that. Other UPS Stores don't do that. And the folks here went through the whole transaction without telling me about the charge. I almost just left until the guy behind the counter said I owed $4. I was genuinely shocked. When asked for an explanation, he said I was paying for his time to print the label. I'm pretty sure that cost is included when the company pays UPS for the pre-paid label. Bottom line: Do not use this UPS Store.

Raven renee: Do you like screaming children and a baby puking on the counter ?? There is a woman who works here and has her oldest child (7) TAKING CUSTOMERS and handling the machines . This goes against so many laws and it’s downright ghetto and nobody should be inconvenienced like this .

Ryan Scott: Fast shipping, but they mixed up my return label and flipped the addresses, so now I’ve got a package on the other side of the country that I can’t get back because it doesn’t have the addresses entered properly. I was able to call them, and am due to hear back from the manager tomorrow about getting the situation corrected, hopefully before the scheduled pickup time of the package.
