Kelly Resendis: Friendly and helpful staff! I am so glad we stopped here, great choice of prom dresses! Staff is so sweet, not pushy at all and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for any formal wear! Wedding dresses, prom dresses, etc!

Rachel Mango: The ladies working here were so great and make you feel so special whatever the occasion. They are wonderful experts and hype women.I came in with a lacy dress two sizes too big but you would never know in the end after they were finished. My weight fluctuated quite a bit between when I first came in and the wedding, which really made me grateful my dress experience was in their hands.The fit, the bustle, dancing in it, comfortability, and how beautiful I felt in the dress were all a success on the big day.Thank you again guys for your skill and kindness!

Rachel Belanger: I was referred to Miss Coco by beckers Bridal.Her and her daughter were so kind, patient, and provided a relaxed atmosphere. Her work was detailed and impeccable. I greatly appreciated her suggestions for my alterations as i felt a little lost. It was worth the drive (I live in Brighton). My dress fit like a glove and I was incredibly happy. I wish I could wear it more often! 😀
Katie Duda: Coco’s work was absolutely amazing. I bought my dress off the rack and when I brought it to Coco it was at least 4 sizes too big. Coco did her magic and basically had to make a whole new dress for me. I was in awe of what she did. I can’t say enough great things about her. If you need any alterations on your wedding dress, especially if you need extensive ones, I wouldn’t trust any one else except for Coco and her team. Truly exceptional!
Jessica McLean: Miss Coco and her daughter are absolute gems. So easy to work with, and so, so kind. They make you feel like the most special bride! My dress didn’t need a ton of work, but they did add off the shoulder straps at the last minute that just made my dress literally perfect and complete. I was so nervous the whole planning process how I would look the day of my wedding, but the dress they completed made me feel so beautiful and exactly how I pictured. I cannot recommend them enough, and I cannot thank them enough!!
Kelly Batzloff: If I could give 20/5 stars, I would!!! These ladies were so nice and genuine and are amazing at what they do!! My dress has a lot of lace and boning in the back. Well, when I purchased my dress it was only supposed to be a little big on me! And that's okay! No harm in that, I just slimmed down so it became....too big. These ladies basically had to remake my dress!! Scary to think about right??? Well, don't be scared, magic was done!! My dress was PERFECT!!! the bustle was absolutely beautiful as well!!! I could tell a lot of love was sewn into the gown. I don't really like talking about pricing because everything is different per service however, with what was done, I was shocked on how reasonable alterations were! So, definitely look no further. I will always refer Coco's from here on our to anyone who needs alterations!! You and your dress will be in great hands!!!
Meagan McGee: Bought a sample dress that was two sizes too big and Coco's made it fit perfectly, even with a very detailed bodice and sleeves (before and after photos shown). They got out some discoloration that was on the dress, added support to the bodice, and made it fit so well without being uncomfortable or too restricting. They really know what they're doing! They are also very kind and patiently showed us how to bustle the dress and button a looong row of buttons.
Ellen Ives: After visiting multiple other bridal shops in the area, we were delighted to find Coco’s Off the Rack! We found a beautiful outfit for a mother of the groom, along with accessories. More importantly we found wonderful, professional service. Coco did an exquisite job of tailoring the pantsuit and Kayce provided much needed advice, guidance and calm! We highly recommend them!!
Samantha Davis: Miss Coco and her daughter are both a delight to be around. The entire top of my dress needed to be altered to be off the shoulder and she did a great job over 4 appointments to make that happen. We got a little closer to my wedding date than I would have liked but the end effect was lovely, and it was the perfect length.

Rose Vadnais: I had a very nice experience at the store earlier this year when I purchased a few shirts, however I am not thrilled with the stringent return policy. One item I purchased did not work out for me; I never wore it and it still has tags on it, is in the original bag and with original receipt. I don’t live near the store and rarely shop so by the time I got there today it had been after their 30 day window. I figured I could maybe get store credit or a reduced reimbursement. The sales person said she was new and told me she couldn’t do anything for me. She said that a manager would need to verify that I hadn’t worn the item and there was nobody there to do that today; I should come back another time!!?? That seems a little ridiculous to me. So I am stuck with a $100 shirt that I will never wear and just spent a good chunk of my afternoon driving out of my way for nothing. Nice stuff but when I spend that kind of money on something and it isn’t right I would expect better service or at least a better excuse for not being able to help me. I don’t want to shop online but it sure is easier.
Blake Morgan: I've shopped at this location a couple of times and had a fantastic experience. Both times I was greeted and assisted by Chioma, who was very friendly and helpful. She had great recommendations for me when trying to figure out the pieces I wanted. I do prefer online shopping but would shop here again for the experience and amazing customer service.
