Butuga Eve: Dr Shoemaker was one of my best Dr ever I couldn't ask for any other Dr other than him he was the best. He made sure everything had to be well with me. There was one Dr who I don't remember her name she refused to write me letter to take to my job due to my condition I had in terms to have some time off but when I asked Dr Shoemaker he was able to write me a letter I was proud to have him as my Dr. But he retired now I sad to hear that. Unfortunately they didn't want me anymore at that ObGYN after they have destroyed my body with two Cs.

Lol and I don’t want to have another big baby I love being about to meet every doctor since you do not know who will be delivering your baby

Lauren Hall: Dr. Griffin and the staff at this office were so kind and knowledgeable. They were able to get me into the office and set up an ultrasound on site to double check everything for me. I had a great experience and I'm grateful they were able to assist me on such short notice. Thank you!

Mikaela Bliven: Receptionist is extremely rude. The manager, Robin W. should be ashamed of herself for how she conducts her office and how she speaks to patients. The doctors are great but were not great enough to keep me there. I was treated with disrespect and it was very clear that I did not matter.

Arynn Tiffany: I have went to this doctors office for my previous 2 pregnancies and now my current one (38 weeks) and I have never been happier. I’m normally in and out within 20 minutes. The nurses and doctors are so personable and have amazing bedside manners. If you have any issues, they take care of them immediately. Sometimes it seems like I’m the only patient that goes here! Lol.Dr. Levitt is my favorite! So sweet.I’m not the biggest fan of the receptionists, they can be rude sometimes and treat you like you’re an inconvenience. However, I would rather deal with rude reception than doctors/nurses! I will continue going here! Thank you!

Kate Blais: Receptionist is extremely rude. Took everything in me to not snap back. If you can handle dealing with someone whom clearly hates their job, every time you call or check in, I guess it could be a decent office.

Serena Giles: I had to deliver my baby at 34w6d due to sudden preeclampsia and ended up needing an emergency cesarean which I was NOT prepared for. Dr. Hawkins made what was a scary experience so much better. She explained everything to me every step of the way and tried effortlessly to get a vaginal delivery for my baby boy. When his heart rate declined she wasted no time getting me in for a cesarean and getting him out before anything happened to him or I. She was truly a blessing. She tried to honor my wishes but when we couldn’t she made that ok to. I was very scared and anxious but she was very gentle and reassuring through the entire process. I recommend this office to anyone expecting a child or just looking for a good gynecologist. Every doctor I’ve encountered has shown genuine concern and care for me from beginning to end. The nurses are always kind and the physicians are amazing.

Nikki J: They have a policy of having to see different doctor every time you come in. Which is not comfortable at all, not all the drs give off the same comfort level or educate you about what’s going on with your body . Some are super short and you’re just a number. When I delivered I was pressured to have a c section since the dr was impatient ( I was only in labor for 3 hours). She stated the baby wasn’t coming down and I told her I don’t even feel like I needed to push (I was having my 3rd child the other 2 were successful natural vaginal births). I then needed a blood transfusion. Nothing about my experience here is something I’d recommend to another woman. The only reason I came here was because I had to switch providers in the middle of my pregnancy since the original place I was at switched over to general practice. I will say the nursing staff after my delivery was wonderful.

Coraima Sigurani: Doctors aren't that concerned with thier patients. I went in for my 12w check up. The doc just came in And asked if i had any questions and walked out. I waited almost 40 min to be seen and only spent litterly not even 2 minutes with a doctor.and all they did was prescribed me a meds that made me even more ill in my pregnancy. And the fact that with every visit i have to see a different doctor. I DO NOT like that at all. I rather have one set doctor PERIOD!! The only reason i gave two stars is because they are nice. But they need to spend more time to get to know thier patients and have more of a concern for them, especially if they are pregnant. I feel they favor ppl. sad!

holly bishop: I've delivered all of my children with them and it was a great experience. I've never had a long wait time, but for those who worry about that I think we need to remember that some people who came in for a simple checkup, don't always have just that. I'm grateful that they take the time with each person and as needed.

I have loved nearly every provider and have always known them to be caring, honest, thorough and friendly. My personal favorites include Dr. Fleming and Julie Malloch. I highly recommend this practice and its dedicated staff.

Whitney Kasprzycki: Nothing but issues with Alliance. Almost every bill I had was billed wrong, and it was nearly impossible to speak to someone about or get resolved. The appointments were very rushed, I didn’t get my questions answered, and most were uncalled for just to make more money. Do not recommend!!

Alana Retzer Brinker: I loved the care I received here from the midwife program during my 2022 pregnancy. However, they have since ended that program, and I'm not interested in being handled by a non-midwife there. I am choosing to leave this review because I keep getting automated calls from Alliance because apparently I am due for a yearly checkup. I would actually happily schedule that, if it was easy to schedule. The automated message just tells me I'm due for an appt, and to call their office to make an appt. When you call, you're on hold forever. They sent me an email too, telling me I could schedule online. So I click the link and follow their instructions to set up a profile on Athena health, their health portal, and there's honestly not much there. There is an option to request an appt, so I did that, and I never heard back. It's now been about 2 months. I did not hear back from the online request through the portal. And I'm still getting automated calls telling me to call them. It's so annoying to bother picking up the call, just to have them tell you to call them. It feels so disrespectful of my time. It would be better if they have an option to dial 1 to call the office, but they don't. They don't even give the phone number in that automated call. What is the point of it??! Alliance, I hope you find a better way. And bring back the midwife program!

Chyna Bach: I am just starting to have to go get my yearly exams and I had my appointment with Jennifer. She made me feel extremely comfortable and was very warm and welcoming as I am always nervous since it’s my first few times having to do this. She also took so much time to talk and get to know me which was really nice and not many doctors do that. I didn’t feel like she was rushing out to get to her next patient. If you are wondering which ob to schedule with I would definitely recommend.

Terese McInnis: This office and Dr Llewelyn have been great. When I needed to see an OBGYN for surgery, they fit me in much more quickly than other offices would. She has a lot of experience with my situation and has been very thorough with my care.

My appointment was for March 13,2023 @ 3:15 pm arrived 30 minutes earlier, they kept me in there for one hour and a half like a hostage and at the end they told me that my appointment something happened but they could not tell me what happened. It seems to me because my English wasn’t so great they treated me like a second class they treated me worse than an animal I don’t think they would’ve treat a dog like that. Stay away from this place I will never ever go again over there. this is a place they supposed to care for you, but at the end they hurt you it’s the worst feeling when someone just hate you for your race! And at the all of the places at a medical practice! I can’t believe that I’m a disbelief!

Jennifer Bigelow: I have been going to Alliance for over 20 years and they are amazing! They helped me bring two amazing children into this world, got me through my miscarriage, and continue to be there every step of the way as life changes. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dymond Black: I’m 33 weeks and so far I’ve had an amazing experience with Alliance. The caregivers have been attentive, compassionate, and have all around made me feel like I truly matter! Until I met with Dr. Frost recently. I notified my nurse (who for one is some sort of lead nurse/manager) that maternal fetal health filled the opposite insulin that I was inquiring about, she said she would see if Dr. Frost could fill the one I needed. Before Dr. Frost came in, I heard the nurse and the Dr. discussing how “of course MFH filled the wrong prescription” in a very sarcastic and irritated tone and it came off very unprofessional and untrusting of MFH which left me feeling untrusting of MFH. Dr. Frost came into the room and came off very short, and not compassionate so much I immediately reviewed my next appointments to make sure I wasn’t seen by her again. I really don’t want her to be the one to deliver my son.

Emma Repp: Stacey Tanay is the best doctor I have ever had!!! She is a wonderful listener and gives great advice. I feel very well cared for and respected by her and the rest of the staff at Alliance. I highly recommend!

Blaine Buckingham: Weird, I've Called since Feb 2022 to get in. Every time I call the receptionist tells me "Oh we are scheduling into this Month, I can put you on the list and call you when we open the schedule" I've called Every three months with the same BS Excuse. I Haven't EVER received a call from this place. SO I'm going elsewhere. I've heard Nothing but great things about the physicians But clearly the front desk staff isn't included.If you aren't taking patients or are too full That's absolutely Understandable!! Simply stating that would Be Best! Just COMMUNICATE that so I can find another physician! sheesh

Every time I come here, they welcome you with open arms. If you have an issue, they respond and check on you right away. I definitely recommend Alliance when looking for prenatal care.

Andréw Hüang: My wife was bleeding early on in her pregnancy, and I made the mistake of listening to Alliance's suggestion to go to the ER. Turned out light bleeding is normal for some people. I then call Alliance to set up our first visit and make sure all is normal. They asked us some routine questions the first visit, then told us to come back next day for an ultrasound, which they have from the ER visit. I had to pay all these out of pocket because they said our visits were office visits, not qualified as prenatal care visits. Like what do you think I'm here for? If you're going here for pregnancy visits, make sure it's for prenatal care visits if you're insurance covers it, because they will not tell you and bill you for office visit.

Kimberly Lavon: The details of my one star review are too painful to share publicly.What I can say is that my body, life, and ability to live the rest of it without crippling pain does not require my imaginary husbands approval (for surgery). I should not be pushed, coerced, or pressured to procreate to “possibly” fix the issue and when I say no men in the room I mean it.

Doctor :( I will not post my entire story but in my opinion he was cocky and confident when he explained my procedure, then uncaring and cruel during my painful procedure for Essure ... even said I was "being a baby" when I complained about the pain (2012) Won't go back EVER (BTW apparently some doctors believe women can't feel anything above their cervix... this is NOT true for every woman!!!) In case you don't know what it was about... I had coils put in my tubes.... this required twisting them in... I was given one Valium... the recommendation sheet I read that they gave me had every other painkiller crossed out. I basically had surgery without pain reliever... the nurses had to hold me down. I squeezed their hands, while he told me to calm down and relax! :(
