Individualized Quality Therapy, LLC-Certified Hand Therapy: what do users think?
Sue Burger: Caring and knowledgeable - amazing results after OT
Dr. Melba Stetz, LTC Ret. PhD CYT BCN BCB: Sylvia rocks! I used to be a U.S. ARMY research psychologist. Wrote many proposals and protocols for funding and then published the manuscripts. My hand was killing me! I can move it now pain-free thanks to Dr. Clarkson (MSU) and this clinic. Gracias!
Jamie Jager: Sydney and Silvia are both absolutely amazing!!! Truly thankful I found them!!
Edward Chahine: Sydney was very attentive and professional. She’s friendly and genuinely cared about treating the patient. She communicated clearly and helped us manage expectations and was encouraging throughout our sessions. We highly recommend being seen and treated by Sydney.
Lorie Kolson: Sydney has helped me through 3 hand surgeries over the past 18 months. She challenged me to work through the pain with compassion, education, strong encouragement and humor. She was a reliable patient advocate when communicating with the surgeon on my behalf. I graduated from therapy today with a functioning hand and instructions to continue improving! I highly recommend Sydney and Individualized Quality Therapy! ❤️
Lori Ball: Sydney was great. I started at a large hand clinic in the area and was very disappointed. My therapist was working on 2 or 3 patients at a time. I felt like I was doing my own therapy and I made very little progress. This was so different. It was one on one and I could see the progress. I only wish I had started there.
barbara fancher: excellent care and service. regained full use of hand after accident. highly recommend her
Ken Slayton: Sydney is a highly qualified Professional. I am very pleased with her care and excellent results. Highest recommendation!
John Fisher: Sydney Saban is a very skilled physical therapist. She utilizes varied, effective methods and techniques that produce measurable results. Sydney is a caring, compassionate person. I was impressed and pleased with her personable, professional approach. I recommend her highly!
Linda Stafford: Sydney has a very professional attitude. She is knowledgeable and caring. I feel that she helped me to make great strides in my therapy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help in this area.
Stacy Dent: Sydney provides caring OT with a sense of humor in a one on one setting. She is very observant in your care and know just what to do to help you through. Highly recommend her for everything from neck and shoulders down to fingers!
Doug Fox: Sydney was great. Very caring about my rehab and explained everything I asked. I made great progress because of her. Highly recommend Indivualized Quality Therapy to anyone who had an injury requiring therapy.
Bill Molner: Excellent occupational therapist! Very pleased with my results. I've had numerous hand problems for years (tendonitis, carpal tunnel, trigger finger) but Sydney Saban did more to keep my hands in working order without pain than any other therapist I used previously. Highly recommended.
Gonzalo Valenzuela: I had broken my finger earlier this year and Sydney pushed me to get all my movement back in my hand after a long recovery time! Shes focused and very good at her job. I'm very grateful for her doing such a good job and getting me back to a normal life again.. thanks again Sydney
Dan Edgley: I found Syndey and Individualized Quality Therapy after being recommended by MSU surgery and extremely glad they did! Its in a convenient location, scheduling was extremely easier and most importantly the quality of therapy was top-notch. I had 2 different hand/finger injuries in 3 years and felt much better after this therapy than I did from the first round.Overall excellent service! Thanks Syndey!
Cheryl Richardson: Sydney is an exceptional OT. I was recommended to her by my hand surgeon. She is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate in her care The one-on-one care she provides is hard to find these days. I highly recommend her as an OT!
deb webb: Sydney is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and standard of care is impeccable. The hours are flexible and the location is central. I will forever be a client of Individualized Quality Therapy if needed.
Angela Evans: Sydney is a gem. She has a great work ethic, and is highly skilled at her job. She made a tough situation a little lighter. I broke my arm a year ago and was recommended to this place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Professional, friendly, and effective. Progress has been huge. Also she keeps her place really clean. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Debra Monroe: I broke my wrist in three places and lost movement and strength.Every appointment Sydney spent the full hour working with me to rehabilitate my hand to bring back movement and strength.Exercise that I had to do between appointments were fully explained and diagrams provided.Sydney gives you excellent care and service.
Jason Dudley: Almost a year ago I had a ruptured distal bicep tendon from work. After I had a miraculously successful surgery performed by Dr. Nicholas Doman (took around 5-6 months before it was performed), Sydney was the my go to occupational therapist. After several months of recovery and rehabilitation, my arm is nearly 100% back to what it was prior to injury. I now have complete range of motion and near total strength output in the affected arm.Sydney is real personable and very thorough to ensure that you are both comfortable as well as knowledgeable about what needs to be done to achieve positive results. She also prepares you for anything beyond therapy that may be required to not only keep but continue increasing said gains.I have the highest feeling of satisfaction from both my surgeon (Nicholas Doman) and my occupational therapist (Sydney Saban). If it were possible to rate higher than 5 of 5, I would in a heartbeat!
Phyllis Moran: Sidney has been doing a great job helping me correct a injury finger. I highly recommend her.

MSU Health Care Physical & Occupational Therapy: what do users think?
levi kemple: I had surgery very recently and was scheduled by my doc to in 2 times a weeks for PT and in the 15 days since surgery I have only be helped twice. First time was tough but went well I had a lot of pain post op so it was rough. Next time which took 10 days to make it to due to all of the cancellations. I have literally had 5 cancelation messages and texts one of which I found out wasn't true that it was error to be sent out. I am just trying to get better not listen to 3 of the of the people working mention how they don't want me screaming again and how everybody heard about me. I thought I would not be subject to be the stuff of rumors and gossip at physical therapy but guess it went back to high school moment where they make fun of the guy in crutches and pain. I still gotta go here for treatment since it's so close to my house and can't drive due to injury. But lost a lot of my respect for this office at this time. Would hope how my treatment is private but it's what is discussed at the break room table, I hope I make great water cooler talk.
Asha Hope: I went in for a physical therapy for a knee injury and came out with three ruptured discs in my lower back. I contacted their office and filed a complaint but they didn't care and nothing ever came from it so now I just suffer in torment it was something they left me with. Then the doctor wanted to "help" by giving me a shot for 1k. But you know what I claim I will be healed and I cash back to them everything they gave me. What you put out in the world is what you get back. Horrible eliquipped therapist working at this facility.
Connie Davey: Mary and Stephanie really helped me through rehab after my knee replacement. They were wonderful, professional and always giving me positive encouragement! If I ever need PT again, I will certainly go there and recommend them to others!

Children’s Therapy Corner: what do users think?
Brie O: We took our son here for over 5 years. We ended up quarantined a few times due to covid and CTC decided that we had to loose our time slot because we didn’t use enough of the appointments.
Carrie Krus: Love our therapists but when it comes to the office staff they always seem to forget to follow through.
CJ VanNieuwenhuyzen Chaitanya: I couldn’t be happier to be part of th CTC Family! The therapists are second to none -loving, patient, energetic and FUN. The staff is kind and helpful. Sandra, Juanita and Erin are always working hard to optimize scheduling, and maximize visits. I trust this place with my kiddo, which is saying a lot, and actually enjoy my time there.
Kevin Tyler: Great staff
Andrea Lugo: My autistic son has been going here since July, I love this place! I know I'm not the only parent that does because all you ever see is happy faces. I couldn't feel more comfortable leaving my son in the hands of these wonderful therapists. They work so hard with my son and within 3 weeks he was signing more consistently! He has went from being non verbal to actually saying 3-5 words, and this was within a couple of months. I have also sat in on multiple sessions and seen other therapists work with other children in the same gym. They're all gentle with the children and actually grow a relationship with them which is nice because it makes it easier to trust them with your child while you can't be in the session. It's not easy dealing with handicapped children but these therapists were made for it. This place is a blessing to me, my fiancé, and our son. I'm thankful for all the staff! They're all wonderful and my son adores them.
