Rick Clements: Doug was on time and did great work. He did some drywall repair/painting, repaired a damaged drop ceiling, and replaced a bathroom exhaust fan.After getting the exhaust fan installed, Doug noticed it wasn’t moving air properly, so he went up in the attic and discovered the exhaust pipe was completely clogged up. After an assessment of the issue, a good estimate was given. Took a while to set up an appointment for the actual fix, but if they're this busy then that's another testament to the trust the community has in this place. Once the job was underway, it did not take long and the work done looked great. Essentially 2 full days worth of work. Doug was upfront about the cost and clear on what we'd need to have on hand. His prices felt incredibly reasonable given the attention to detail he showed in all the work he did. Truth BeTold: Young men tried to break into my house and seriously damaged my garage and back door. I waited 9 weeks to get the door replaced. Two weeks before the scheduled date, I went to Lowe's and purchased the ONE and ONLY door of my need in stock. Lowe's was to secure the door and remove it off the floor. Doug showed up to Lowe's to pickup the door; It was gone, Lowe's thought of the almight buck instead of doing what customer service promised a customer at the time of purchase. Doug had to go and find me a new door. He found one, and this caused him to go out of his way, and delayed his time for the job. If he was unable to get a door, only God knows how long I'd have to wait again. Again, I waited 9 weeks feeling vulnerable. Doug did the job, it looks great and I feel more secure in my new home. I attached a photo of his work. DON'T USE LOWE'S. USE DOUG'S SERVICES, he was not bothered (or aleast held it in) that he had to go to another store to get me a door. I will use this service again.
