Lisa LAD: Tried their new sandwhich, seafood. It was horrible and I didn't even eat 1/2. When asked by the waiter, I told him. He said "Let me try and get this taken off for you". He couldn't do that apparantly because we were charged full price. That's OK, I have a lot of other options for places to eat in the Eastwood Town Center, and I will be doing so in the future. Did not leave here with a "good taste" in my mouth. Even giving me 1/2 off to show they value my business would have had me not hesitate to re-visit another time, but not now....

Elizabeth Mestelle: We had reservations for noon and were seated immediately. The restaurant was really busy with large parties for University graduations, but service was amazing. This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The food was hot and delicious. We were not rushed by anyone yet our every need was taken care of quickly. I hope to return again soon.Parking: Ample parking was available both in front of and beside the restaurant. There was convenient curbside drop-off right at the front door too.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, so very wheelchair friendly.

Brenda Pattison: My son brought me here for my birthday dinner. We were lucky and seated at a booth but the tables in the middle were too close together. I watched people trying to push their chairs out to get in or out and could barely do so because the tables were packed in like sardines and there was no room for people to move around or try to get through. My son ordered lobster bisque which I admit I've never had but I thought it would be something other than liquid soup with nothing else in it. There was not one piece of seafood anywhere and maybe it's supposed to be that way but it did not taste good at all and it was lukewarm. The crab cake that he had was unlike any crab cake I've ever had! It was wretched, and did not taste like crab in any way, shape or form. I actually wondered if it was going bad or something. His shrimp was way way over cooked and tough. I had lobster and it was okay but again it didn't really have much taste and the portions were tiny, three bites tops. I didn't expect to get a large portion with lobster but come on. The asparagus was good, although we were each only given three pieces, and I wanted to order a salad but I refuse to pay another $9 or 10 for a side salad that would normally come with a meal in an expensive restaurant like this. I don't normally post reviews but this was really bad and really expensive.

Katrina Kaufman: Celebrated MSU Graduation 5/5/23 with family and friends and the manager referred to us as COLOREDS. As a local resident with family and friends in town for the graduation the use of such a word in 2023 not only is racist but an embarrassment for the Lansing area. I often eat here and this comment has made the food no longer pleasant. @MitchellsFM your staff need Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training immediately.

Came out quickly too. Soups, Lobster Bisque and Clam chowder were really good served large bowls! We ordered all the sauces on the side so we could sample them all. Everyone had their favorite. Our server was very attentive and super nice. We had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend.

Jackie Frisosky: I saw this restaurant in community quarterly that we get. We thought we would see what it was like. They were not busy and we got right in. One of us got the shrimp basket, another the chicken strips meal and the last one got a pound of crab legs with potatoes and a couple small corn on the cob. You can pick your seasoning to go on it. They have a variety of things to get on the menu and different sides. They also have appetizers to pick from. It was clean, you could go in casual clothes and enjoy. We will go back again.

We went for lunch, and Emma, our server, patiently walked us through all of our options, making ordering much less stressful. The food was delicious, and the service was on point. It seemed pretty busy for a mid-week lunch, but Emma made sure we were taken care of every step of our meal. Great experience!Parking: Although convenient for the attached hotel, the parking is not great if you have mobility issues. All of the parking options are below the restaurant entrance, so you either have to park a little farther away and walk up a slight hill, or you park closer but steeper down at the bottom of the hill. Then your options are stairs (about six) or a steep climb around the hill. If you have mobility issues, you may want to see if someone can drop you at the door and park.

Debra Nadeau: I live an hour away and it is worth the drive! Three visits now. We had the boils, and the seafood is amazingly fresh. I ordered the Jambala boil it had shrimp, crab legs, mussels, sausage, red skins, corn and I added broccoli with the Tangy Crab seasonings hot and it's delicious. Plenty of food for a second meal for me. Our server Lavelle, gave us a great experience, he was friendly, engaging and served us with a smile.

Called and talked with manager Cindy about the problem and it's been 2 weeks and still have not heard back from her ! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor management service .

Debbie Wright: We have been to the Lansing restaurant many times, convinced my parents to try it. Service was terrible. Drink orders took almost 10 min, then they were wrong. Managed to order food, food order was wrong. Had to request silverware. Ordered salad, came with dinner instead of before dinner, then no dressing. Rationed ketchup for the fries like it was gold, then when we requested more, took forever. Also, automatically added a tip of 18% for 6 people, for terrible service. Won't go back!!! And won't recommend to friends and family to go there!!!

John Wells: We did not even stay to eat because on the way to our table we realized that almost every table in the place had mountains of garbage trash and food all over them The place was not busy it only looked like there was maybe 10 people in the whole place. And it didn't seem like anybody actually knew what the hell was going on there so we left Don't think we'll be back that was really nasty
