Timothy Rabbitt: All the doctors and staff gave excellent service with both the pain relief proceedures as well as the occupation physical therapy sessions.
Lindsey ChassM: As someone who has been through the ringer with work comp, the staff here have been amazing. They listened, came up with a plan and for the 1st time in 3 years I feel as close to "normal" as I ever have. I used to need help doing daily tasks that would exhuast me after a few minutes due to pain. Now I can do house tasks, run errands and walk my dog without being in excruciating pain. I know it will be a lifelong committement to treating my pain, but knowing I have such a team of caring and determined individuals behind me makes that so much easier.
Kenneth Berger: The staff is very empathetic but appear afraid to aggressively attack pain. I’ve had multiple injections of cortisone preps to little avail. My pain levels have only increased including partial paralysis and numbness. Without resolution, I fear that I’m becoming bed and wheelchair bound. Additionally, it’s near impossible to navigate their phone system and I believe it’s on track to be unreachable. Callbacks are not effective. I protect my phone against telemarketers and won’t answer unsolicited calls. Thereby, I receive no calls. On the whole, the personnel making decisions are weak while the subordinates are excellent.
Kyper Floyd: I haven't felt this heard by most other medical professionals. From consults, check ins, to procedures, the level of empathy & comfort has been so relieving in this journey of mine.
Mark Barnard: Horrible serves the one star was a mistake never call you back like the say don’t care about your pain just move people through get the next insurance payment pretty much like the whole sparrow system runs

Phil Damico: Won't help your pain honestly. They want to do procedures that you've already had that didnt take for a payday. And if you have genetic issues they totally disregard them. Oh and they want you to stop any meds your on. Yea dont waste your time if your trying to improve your quality of life.
Todd Wilson: Great staff, very caring. But, way to slow to call you back when you have questions about your pain.
Tim Epkey: I have had injections 4 times. The 1st time lasted about 1 months the 2nd time lasted 3rd months, The last 2 time lasted me a year. I think the staff is very friendly and they get you in-and-out.
JenaJJ: Gave my family member injections for over a year with no pain relief. They just do not care about helping with pain. They would rather stick you with needles and collect their money. It doesn't matter if you keep telling them it is NOT working. This is unethical and immoral to leave patients in pain as they do.

Lewis Husch: This place is a joke! Used to be in the hospital itself, has no experienced physicians. All they do is anesthetic injected into back. And pain meds ( which they don't understand addiction and dependence cus of medical necessity ). They don't do the injections properly( epidurals ) according to the Cleveland Clinic, UM Pain Medicine, and other physicians ( even some of their own employees, and from their old employees) , don't waste hours time unless you a last resort.
