Sara S: The food here is always delicious. It seems a little dingey and small, and maybe like you should go to the other restaurant across the parking lot. You’d be missing out if you did so. This place is PHENOMENAL. They cover all of the regions of India with food, beyond the typically Northern cuisine of tikka masala and butter chicken. The naan is really good too. Bjoern Hamberger: Bigger hungry group, you will need a reservation. We were covered. A bit of a wait and the dishes arrived with a colorful diversity. Ours were all vegetarian tonight, and we had excellent choices. Bright and shining and diverse flavors. Bravo! One had a bit of zing. Naan bread perfect. Portion size is great for sharing...get fewer than guests! Note: this is a small place with dedicated staff, but Saffron is not a fast food place. Chill and enjoy. Arguably one of the best in town. Gabe Hales: One of my favorite Indian restaurants in the area. Their dishes are perfectly portioned and full of flavor, the naan is incredible, and the service is great. They had a ton of mobile orders they had to deal with.I had Chicken Schwarma lunch which comes with salad, rice, chicken, hummus, and pita. Oddly, the pita was the bagged kind you can buy at the store, nothing special. I also had falafel.The food was pretty good, but not amazing. I liked it, but the chicken was a bit dry. Everything else was pretty good. The hummus was really good.Quick service. Decent food. Decent portions. Friendly staff. I will go back.

But what it does is allow for an incredible amount of variety.I've eaten here several times I every single time the food was made fresh.
