I tried to contact them before paying the balance and never heard back, then when I called today the number has been disconnected! DO NOT book online. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank. I wish I could leave zero starsEdit: I did not speak with you prior to leaving this review. I left this review after I called 2x (the second to make sure I wasn’t crazy) because the phone was indeed disconnected. My fiancé can also, verify this. I have no reason to lie. I reached out to my bank because I was nervous as all my other vendors I spoke with before hand. When I read the reviews for this particular vendor I felt secure in my decision to book online without speaking with an employee. While on the phone with my bank they called 2x as well while I was on the phone! The number was disconnected, then she checked the website noticed it was still running which would make it hard to dispute fraud and like magic the 2nd time the phone rang without an answer. Then finally my fiancé he called and was able to get through. I did request a refund, which I did receive. However, the entire situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner! If your phone was “busy” the person on the other end would not receive an error message stating this number is no longer in service.

Katie Walther: I would not recommend mirror mirror Michigan to anyone, they showed up late for my wedding, tried leaving around 9:30 when I had them till 11 didn’t even mention to me they were leaving just started packing up all because apparently someone backed into them but all that was on their vehicle was some scuff marks? They did end up staying because they didn’t want a bad review but here I am writing one anyways because I had an issue with my card and thought the second transaction went through but when she called to let me know it didn’t, I had it taken care of right away and paid the remaining balance. I then asked about the usb and link I was suppose to receive and she responded saying it will not be released until she confirms the payment and would get back with me in a few hours, a few hours passed and still have not heard from her so I texted her asking if she needed an address for the usb and she said yes so I gave her my address and I told her I still haven’t received an email and have not heard from her since, at this point I won’t be surprised at all if I don’t receive the usb or the link for my pictures. We were also told by the other lady working the photo booth that they were not going to give us our pictures but she gave them to us anyway which we appreciate!

Nicole Wiseman: Mirror Mirror was awesome! Initially, we had Mirror Mirror for 2 hours but the everyone was having so much fun we had them stay for another hour :-) The crew was very helpful, kind and FUN! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Plus the photos came out GREAT!

Candice Hardrick: I used Mirror Mirror for my son’s 1st birthday and it was a hit! Everyone loved it from young to old. The owner is very nice and professional. She responds in a timely matter and answer all “stupid” questions with no problem. She even went out her way to get customized plates for props and let us take them home! My party started late and not only did she accommodate for that, she even stayed longer since everyone was have a good time. There’s so much more I could say but I’ll leave off with one other thing that impressed me the most. I had not made my deposit yet and the owner called me to let me know that she had someone else trying to book for the same day I wanted and she wanted to reach out to me first before she confirmed with them so I could have Mirror Mirror at my event.
