Laura Rogers: Horrible customer service. When I call the 800 number to order supplies, I am sent to somewhere in the Philippines. It is very hard to understand what the operators are saying. When I stay on the line to take the survey after the call, I am always disconnected.I will never recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
Mary Wright: I am frustrated with the follow through on our order. We received a new copier/scanner from this place not even one year ago. It utilizes a waste cartridge, when it is full, the printer will not print. EVERY time we try to order the cartridge, I lam left in limbo. contacted our rep about the cartridge, she would just send out an inquiry on the status and copy me on it. I am the one who finally got feed up and called a couple of times. Now, one and one half months later I finally have the cartridge. Better start ordering the next one now so I have it. Such terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Can't even give them a one start without gagging.
