Corey Wagner: The Dr. here is amazing as she basically saved my life. I was having numbness on one side of my body and my normal doctor didn't seem to know what was the cause. After much lab work and many months later, I went to get an EMG. The test came back normal and she recommended that I get an MRI on my brain and cervical spine. Because of her recommendation I got with a new Dr. and got the MRI. We ended up finding a brain tumor and because we found it early enough, they have a good chance to remove it with success. I am so grateful I went in to see Dr. V!

Find somewhere else. Take the extra time to go somewhere different. If this is done through an employer, request another location as it is your right to do so. Dr. George only cares about how many people he can see a day for $$$ and doesn't want to hear what you have to say, as his minds made up about anything before you even speak. He rushes you through whatever you're seen for and creates his own criteria for DOT physicals. One example is if you have sleep apnea, he'll make sure you have X amount of hours or percentage throughout the year. Fun fact there is no standard you have to use your machine. The only requirement is you have therapy, and use it 4 hours a night that's it, directly from FMCSR.Beyond that, NEVER see him for workman's comp either, as you'll get the same lackluster "care", possibly even worse. He only has his best interest in mind, and will find ANYTHING to try to deny you further care that you'll need. To top it all off, after neglectful medical practices, and God forbid something worse happens to you, he will 100% try to spin it off on the patient and not himself to avoid any responsibility or wrong doing that he's done.

Doran Westbrook: I have had to go to them for Workman's Comp, Urine analysis and DOT Physicals. Each time I was seen immediately, they got me out quickly and ALL of the Staff were so pleasant to me. Great personalities. I am one who hates going to doctors so when I say they were great, I mean it. I am a Truck Driver and I hope my company always uses them.

Mariah Price: 0/10 would NOT recommend any company to send their new-hire’s here or workers comp. Very disrespectful staff , even the doctor was rude to me after i waited 20 minutes for him to come and see me after I was done with my physical etc with the MA’s so after 20 minutes of waiting in the room I went out and politely asked the MA when the doctor would come and see me and she gave me a DISGUSTING look and told me he would be here where he felt like it. I felt very uncomfortable, uncared about and will NOT be returning ever again. Even the doctor came in and treated me terribly & excused me by saying “ you’re done bye” and walked out.

can can: So for it’s been an 1 hour plus wait to pee in a cup, I imagine most people drink lots of fluids beforehand to be ready… the staff seems nice enough but the wait times are painful.

Joseph Giunta: Always very professional, very understanding of injuries and concerns about motion specific pain. Very helpful when I have concerns about the healing process and the staff was very thorough about getting me back to the way I was prior to injury. The staff is friendly especially the front desk. When I expressed I felt weakness after injury they had no hesitation getting me into physical therapy.

Samuel Bishop: If no mask as of 6/8/22 they will sell you at front desk for a 1$ . Receptionist not friendly about it. Long wait too staff beyond , doctor and assistant were professional and nice. Not impressed.

Virginia Cruz: Today I tried to see my health care provider at MSU Clinical, I have used this facility for years. I realize we’re in the mist of a pandemic. That is why the Governor announced on the news “if you feel sick see your health care provider .” I had a temp since Saturday therefore I wanted to be checked as to what may be going on. When my daughter made the appointment for me she was told the doctor would call me but do not come to the office, 4 hours later I call again and the receptionist told me I had to wait for the doctor to call. I asked “why can’t I just go in for an appointment?” She promptly told me they couldn’t let me come in because THEY might get sick. I said is this really ethical to tell a sick patient they can’t come in to see their health care provider cause I might make YOU sick??She said yes this is what they were doing. I was so shocked!!! I went Urgent Care and they took me in right away without any problem. I am so incredibly disappointed with MSU Clinical. They have very poor management practices.

Juli Mack: August 2, 2019 - waiting in the lab for a blood draw for almost an hour. There were four people ahead of us when we arrived! Absolutely obsurd!

Kate Renee: This is only the second time that I've visited an MSU clinic and they can never seem to get the billing right. They bill my insurance and then send me a bill for what my insurance doesn't pay. This would be fine if it was my deductible, but the issue is that they have a certain code that they send the insurance company, the insurance company pays the contractually agreed upon amount. This number may be lower than what they bill a person without insurance. Instead of adjusting the amount accordingly, they have wrongly sent me the bill for the remainder outside of the contracted number. If I didn't know better, I might have paid it. Because I know better, I contacted my insurance company and contacted the billing office. It has been taken care of both times, but it's NOT OKAY that this has happened twice now! So if you go to this clinic (which I don't recommend because of the hair-brained billing system) check your bill and know what you're paying for!

Sharlene Winslow: I have been driving bus for 36 years. Now because my blood pressure was high(due to just having knee replacment) they sent me for the sleep apnea test. I think they must get a kick back. No one ever passes these test....

Teufel Hunde: They are HUGE sleep apnea test pushers. I need a DOT physical event 2 years. Went to my 4th with my current company (doing the job for 8 years) and since I gained some weight they ordered a sleep test. The other 3 times went by with no hiccups at all. And I am currently no larger than when I started employment 8 years ago. They also recorded a previous weight almost grossly inaccurate, which led to the apnea order. I did NOT gain 88 lbs! I told them it was wrong, but they didn't care. It seems they try to get as much out of the company you work for's insurance as they can.

Scott's Metalworking: These people messed up the date of my pre-employment drug screen, and didn't bother to call me. I showed up and they said they were booked full, and that I had missed my appointment yesterday. I tried to get answers, contact their supervisor etc. and got nowhere, and no restitution. My prospective employer called me and asked why I missed the appointment; which was not fun to explain. Make sure they give you a reminder call a few days beforehand. The nurse and doctor that I did finally see were very nice.

Sarah Hillman: We have been coming to the Willow Community Health Center for years, for our kids health checks, vaccines, and illnesses. We have always recieved polite and professional service. Dr Worthington is wonderful, and her staff is friendly and helpful.

Mathison Allyce: I have to say I don't understand why the reviews are so low, I saw jeniffer Ludwig and I thought she was great the assistant nurse that took me back was one of the nicest people I have met. I've been trying to find a doctor out here for 3 years now and I finally feel like I found a doctor that cares!

Also last time I was there the nurse stood way too close to me the whole time and accidentally stuck me in the arm(through my clothes) with an open needle and used the same needle to give me my depo injection.

Hernandez 1999: Call in for some request for information of a prescription I’ve been sending them and asking for updates and they just will not work on it. It’s sad that I have to wait 9 months to it to be available and now that is they will not send the referral/order nor answer the calls.

Megan Ann: I experienced the worst medical care I have ever had in my life. I went in for a copper IUD removal. They had a student medical resident attempt the procedure without even asking me if that was okay. She went to do a swab and accidentally shoved the swab in my urethra. I now have excruciating pain every time I try to pee. Not only that they didn’t even have the proper speculum and I was unable to even get it removed. And even after the student injured me they still let her attempt to do the removal before finally letting the doctor take over when she continued to struggle . All the pain and suffering was caused without reason. Uneducated providers and awful treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Study SnackSmile: Absolutely horrible service. The doctors are nice and attentive. But the receptionists are rude and mean with no idea on customer care. They are also discriminatory and make fun of people with accents. Usually treating them with blatant disregard.

Brian Iveson: Worst service Ive ever received from a medical center. It took them a month and a half to get me a referral which they forgot to give me while I was there. When I called to inquire about the referral, it was somehow inconveniencing them. Because of their service, I have had to deal with an injury for an extra month when I should have been getting physical therapy.

Jessica Hamock: It is one bad thing after another with this place. The front office staff are rude and always act like you are inconveniencing them. The Dr my son sees doesn't seem like the brightest and always has to check with another Dr with questions. The last apt he had lasted until 7:30...the apt was at 5...and we only saw the Dr for about 15-20 mins. Today we went for an apt at 10:40 to get told that the Dr was not in. The rude lady in front said I got a call on Friday about it. I in fact did not get a call about it. I got a text on Friday to confirm the apt alone with a phone call last night confirming the apt this morning. Needless to say as soon as I got home from the apt I found my son a new Dr. He missed a morning of school and I missed half a day of work because of these people. We will never go back and I advise everyone to just go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

Lauren: The only office I've been to (other than my neurologist in Ann Arbor) that genuinely cares for their patients. Great counselor as well.

Jaymelee Kramer: My appointment was at 10 am. We were there before the receptionist. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me i couldn't be seen because i was 3 months over they're age limit. Which i should have been told when i made the appointment with brittney.

Kristen Grafen: Willow is honestly the best health center I have been to in my life. They are very friendly and have great service. You might spend more time than what you want in there, but they always make sure that everything is okay and that you get what you need.
