Peter Gonder: My company purchases resin from this supplier and they're almost always late on shipping and we've had quality issues with what they send us. Their reps don't really take ownership, acknowledge the issues, or apologize for the late shipments and poor quality of their product. They respond like a teenage girl would - get defensive. Wish our sourcing department would find another supplier for resin. These guys are a joke..
