Teresa Anderson: First time shopping here recently. The store is nice and clean. My mother and I were pleasantly greeted at the door and the other two employees were very attentive when we had questions. It was a very good shopping experience. Lots of beautiful clothing and jewelry.

Debra Chapman: One of the worst Lane Bryant stores I've ever been in. Not much of a selection if clothes or shoes. Black woman working there was not very friendly at all. Hurt my foot on one of the clothing racks and all she said was "its regulation size". No " Sorry" or "are you ok"? Very rude.

I walked into the store this afternoon, I was reluctantly greeted by a sales person who presented herself in a less that professional manner. She was dressed in a tube top (with her dirty purple lace bra clearly exposed), she paired that with some athletic leggings (that did not complimentthe aforementioned tube top), and had on what I can only describe as 5 year old looking NIKE slides. As if this was not enough, I was there to pick out a few bras as they were on sale. I was disappointed to find the bras not sized. It took me 20 minutes to find 2 bras in my size (I am a pretty standard size for a LB customer, but could only find 2 bras in my size and thy were both beige). Then I proceeded to the checkout. I had noticed the woman infront of me in line when I arrived to the store 20 minutes previously. That woman was still in line when I got there. So I waited. And waited. And waited. I waited for another 20 minutes. No acknowledgment. No apology. Nothing. I laid my 2 items down, and went to another store.I have been a Lane Bryant customer for at least 25 years, and have NEVER witnessed anything like I did today.Hold yourselves to a higher standard. You have made this brand a higher mid end name. Act accordingly.

To be honest the clothes do run more than what I normally pay but you can always catch a sale which makes them very affordable. The quality of the clothing that we looked at was very good.

lydia gibbs: Tried double charging us and when confronted about it tried arguing but it only takes simple math skills to realize the total shouldn't of went up not only once but twice. Started at 89 gave her 100 cash she then says since we have to order online it gets sperated which is fine but tried adding additional 26 asking if we had a card to pay as well. When asked about how it isn't still 89 as argued then tried to say the new total is 129 we ended up just walking out and are ordering online but just a heads up watch your totals at this store

Judith House: As I don't live close by I don't visit this very often. I wish they had a store near the west side of Lansing as their selection of clothes is plentiful along with fair prices. I really enjoy shopping here except for December 1. One of the clerks was SO LOUD in telling her coworker about her trip to Bronner's and Biggby's and her distaste for Michigan basements and peas and other things that were of little interest to anyone within the entire store . If the coworker walked further away tending to the racks and sweeping she just yelled louder. She was so obnoxious!! Shopping should be fun...this girl made it less than pleasant.
