Jeremy Montgomery: Dr Mike is great. Very good bedside manner and gets right to what you need taken care of. I had planters fasciitis surgery on both feet and he answered any question I needed and was very helpful and understanding how it happened and why it happened. I would recommend him for any work or care you need done on your feet

Bryan Jozwiak: Absolutely amazing. Went in for an ingrown toe nail. Had an 830 appointment. Arrived at 8 was in an exam by 815. Dr. Rayman took a look and said " yeah that's an ingrown nail. Want to take care of it now? We have time." And by 845-9 ish I was walking out with my nail taken care. Great time there.

Brian Benedict: Dr.Cesar and his staff were very friendly and easy going. I had no complaints about their service. I usually did not have to wait at my appointments.I had Achilles tendonitis for two years and no therapy or medication was able to relieve my discomfort. I received Shock Wave Therapy from Dr. Cesar weekly for a period of about 5 or 6 weeks. He did mention that it may still be problematic even after my sessions, but if I had a good response to the treatments it should get better. After completing the treatments the pain that I had been experiencing for more than two years went away. I am very grateful to have had the treatments and am glad I was referred to Dr. Cesar for my care.

Bonnie: I suffered foot pain for years before I found Dr. Cesar. I had arch supports made, foot surgery, and nothing helped but staying off my feet. After giving up on podiatrists, in the Autumn of 2020, I read reviews like this one and decided to give Dr. Cesar a try. With one office call he told me the problem and how to fix it, now most of my foot pain is gone. I'm going for walks again. I didn't need shockwave therapy, custom orthotics, foot surgery or laser therapy, but if I did need them, this is the doctor I would trust.

Craig Terrill: Office took a week+ to call me back on lab results that I personally got the same day I went in. The person on the phone said "I found your chart with no notes" which tells me, as a patient, I wasn't being actively cared for and was lost in the shuffle. Dr. Gary's approach during my appointment felt a bit insouciant and dismissive of my concerns and input.One positive sidenote: the staff of the office are kind, easy to talk to, and did make an initial effort to get me into an appointment.

Jonathan Raven: Called Dr. Michael Papson's office with an urgent ankle injury late on a busy Monday morning. Was worked in early afternoon, seen promptly, diagnosed and treated within an hour. Staff was cheerful and caring, and Dr. Papson was thorough and clear.

Lissa Perrin: Dr. Sterling performed surgery on my sister-in-law's foot, removing a large bone spur. The surgery went well, but after she returned home there was bleeding through the bandage that we didn't expect. She called his office and Dr. Sterling responded in a very timely manner. He also made time to see her the next morning, examined the surgical site and rewrapped her foot. He was professional, reassuring and explained things well. Both my sister-in-law and I were positive about her surgical experience and the immediate follow up by Dr. Sterling. The office staff were also friendly and professional.

Laveda Willson: Billing with this office was atrocious. I paid my amount on my first visit. At the second visit, they tried billing me again. I told them, and showed my bank statement with the payment. Later I got a bill in the mail for the same amount. I called the office as well as the billing department multiple times, and still my bill was eventually sent to collections. This was not a good first impression of this office and I will not be returning.

James Sheff: came in with unreal pain, literally unable to walk without limping. he diagnosed, educated, and got me in semi-custom orthotic inserts. they were a little pricy but worth every penny. literally no pain for almost 2 years after that.

Nichole Nikki: The office terminated my care. I am 9 months pregnant and I have cancer. I was unable to make it to my appointment due hospitalization and illness. I was told I should of had a family member call and cancel my appointment. I have no family other then my young children. I was more concerced about losing my unborn child then cancelling an appointment. This office has zero compassion and they did not treat my health issue. 2 Chihuahua Mama: I had a problem with my foot for many years. I was not satisfied with what I was told by certain podiatrists. Finally I decided to get the problem taken care of. I was referred to Dr. Sterling who gave me some options. Over a month since the surgery, and I'm pain-free and healed 100%.Dr. Sterling and his staff are friendly, caring, respectful and professional.The same could be said of the hospital staff that assisted with the surgery, which was surprisingly quick! They were conscientious about keeping my friend informed of my progress while she waited, and getting her to post-op before I woke up.

Melody Atwood: I have never in my life received a shot in my feet where I did not faint from the pain. Well, enter Dr. Sterling. What a doctor. He gave me 2 shots on top of my big toe and one behind the toe. I absolutely did NOT feel a thing. He is so gentle and caring towards his patients. He does not want to, nor does he make getting a shot on your feet have any discomfort at all. His shots I didn't even know he had given to me. Then when he cut the part of the toenail that was imbedded into the meat part of your toe, again NO FEELING of any kind of pain. This man could operate on me anytime. He knows how to make a procedure pain free. Thank you Dr. Sterling. I will come back to you in a heartbeat. Talk about the BEST, he ranks #1 .

felicia sawyer: Went to dr. Sterling per recommendation from my family doc a couple years ago. Dr sterling himself was very polite and nice..but his office staff was very rude and lazy. First off, the lady tried telling me my insurance didnt cover xrays..when i knew for a fact they did. I had several xrays done prior for other things and they were always covered. She was trying to get me to pay out of pocket for them..sorry my insurance covers them! And when i confronted her with the proof with the formulary for my insurance, she finally stopped arguing with me and blamed it on my insurancecompany's website. It was amazing i was able to get accurate coverage info with no problem!! Then i was told i needed orthotics and that insurance doesn't cover them. This i was unsure about...but i ended up paying 150 bucks outta pocket for hard pieces of plastic that didnt alleviate any of my pain. So i decided to go to a different podiatrist. Got different orthotics and go figure...my insurance covered them because this office actually tried to run my insurance for them!! Dr. Sterlings office didnt even try to run my insurance because they would rather just have patients pay out of pocket.

So many patients I’ve seen diagnosed and heard their symptoms nothing could prepare me for the pain..wow…. I seen Dr. Stines 1 day she gave me a thorough physical and diagnostic exam. She treated me with foot injections and I feel like a new person! I’m ready to climb on the stationary bike I purchased to help with my sudden weight gain following Covid, which was the cause of my recent diagnosis. I’m waiting til next week to use the bike following Dr Stines instructions.. I’m confident that doing exactly what she says is my best bet. I’m going tomorrow to get molded for orthotics for tennis shoes than I’m ready for my road to weight loss.She’s been a podiatrist for 34 years and hopefully for anyone out their with foot issues she has 34 more!I would give her 5 stars because I’m so happy with her, but I had a bad experience with the receptionist when arriving which Dr. Stines showed immediate professional kindness and I stayed. Back to see her she would not give me a boot she would not order of Mri she put a cast on my foot for 10 days took it off and said well if that doesn’t work I don’t know what will. went my family doctor.She ordered the MRI it came back with tendinitis a small tear in one of my tenants and a cyst on the back of my ankle. Powers Saverson: If You have respect, and care about Your body, please do not even look at this company. I happen to see Miss Dr Ingram M Steins once, and at that moment, I already had a feeling that this group is only about higher bills to insurance companies, not about helping, as the name of the street tries hard to imply. I had the highest opinion of MI doctors and their performance, until I ran into this group. I was sent to do whatever they could charge my insurance company for, and then simply refused a minor surgery without an explanation or putting me at ease knowing that whatever is wrong with me would be fixable. My business is very stressful, and a year ago, with my main Dr down in Florida, we made up a plan how to change my lifestyle into a less stressful one, and part of it was obviously moving more, producing more endorphins, reducing stress, and making my heart work better. It’s not that I had any problems with that yet, as a matter of fact, 6 months ago, I went through a 6-hour surgery, and in a couple of weeks was already on a plane, feeling brand new. Here, I was sent to do x-rays, and sent to a very pretty nurse practitioner that was simulating a doctor. The worst simulation of a doctor I have ever seen. Though she’s a nice girl, she does not belong in a hospital at all, forget simulating a doctor. The group was not competent enough to even get my medical records from FL, made me take care of it instead, and then this pretty girl turned me down from the surgery, based on 1-year-old information, without even looking in what shape I am now. To whom it may concern, Mrs Stein is performing her surgeries at 1210 Saginaw Ln, as well. So, once again, if You care about Your body, and Your time, do Yourself a favor, and forget this group is existing in Lansing. MI is full of good doctors, why go to frauds, which I have to report to my insurance, these people are, since they did not even try to help, but to create insurance charges.
