Hayden Wheeler: If I could rate negative stars I would. They treat not only the fish like garbage but the customers as well. They had a buy two get one half off sale posted in front of the products and as soon as I grabbed the product off the shelf the employee came over and ripped the sale sign off and said sorry you missed it. They abuse the fish and your wallet. Go to your local pet store instead. Don't support these chain pet stores.

Craig Streeter: This place isn't even worth a star but I guess you got to give them one to rate them try to buy a male gerbil for my son got a regular associate she refused to sell me one cuz I didn't have the size of the cage I was putting it in so I told her to go get a manager he didn't want to deal with me so he went and got Mallory I showed her a picture of the cage I wanted to put the gerbil in and she refused to sell it to me because she didn't want to split the two gerbils up they're advertising them for sale as one not two that's illegal they're gerbils people come on

Patty Goldsmith: I don't live close to a petco. I bought some gravel and went back to return it soon as I got back to this store. They wouldnt return it. The manager on dayshift had an issue and didn't want to come talk to me. I think his name was Mark. I'm very disappointed I wasn't told anything about 30 day return policy. They said it's on the back in small print. Well who in the heck reads that?? They wouldn't even do a 1 time courtesy. It's usually a 60 or 90 day. So now I'm stuck with it and guess I won't shop here again

robert henderson: The staff is a four or five. This low rating is because I didn't realize that you can't exchange non-perishable items, such as the cat litter that I had, after 30 days. Mind you, I wasn't asking for a refund, just store credit.

Eric Brockway (Bruke): I've had good experiences there in the past so maybe this visit was a fluke but prices were not clearly marked, the selection of cat litter boxes was relatively small, and they only had one checkout lane open. I will visit them again but they're no longer my first choice.

Sherry Black: Always buy fish here, just gotta pay attention for sick behavior and they like to cross contaminate with using the same net on every tank , so their spreading ick. But will continue to shop here, just be choosy.

Chris Bezinque: I used to come here for my dogs grooming. It used to be only a couple hours from drop off to pickup. The last times I've taken my dog they are short staffed because the groomer is off. This happens every time I bring my dog here. My dog has hydrocephalus and separation anxiety. This is a problem if from drop off to pickup is 4 to 5 hours. This is unexceptionable.

Amanda Barker: Great service and found everything I needed. They should probably put a sign up that shows there is dog food at the end of the cat area which is where I found the food I needed. Was confused when the website said the food was in stock but I couldn't find it. One of the employees showed me where it was. Maybe they should swap the grooming supplies aisle with the other dog foods to keep them all in the same area?

Fred Alexander: PetSmart is always a hit. The people are always friendly and polite. Everything has nearly doubled in price since covid and that's the only drawback.

Demetria Stewart: Long over do review. I always took my dogs here and always was good. My dog Laila is such a calm dog she doesn't even flinch when getting shots. I dropped her off nothing was wrong with her and when I picked her up she had big bulges in her stomach area. They obviously squeezed her. It was a new groomer and of course Banfield said it was purely a coincidence that they appeared while grooming. I took her to a vet clinic that could perform the surgery to remove the bulges which turned out to be hernias and they said that he felt that they were caused by trauma and he believes they did hold her too tightly. Never will I take my dogs to them again. $1000+ later which came out of my pocket and petsmart should have paid...no apologies the manager was actually kind of rude and not sympathetic at all.
