Kim Clisham: We attending a wedding and the tent was great - toilet trailer was HORRIBLE! Stopped working maybe halfway through the wedding. At one point both men and women's toilets were down and then just the women's was working with (2) stalls. People, in dresses and suits, having to find somewhere outside to use the bathroom should never be an issue a bride and groom should have to worry about at their wedding.

Watching family and friends who were dressed up for a wedding trying to unclog lines filled with leaves and to see a wedding planner have to stand outside and try to explain to guests that the facilities were not working were bad enough but to have to try and explain to my son with Down Syndrome that there wasn’t a functioning bathroom and that he had to go to the bathroom outside in a field and try to hide from 175 people watching….that is just wrong! If you are going to provide equipment that is expensive to rent you need to not only ensure that they are delivered in good condition, you need to have a service number and service team to resolve issues. If you can’t provide those services then you should have refunded the payment

Laura Savant: They serviced a wedding we attended. The bride and her family had taken extreme care to make the settingperfect. They hired this company with the guarantee they could provide such service. Imagine the anguish it caused them as these facilities overflowed several times and 1. There were no facilities available. 2. Family members had to stop their celebrating to address these issues so the guests had facilities. I would suggest to anyone considering them to RUN THE OTHER WAY!

Stacy Doubrava: We recently attended an outdoor wedding. At first I was impressed with the style if the bathroom...a women's side with a bathroom and sink and a men's side. But halfway through the night the women's toilets quit working and the men's almost overflowed. We eventually found out there were leaves in the line that caused the problem. The bride contacted the company asking for half refund, they provided a partial refund...they wouldn't consider it and didn't allow her to talk to anyone else. When you are dressed up at a wedding, you don't ever think you'll have to use the weeds to relieve yourself.

Donielle Heinze: Absolutely DO NOT use this company. They sent us a trailer for our wedding (that had 175 people) knowing the pedal in the woman’s bathroom was sticking. The men’s toilet filled to the top with water about halfway through the reception causing that one to no longer work.Faucet in the men’s bathroom wasn’t working, and at one point neither bathroom could be used.We tried calling during and couldn’t get in touch with anyone.They are not willing to giving a refund that is acceptable because they are saying they don’t see these issues…. Even though they admitted to sending us a trailer with pedal that wasn’t 100%.They were more of an issue than a solution for our wedding and I don’t recommend.

chxchk: We attended a wedding where a restroom trailer was brought in. It looked nice, but functioned very poorly. The flush pedal stuck and water was everywhere. One of the units quit working because a line was plugged with leaves and debris. When the bride complained to the rental company, and asked for half her money back, they refused. They gave her a portion of the cost and wouldn’t allow her to speak to a manager when she felt it wasn’t enough. Poor customer service, and a poor product.

Brian Shute: Rented a toilet trailer for our wedding on 9/4/21. This company sent us a toilet trailer that they knew had problems. Less than an hour into our wedding both toilets were not operable. We had 175 guests at our wedding with two broken toilets. We attempted to call the company several times through out the night and never got through to anyone. We spent $1,800 with this company and they caused more issues than solutions. Don’t use!

We felt much better about having an outdoor wedding and this company was great to work with. Emily was especially helpful! My favorite part about the whole thing was that they set up the tent and took it all down without bothering me a single time. They were on time and very efficient. I loved not having to think about it all as I was getting ready. Thank you so much!

I was referred here by a coworker and I'm sp happy they were able tp accommodate our last minute rental request. Emily was polite and quick to respond and i was able to secure what i needed. Jason was the one who finalized the order and he was grateful for the business considering their situation. Im grateful they were able to get me exactly what i needed and at a reasonable price. Epic Auctions and Estate Sales: I have used America Rentals for over 30 years as we rent portable toilets for our auction events. I have always found them to be very responsive to my needs and sometimes on short timelines. Their prices have been fair over the years and haven't risen excessively. The drivers have been friendly and helpful always putting the "green lounge" where we wanted it. I recommend them highly and find some of the other reviews difficult to comprehend as what they are describing has not been my experience with this long standing Mid-Michigan company. Redbeard Skittles: Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any business I have ever encountered. They were very disorganized, and had a lack of communication between their employees concerning my account. I would often get many calls about whether I paid or not, when I already put my deposit down months in advance, or when the tent should be delivered when this was already planned out. They were also very rude one the phone, and not helpful at all with any of my questions. Eventually the only solution was to go talk to them in person, and still they were very rude and not helpful at all!!! I strongly recommend taking your services somewhere else, their rates aren't very good, and many hidden fees, and the quality of the chairs and tables were terrible!!!!! You 're not getting what you paid for!
