Sara Hudgens: Amanda and Rachel in the print center are absolute angels! They were a joy to work with and went above and beyond to help print items for my wedding. We had another Staples center in Novi that told us it would be 3-5 business days and they needed to ship it out to a business center. This store got it done for us in a matter of hours!
Daniel Smith: Just needed 9 pages printed. The lady who was not busy directed me to the self serve a common practice. However it wants a $5 hold for 9 B/W prints that is less than a $1.50. I again asked the employee for help and she was too uninterested in taking 2 minutes to print my 9 pages. I was so frustrated I left and went down to FedEx Print and had it done in half the time it took Staples to explain how to send the document to self serveGo elsewhere

Great products and service help. A few times I actually was still in the store with a few other customers after they closed BUT we were never hurried!

jillykz: My apologies for this long overdue review. Last year I went through a stressful time with my broken HP laptop. My warranty required that I send my laptop out to California for repair. The Tech Dept Staff helped me get it packaged up and sent out but when it returned, only a portion of the problem came back fixed. I have a small business and I use my laptop daily. Seeing how stressful the situation was for me, Phil and his Tech Dept Staff took care of me until my problem was fully resolved. Then just recently I had to go back into Staples again due to a problem with my printer. Again Phil and his Tech Staff took wonderful care of me. They looked up my warranty information, sent off my old printer, and I had a new printer in my hands the very next day. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful Tech Team at this store. They're an amazing bunch and they've been real life savers for me.

Autumn Harris: In case you're planning to order brochures or other marketing documents from here, don't!1. The paper quality alone is very poor. Super thin, generic printer paper, with no option to upgrade on the online ordering system.2. Their online proofing system will show a document that is printed edge to edge. However your physical prints from the store will have a thick white edge all around it. - This is not noted anywhere on their ordering website, nor is there an option to opt for online printing to avoid this - contrary to what the employee tried to gaslight me into believing.3. I was very unhappy with the white border on all of the brochures that I ordered. And when I asked the employee why this happened she said, "my printers are incapable of printing all the way to the edge of the document. If you wanted the brochure printed like that you needed to order an actual brochure. (as if I had incorrectly ordered the wrong item - I specifically ordered Tri-Fold Brochures - so I don't know why she said it like that) And you'd need to select the option to have them printed without the white crop, online, and have them mailed to you." This lead me to believe that I had missed a step. So I immediately hopped on my computer and walked through the order process start to finish to see if she was correct. Nope, there's no such option. She's either grossly misinformed about how their online ordering system works, or she just wanted to gaslight the heck out of me to make me feel responsible for their poor quality.If your quality is bad or you're terribly misinformed about the ordering process, just admit that. But don't gaslight your customers into thinking it was user order error, what a horrible method of customer service! Do yourself a favor and order your marketing documents somewhere else.*images attached, 1st image: A screen shot of the proof that is provided when you've finalized your online order. Notice how both pages appear that they will be printed all the way to the edge. 2nd image: The garbage brochure that was given to me with a thick white border all the way around the entire document.
Claire Bode: Staples… THIS Staples in particular… is my favorite place in Lansing. Seriously. My son and I go here to cruise the aisles and get advice from the very helpful and friendly staff. We shop here for everything paper/pen and pencil/computer related. I bought a Staples office chair from here that I love. And a label printer, and school supplies every year for 12 years, and laptops. The staff, Chris in particular, go out of their way to point out less expensive alternatives or to help you find that particular item you need. A visit here always brightens my day. I want my ashes scattered outside the front door. That’s how much I love this Staples.

The SPS Edge: It was a great relief to go into the store on two different days and get received with the same courtesy and professionalism from the staff I worked with. The first day Sam was very helpful in helping me bring my vision to reality. The next day Linda helped me execute it. Its worth saying that Staples on Michigan Ave is well worth the trip.

Most recently, I needed a vga/hdmi adapter & purchased one. It didn't work so I brought it back. The store manager (or assistant manager) knew right away what needed to be done to fix my problem. BAM! He removed some hardware from my old cord, the adapter worked, & I was on my way. He went out of his way to help. He could have easily told me what needed to be done & left me there to figure things out. Thank you for going the extra mile!

steviethebassman: Having taken some custom pieces here in the past with outstanding results, Saper was my first choice for framing some additional rarities in my collection.Roy, Jennifer and Erin shared some great insight and suggestions into my framing projects and helped find just the right mats, frames, glass and archival materials along with nailing my esoteric vintage hardware accoutrement requests - putting the perfect icing on the cake! Execution and meticulous craftsmanship were truly exemplary and once again, even decades later their work is just as breathtaking as in the past - adding museum grade protection, value and aesthetics to my pieces.You can trust your finest relics to be delicately handled and treated with the utmost care and respect here. Kudos Saper Galleries, as always you are the best!

Beth Avery: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Saper Galleries. I took in an heirloom mirror to be repaired. It had a bad crack and it was slipping through the ornate frame. I checked out a variety of places, but Saper Galleries was clearly in a class by itself. Roy Saper assisted me and couldn't have been friendlier or nicer, as was his staff. Roy really took the time to carefully examine the mirror and let me know in detail how it could be fixed. The repair to the crack was expertly made, the mirror repositioned, and better fasteners attached to the frame with a new strong wire, and a brand new backing with bumpers. Roy even offered to give me proper hooks to hang it. It was repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price that I could afford. I was emailed when it was ready and received a lovely thank you email after I picked it up. I was also impressed with the store. It is well designed and filled with lovely examples of their framing. Easy to get to and easy parking in the back, too. I will be sure to turn to Saper Galleries whenever I have a framing need or want to buy a special gift. Thank you to a great team!

Hannah Young: Wonderful printing service! The employees are always welcoming and provided me with all the information I asked for. They even printed me a preview of my artwork so I could choose which style I liked most. I will always come to Capital City Reprographics!
Dave Jones: They scanned in the old vellum originals! PDF's are much easier to distribute.
spennywise: My fiancé and I have been using FedEx for all invitations in the past since my fiancé makes them, but they couldn’t print out our wedding invitations the we wanted them to due to programming. My fiancé found this place and it worked out perfectly. Due to Covid, we’ve been behind on things. When we asked how long it would take they said a week. I went into panic mode but understood it wasn’t their fault. The guy saw I was upset and said he could probably have them done in a few days. Well, it only took one! The invitations looked great and the price was actually better than FedExs! I’m glad this place was able to help us out and the customer service was great. They knew exactly what they were doing and their confidence made me confident.I recommend this place for sure!
Richard O'Connell: I had designed our wedding invitations and was having print issues originally at FedEx. They were not able to help me at all and gave me a deeply miscolored print. After researching the issue, many people were recommending a local print shop. I decided to go with Capital City Reprographics and I can honestly say that I'll never use FedEx Print Services again. CCR not only printed our invitations perfectly, they had better paper options AND it was less than HALF as expensive as FedEx! To top it all off, CCR originally told me that the order would take a few days. We were kind of in a pinch and were visibly frustrated, but understood it was a last minute request like 10 minutes before they closed. My fiance and I were surprised to hear from them the next day at around noon! Overall, I cannot say a bad thing about this place. They went above and beyond any expectation, our prints were beautiful, and they'll be getting all future business from me!
Kyle Keillor: As a former employee and former customer of CapCityRepro I can attest that you will overpay for an under-quality product. IF they actually make it in-house it will be made with out-dated, barely functioning printers and worn equipment; but most likely they will just outsource it and price hike it unfairly and too high! There are much better choices out there, online and locally, that will be much more knowledgeable and skilled at printing and designing your project. The people in charge of this place definitely do not support local, they treat their customers slightly better than their employees and that’s not saying much, and they have zero knowledge of Fine Art. The motto here is “Quality Printing and Design,” take that with a grain of salt! There is no quality control here! Go somewhere with people who understand and appreciate art, artists, and most importantly, their community! This is a VERY poorly managed “print shop”. BUYER BEWARE!!

Bruce Terry: Quite the incredible staff here. The designers make sure the work I request come back the way I want it, and it makes sending in a project easier on me in the meantime. Although the pricing is in Sq Feet and can be confusing, the designers help understand what I'm actually paying for. It helps keep cost down for bigger jobs, rather then fixed prices around town. Love bringing my RAW Images here to get printed and fit for frames. Was very hard to find a place that worked well for my RAW Photograph's, promotional design, and materials.

Sawah Funches: This is an example of "I got Daddums business." It has staff members in their 60's that have old business practices and resentful behavior towards anything that conflicts with their experience. This is why you don't employ personal friends, they have a tendency to behave as if they're untouchable. Mark Odeen facilitates it by ignoring the problem. With a professional attitude like turning the other way towards favored employees completely inappropriate behavior, this place has a high turn around rate and terrible customer satisfaction. There are other printers in the area who have better ethical practices, I suggest you take your business there.
