SP Women's Center - Shared Pregnancy Women's Center: what do users think?
Allison Claire: Shared Pregnancy truly saved me when I was pregnant with my firstborn. It was a rough situation and I felt loved there. It's a great community of young moms too, if you're looking to make some friends through some of the classes they offer.
Alex Rogers: This place is evil. You walk in and you can just feel that they *want* to hurt you here. They hate you. This is a fake clinic and they have a political incentive unlike real clinics and will lie to you to achieve their agenda. My girlfriend and I came here to get help and they were so mean to her they made her cry. I sincerely mean that they hate you here. Stay away.
Sarai Romero: So friendly and caring ❤️ Thank you for everything from now and on I’m going to recommend you to anyone I know that might need your guys help ☺️
Shelly Melrose: They are rude I was being talked about and they thought I couldn't hear them wouldn't recommend go somewhere else
Derick Otoo: Great place to visit. Thanks a lot
Alleyes Oncream: Thank you for always being there for me🙏🏽❤️
Mallory Jane Miller: I cannot thank this place enough. Employees showed me nothing but kindness and compassion.
Andrea Harton: The women who work and volunteer at this facility are genuinely so sweet and caring. They are an amazing place for resources. I attended a few of there groups and i left there feeling great. It is always a good place for new moms to feel encouraged and be able to talk to other new moms about anything. The vibe is very welcoming. I would recommend shared pregnancy to all pregnant and new moms.
Joshua Greve: A very friendly, caring and welcoming staff and volunteer staff!
media msu: God bless you
suk magar: Supper for the low class families which help to gives better care to for our children

Pregnancy Choices: what do users think?
Bridgette Gonzalez: This place will not give you the answers you want if you are looking for facts and assistance with an abortion. They pretend to be pro-choice and only have the goal to guilt and trick you. They have another location closer to MSU that does the same thing. Please save yourself and avoid these places.
Delanie Alyse: DO NOT COME HERE! They are a CPC. They are ran by a church and their main goal is to do/say anything they can to make you not have an abortion. They will tell you that you just aren’t pregnant, or that you will miscarry if you mention wanting an abortion. They also have very old equipment which is not reliable at all and have staff that is very poorly (if at all) trained. They are a FAKE and very sketchy business. Their job is literally to lie to you and change your mind about abortion (if you’re considering it). And if you are planning on keeping it, their equipment is very old and outdated and most likely won’t be reliable which will only send you into a scare. DO NOT GO HERE.
Erin Noelke: Horrible. Absolutely inappropriate. Did not support ALL options whatsoever and almost pressured me to completely overlook abortion and even demonized it at some points. There was another point in time where the staff separated me and my boyfriend into different rooms and they had asked him extremely inappropriate questions such as if he should trust me. Not sure if that was because I mentioned abortion was one of my options at the time but for whatever reason it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
Kelly McVeigh: THE place to go if you need accurate information about ALL your options as it relates to pregnancy. ALL their services (including ultrasounds) are FREE and confidential. Staff very knowledgeable and caring.
Tabitha Hunter: Does NOT provide abortion. False information.
Karla Look: Pregnancy Choices offer great services and it's all free.

Pregnancy Services: what do users think?
Mariama Bah: Very helpful and so grateful for their assistance
Matthew: I really appreciate the ultrasound. Kind and helpful staff!
Elyse Schenk: This is the place to go if you have pregnancy concerns. They have no financial incentive to persuade you in any direction (unlike PP). Expect honesty, compassion, support and resources. I went here in 2017 for a free pregnancy test (it was positive). My son is now 4 years old and has two younger siblings, and I credit this clinic with giving me the support I needed to embrace motherhood at an unexpected time of my life. Even if you consider yourself "pro-choice", this clinic will give you an un-biased and informative and extremely helpful sanctuary to make the most important decision of your life.
Paige Brusati: Great place for resources, very kind and supportive staff, they help from pregnancy test all the way through to children's necessities. If you don't plan on carrying your child, you don't need resources so go somewhere else.
Bridgette Gonzalez: Predatory advertising, pretending to be pro-choice while sharing misinformation and fear about safe methods of abortion. Do not come here if you want education on all your choices.
Juanita Akers: Evil unprofessional staff they practically chopped up every internal organ that I have and drove me in the backseat of personal car to Jackson hospital I lived the whole time should of died instantly unbelievable torture isn't even close to what I went threw
Mary P: Almost 4 years ago I went here to get a free pregnancy test and scan. I can see that some people are upset as to their slightly hidden pro-life views, but I can attest to how caring they are.I was given so many free items including, diapers, toys, wipes, blankets, clothing and much more. They offer free classes as well on the stages of pregnancy and birthing. I plan on donating my now 2 year olds clothing and toys in hopes to help another mother in need.
Dahlia Israel: I went it’s was great
Rachael Vanneste: UNETHICAL CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTER THATIS PRO LIFE AND WONT TALK TO YOU ABOUT ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS. My friend went and told me about her experience and was visibly upset after. it’s unbelievable to me that this place could say they “care about you” and want to “talk about your concerns” on the building itself. Incredibly misleading and dangerous as they target young college women. GO TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD TO TALK ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS AND GET UNBIASED CARE
Driven By Derek: You people should be ashamed of yourselves preying upon women in their time of need. I went to your website and your “statastics” are very misleading...but then again that’s the purpose of these pregnancy centers after all, am I right?! If you are pregnant and worried, PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do some research before taking ANY advice from places such as this.
Tranaya Mosher: The staff is friendly and ready to help and they offer a variety of free services. The process was simple and easy to get through and they have a lot of info ready should you have questions or worries.
Whackyy Life: GREAT clinic! Went in to get an ultrasound...I was nervous at first, but the ENTIRE staff was awesome!! Praising God for the joy they shared with me on the start of this journey! ❤️
Nancy Kujawa: Great place to go to when you are confused about being pregnant.
Mimi Smith: Great staff! Very compassionate and helpful. They will give you whatever information you need.

Planned Parenthood - Lansing Health Center: what do users think?
Perseus Jason: Services are always available on a sliding scale. Be ready for an hour+ wait for your appts regardless of why you are coming in. routine check up or pill appts vary due to preference in services but up from a 2/5 rating last year. Would give 4/5 but for the wait a -1 malice to rating
Adam Mercer: I'm worried if this is a real planned Parenthood, or if this also has a hidin Christian agenda?
Briana Carpenter: They were very slow. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time, and another 30 in the room. The staff was very nice when i interacted with them but things were definitely running behind.
Kitten Kay: I've been going here since I was 16, and they've always been very nice to me. I'm 26(almost 27) and I still go here. Thank you for everything you've done for women like me!
Finn McGee: The staff made me feel very welcomed and they were very cool! The wait times were a little long but honestly I'm very satisfied with everyone there, they did so much for me and I couldn't thank them enough ❤️💕
Kyanite: Really compassionate and thoughtful staff all around! Best medical experience I have ever had and an otherwise painful procedure was done in a way that made me comfortable and informed.
Lindsay Barchard: Great first experience here for my wellness exam. Super friendly, professional and helpful staff.
Monica Sherman: Got my implant taken out here by Kaitlyn and she did an AMAZING job! Painless and she is such a great peoples person. Definitely recommend! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Justina Diem: I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about because I had a wonderful experience! The entire staff was super sweet and Caitlyn did an amazing job at keeping me comfortable while taking out my birth control implant! Highly recommend coming here!
Ke'Lannie Rockett: I was nervous about my experience coming here after reading all the reviews but everyone was kind and answered every question that I had. Nikki was especially great. They have my support 100%
Devin Myers: I was under the assumption that Planned Parenthood offered free STD testing, but they do not. You have to be a registered client with them in order to even receive that. You have to see a clinician before that’s even possible. They don’t tell you any of this information until after your visit. $80 for an STD test. That’s disgusting. They didn’t tell me the price until after the procedure was done. Health departments offer STD testing for FREE. Don’t go to planned parenthood for any sort of testing if you haven’t already or else they will charge you an arm and a leg.
Alyx England: The wait is painfully long and staff are "just okay"
C. G.: Besides the wait times (due to covid, so I understand) I don't understand these bad reviews. Autumn was so nice and sweet from the phone call, all the way to getting me checked out. She answered every question I had and printed out information sheets as well.NP Markstrom was just as nice and understanding, also answering my questions and hearing out all my concerns. She made me feel safe the whole time and talked me through everything she was doing. My experience here was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to go again.
Hailey Amarie: The women here all made me feel so comfortable I went in to get my Nexplanon removed and didn’t feel a thing they even held my hand and gave me snacks afterwards and were super informative and professional
Maliah Czachowrski: Was just hung up on, very professional.
Becky Adair: Haven't been to this location in years but I went the other day just for a check up and I had a great experience. I called to make an appointment and I was able to get in within a couple days. The girls over the phone and in person were very helpful and friendly. The clinician who examed me was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend planned parenthood.
Michigander: The wait times are about as predictable as any clinic - they actually were nice enough to call ahead this time and let me know they were running behind, and helped me reschedule painlessly. But the care is what keeps me coming back despite the unpredictability. These kinds of medical visits can be really upsetting for someone like me with PTSD. The two physicians I’ve seen were extremely kind and attentive, clearly trauma-informed, talked me through everything they were doing, and made it easy to ask questions. They manage to make the appointment go by quickly and calmly without feeling rushed at all. I have left every time feeling a little more relieved than the last. Highly recommend PP for anyone who might be feeling nervous for any reason.
P Emerald: I will start off by saying I love Planned Parenthood but this location is absolutely awful. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago got there from driving 30 minutes and was told their systems was down so I had to reschedule. I made a new appointment days later went in today and was told I had to wait outside until I could be checked in it was 85° outside I waited outside for a hour and a half my appointment was at 2:15 I got called in at around four. When I got called in she took my temperature right away and told me I was above the temp they allowed. She waited not even a minute and took it again twice. Didn’t even let me cool down from being outside and told me I can’t be there all while arguing with the other nurse on staff about whether or not I could be re-tempt or I had to leave. They were very rude and unprofessional I went out of there in tears today as they made me felt so uncomfortable and just purely unprofessional. As I left they had about six other people sitting outside in 85° weather for who knows how long. If you can go anywhere else to another location I would suggest that this place is horrible.
kamdog kam: Appointment was at 11:30 wanted a half and hour just go get in and there was nobody at the place. And on top of that we waited another hour and half just to get done with it
Danielle Wilson: If I could give less than one star, I would. I LOVE planned parenthood and what they provide and stand for but absolutely not this location. I made an appointment months in advance and drove an hour just for them to tell me they wanted to charge me two grand, cash only for something that costs three hundred dollars at every other location I’ve called. It’s pretty sketchy to me and seems like they wanted some extra pocket change. I love planned parenthood but recommend going to another location if you can.
Susan Simons: Wonderful staff. So glad I can go to planned parenthood for my basic healthcare needs and barely have to pay anything as I am very poor. I don’t know what I would do without them. Never had a bad experience except for when they were getting used to new covid restrictions and it was a long wait, but that’s to be expected and if anyone is getting frustrated during this time just imagine how hard their jobs are. I’ll never say a bad word against this place.

Diamond Wiggins: Don’t go here if you’re pregnant!!! They’re the most unprofessional people I’ve ever went through the lady doesn’t even speak fluent English and never answers the phone!! Will schedule a ultrasound and will give u a different time so that u miss your appointment !! I’m 40 weeks and I’ve never had prenatals everytime I’ve told them to send me prenatals they’ve never sent them so I went this whole pregnancy not being able to take prenatals they’ve never scheduled me for a glucose test and I’m over my due date and they’re trying to make me wait untill I’m 42 weeks to get induced which is very risky !! Don’t go here or your baby’s health will be put in danger and when u ask to speak to a supervisor they will hangup on u and keep declining ur calls I also asked to be put on bed rest the foreign lady wrote me a doctors note excluding me from work but when my short term disablitly faxed her paperwork to fill out she told them she never wrote me a note to begin with and I still have the note for proof‼️
Jordan Mcclellan: They put a Nexplanon implant in my arm over3 years agoThey refused to Let me make an appointmentTo get it removed
Chubbyking -: Service was slow even though there was no one else besides me in the lobby.

Sparrow Mother Baby Center: what do users think?
Fowler Resident: Awesome experience! Nurses Denise and Brittany were fantastic. We have had a very positive experience with Sparrow and will be recommending Sparrow to family & friends! The nurses and doctors here truly go above and beyond.
Treya Dykstra-Swords: I delivered a pandemic baby in 2022 via scheduled c-section. I had a great c-section experience except for the spinal, which I was told I would barely feel (lol). Most things were okay, I usually felt safe and respected with a couple of exceptions. The one major one was a nurse on staff (Leslie) who was mostly cool decided she could talk trash about how I asked too many questions right outside of my door. Apparently the nurses don't know we can hear through those doors. That felt really rude. I know everyone is tired and overworked, but talk out of earshot y'all.
Lindsey Foley: Baby and I are happy and healthy after lots of medical complications during delivery. The nurses and staff were wonderful, we appreciate all of your hard work!
T K C: I don't know what is wrong with the nurses they are rude and unprofessional no bedside manner. On my second day i felt so suffocated with their attitude thatI asked for an early discharge. One nurse kept making me feel guilty for an elective C section i couldnt even express my pain because she would respond by saying well Csection is a major abdominal sugery as if I didn't know that and thought it would be a walk in the park.

Sparrow Women's Health: what do users think?
Amber Swint: I was hung up on by their receptionist Teisha twice when calling to have an order sent to McLaren. She had a dramatic and rude attitude. Refused me to talk to the office manager about the incident. I'm now changing offices.
Daymara Rodriguez: I’m always treated with respect when I go and my concerns are always listened to!
Lindsey Z: I called to get information for a first time pregnancy never in my life have I ever felt so disrespected and dismissed. The receptionist is so rude and unhelpful it was baffling. I guess I should of looked at reviews before calling. 1.9 says it ALL!
Andrea Thomas: I have been coming to this women's clinic since 2004 back then it was five stars today I give it one the nurses are rude and condescending you can hear then discuss patient information freely and loudly they seem to not care about the patients at all last time I was in for my yearly the nurse had a disgusted face yeah cause thats comforting I'm already uncomfortable and not very knowledgeable for being a health team
Kassandra Hanson: I started coming here in 2019. And I enjoyed being here. Very sweet and nice people. Yes, when I went I was normally in and out like that but others time there was kids and they were screaming but I honestly didn't mind it. Some of the patience waiting to be checked in was rude to the workers. I started to come here because of sparrow hospital. 🙂 The only bad time were I had to wait for a bit to get checked out.. but other than that again I enjoyed coming here very sweet and nice people. From others people experience you can't blame the workers for screaming kids it's not there fault. Its the parents fault that the kids are screaming.
Ci Ci: Doctor's are great. Genuinely listen and advise. Receptionhowever argues real quick and today I saw one woman cough into her hand, wipe her nose on her hand and not even sanitize before grabbing my ID. I can't come back here.Oh you can't be ten minuyes late or they'll cancel you. But they're always at least 30 late for my appointments.
Danielle Popoff: My past couple experiences have been terrible here. They couldn't figure out the problem I was experiencing so they told me to come back in 3 months. The doctor was throwing around the cancer word when she couldnt even diagnose what the actual problem was. Will not return.
Angelyca Soucy: Horrible place to interact with!I had an appointment scheduled on the 27th and when I called to confirm my appointment, the employee told me that my appointment was 10:00 and that I needed get there at 9:45 for checkin.I got there at 9:53 (my bad I know), but the front desk told me that I wouldn’t be seen because I was 13 minutes late for my appointment at 9:45 and their limited was 10 minutes. I explained my earlier phone call confirming my appointment at 10:00, but it made no difference then I was told that the Dr. would call me for a phone consult between 5:00 and 6:00 on that day.I kept my phone at my side all day so that I didn’t miss the call and by 7:00, never having received a call, I gave up and went on with the rest of my night. At about 9:30 that night I saw a missed call from the Dr. at 8:34! A minimum of 2 hours and 34 minutes after the scheduled time! Then I called on the next day and rescheduled a 1:30 phone consult for the next week. At 1:45 I called the office to let them know that the Dr. was 15 minutes late and asked about the appointment. The employee told me to just continue waiting! When I hung up, I saw I had missed the doctor’s call. I called back and nobody helped out, I was just told to continue waiting for a call from the doctor.I waited almost the whole afternoon for my call, which never came.I missed work waiting for this and I still didn’t have my appointment/consultation!You guys need better communication between your doctors and front desk. You also need to actually run the place like a professional establishment and treat your patients with respect. I just have a simple issue that I’m sure the doctor could figure out within minutes. I’ve been trying to schedule for over 3 weeks now.Unbelievable! I can’t imagine how it would be if my appointment was for something more serious!
Sheila Stutz: They classify people and treat them accordingly! I have asked for the rest of my medical records several times over the last few years, no budging! Also, I can't help but wonder what they did with the only doctor in the Sparrow Health System who found it necessary to do a skin scraping examination and why I got put on a wild goose chase about my elbow exray after my elbow filled with liquid...things that make you go hmmm
Taylor Michalek: I would not recommend sparrow women’s health to expectant mothers. I’ve been a patient for 3 years, starting when I was a patient for my high risk pregnancy. I recently became pregnant again and called to request an appointment and initial lab work, as I had extremely low levels during my 1st pregnancy. I was told I could not schedule an appointment until I was 7 weeks, and I couldn’t have my labs done until 9 weeks and that was “policy”..no exceptions if you have complications in the past. And not knowing how far along you are because they don’t do labs to look at your levels! So I called a different sparrow OB location, and they borderline laughed and said they did not have a policy like that. After talking to a nurse who looked at my chart, she couldn’t believe I was denied simple lab work considering all the issues I’ve had during pregnancy.Apart from that whole issue, wait times are very long. I’ve waited in a room with 2 crying toddlers for over an hour just waiting for a doctor. Apart from that if you’re late at all, they will not see you. They also completely messed up my depo-shot because the receptionist didn’t think to schedule me during my window so I had to discontinue the birth control all together. I then had to pay for lab work for pregnancy testing before they’d give me a different form of birth control, even though it was clearly their error. At the end of it all, I was given birth control pills when I explained I am bad with taking them..but the doctor didn’t care and said my blood pressure was high..shocking someone has high BP after waiting an hour for a doctor in a tiny room with 2 screaming toddlers. They’ve definitely went downhill, they have a super high turnover rate with receptionists which seems to be the root of the problem because there’s no consistency at all. Call a different location-You’ll have a much better experience.
A_Grey_Boy Vex: 40 minutes on hold to get refills
Kira Ferguson: While I havent had an issue with the staff, other than a shaking handed trainee steuggling with IUD insertion making me very uncomfortable, their hours are terrible. I am a working woman, full day job all week. They open after I am at work and closed by the time I get out, forcing me to take a day off for an hour long appointment.
Elizabeth Clark: They have a 10min late policy and I respect that. But I’ve been THIRTEEN MINUTES LATE with 2 kids in tow, one screaming their ear off. They turned me away and said to reschedule. There’s no wiggle room with them at all. Meanwhile I’ve waited in their waiting room well over 30min. There is just no personal feel to them.
Shannon Kassab: I called at 4:25pm. They immediately placed me on hold for 5 minutes then transferred me to a completely different building. A nice woman answered and apologized and let me know they were the building located behind sparrow women’s health. So I hang up and call back again and they are CLOSED! Very unprofessional!
Lexus Giddings: Horrible service, the receptionist was rude as I tried to schedule an appointment. Her tone of voice immediately changed and became more pleasant after I told her what insurance I had. Once I scheduled my appointment (which was a month and a half away) I came in to see Dr. Sarah R Pearl, DO and she decided not to see me because I was five minutes late (there is a ten minute late policy). The receptionist asked if I would like to reschedule and proceeded to tell me it would be in 2 and a half months. So after I waited a month and a half Dr. Sarah R Pearl wouldn't see me and the receptionist who was still being rude suggested I reschedule and come back in two months.
Kathy Berry: Excellent experience fromCheck in to check out and everywhere in between!! Wonderful ENTIRE staff!! Highly recommend!

Maribella Birth Services- Birth Doula & Placenta Care: what do users think?
Samantha Cox: My mother in-law recommended taking a Lamaze class as my husband and I are expecting our first baby. With a quick google search, I stumbled upon Abbie who had excellent reviews and went for it not knowing what to expect. I took the newborn care class in addition to Lamaze and I can not recommend her more. I was initially intimidated at the thought of 3 hour long classes for 5 weeks, but each class flew by as it was hands on, informative, and has significantly decreased my overall anxiety about giving birth. I really enjoyed the size of the class as we spent it with about 4 other couples. It was a healthy mix of lectures, videos, hands on learning, and discussion. She truly knows her stuff, and if she doesn't, goes out of her way to find out. She is passionate about what she does and has so much experience in a variety of settings. She is also just funny, energetic, and extremely personable. I am due in about 3 weeks, and already plan to see her again for breastfeeding. I rarely give reviews, but she deserves it!
Amy Jacobs: Abbie is fantastic! After an extremely rough delivery, she made my postpartum journey feel immensely more manageable and helped my confidence with nursing. The follow-up she provided after each visit was super helpful, and her attention and prompt communication made it feel like I was her only client. Having the option of in-home consultations was amazing. I couldn’t be more appreciative of her or recommend her services more strongly.
JENNIFER HUDSON SEHLKE (HudsonHeart Doula, LLC): I have referred several clients to Abbie for Childbirth Ed classes and as a Lactation Consultant. In the very beginning of my doula career, I would refer clients to her once baby was born. After receiving such incredibly positive feedback from those clients, I now encourage pregnant clients to connect with Abbie prior to birth to be more prepared & confirm any insurance. Everyone of my clients who has hired Abbie as a Lactation Consultant has been beyond grateful for my referral. She is most definitely an expert & we are lucky to have her in our community.
Rachel Hopman-Droste: I was overwhelmed in the first few weeks of my breastfeeding journey. When I learned my son was underweight, I knew I needed help. I am so fortunate to have Abbie’s help through multiple in-person sessions and chat support. Abbie provided specific and timely recommendations based on our needs, as well as continued researching other methods for health support. Abbie is a wealth of knowledge and made me feel empowered to continue my breastfeeding journey. My son has made significant improvements and I am relieved to see the progress we have made thanks to Abbie!
Christine Lundberg: Abbie was an excellent teacher! We attended the 5 week Prenatal Lamaze Childbirth Series and my wife and I learned so much! The series felt inclusive and by the end of the class, I felt confident, educated, and excited for birth!
Michelle: Abbie was a huge blessing to our family in so many ways beyond just breastfeeding help. She is incredibly knowledgeable and uses that knowledge to help you find what's best for you and your baby. No judgment, fully supportive, and gently handled some low moments with my postpartum hormones with so much grace and encouragement. The Lansing area is incredibly fortunate to have her available to them. We personally had issues of our little girl being bottle fed in the hospital and couldn't switch back, and low supply from PCOS. We couldn't get to perfect full breastfeeding due to my supply issues, but I am still implementing all her tools she taught us, and doing everything I can, but she made a huge difference in what nursing looks like today compared to how it looked at the beginning for us. You won't regret calling her for help if you're struggling with anything, it's so helpful to have someone like Abbie alongside of your journey, wherever you're at.
Samantha Gutzki: At about one week postpartum, I realized I needed help with breastfeeding if I was going to be able to continue on the journey with my second child. I found Abbie and booked her right away. After getting a tongue and lip tie released, I met with Abbie at 1.5 weeks postpartum and she helped correct our latch, helped me feel confident in how to care for my daughter’s tie releases, and generally gave me the emotional support I so desperately needed at the time. After our first visit, I was able to feed my baby at the breast with very minimal pain, felt confident that she was getting the amount of milk she needed, and so much more. We did a follow up appointment and I used her chat support, both of which helped me feel confident in the breastfeeding journey. Abbie - thank you so much for your support. You are a gift I am so grateful for.
Sari Brown: Abbie was a godsend for my son and me. Our situation seemed almost hopeless, as he was unable to latch barely at all and much less to feed effectively at the breast, and my milk supply started out extremely low and raised to a full supply only very slowly with a lot of grueling work. Abbie helped us through so much uncertainty and helped us find all the resources and treatments we needed to finally achieve a successful breastfeeding relationship. I didn’t give up and neither did she, even though it was very uncertain if we would even be able to breastfeed and it didn’t really start working as his main way of feeding until he was 8 weeks old. And she always made me feel that even if breastfeeding didn’t work, I was doing the best I possibly could for my baby and myself. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also a deeply wise, empathetic presence on the journey.
Shelby Spaulding: Abbie is an AMAZING, AMAZING resource to breastfeeding moms. I could not recommend her more!! I contacted her when our son was days old and we were struggling to nurse. Then again when he was a few weeks old to help with latching difficulties. Then again when my son went on a nursing strike. Every time I’m blown away at her knowledge and how she really has a teacher’s heart to help you understand. Not only is she knowledgeable but she is super friendly and kind, which is what all struggling mamas need!!If you’re debating whether to schedule an appointment or not, DO IT! I always walk away from our sessions feeling more equipped to tackle the problem at hand.
Maggie Wade: Abbie was somebody I wasn’t sure I needed because I had other LC support, however, I do not regret setting up a visit with her in the slightest. She was recommended to me at my OB office to help with all aspects of nursing when I went to get treatment for Mastitis along other issues. From setting up our consultation to our actual visit, and our two weeks of follow up, everything went so smoothly. Abbie has a great knowledge of all lactation needs. She helped me improve our latch and also helped me figure out how to make pumping more comfortable. Our two weeks of follow up was so beneficial as well. I messaged her with issues I was having, she responded in a very reasonable time, gave helpful feedback, then dug deeper into my problem. Through our discussion, she gave me feedback and guidance that was so helpful. She helped me figure out a problem I had with my first born that I thought was something I just had to live with. I would HIGHLY recommend her services to anybody who needs help. She is an absolute angel.
Alethia Kasben: Abbie was a great resource for me during and after pregnancy. Took three of her classes while pregnant & saw her three times once baby Lucy was here for help with breastfeeding. I cannot recommend her enough! So knowledgeable and comforting. We are almost 5 months into breastfeeding and don't know if we would be here without Abbie!
Courtney: Abbie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgable and is open to providing insight into all childbirth options. I learned so much from the 5 week childbirth course and am feeling much less nervous as my due date approaches.
Emily Frankman: We took Abbie’s virtual Lamaze class and had a terrific experience. Both my spouse and I feel much more confident in the labor and delivery process now that we’ve had her course. I would highly recommend those who are pregnant to take her class to learn about the basics and beyond! We have since signed up for Abbie’s breastfeeding and newborn care classes because we appreciate her knowledge and expertise.
Sarah Ewart: Abbie is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and engaging!
Erika Nederveld: I had a virtual consultation during the pandemic lock-down and she was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful advice on latching and posture.
Austin Elizabeth: I would recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a more laid back and intimate atmosphere to learn about childbirth. Abbie is knowledgable and energetic, always keeping you engaged. It is very interactive and encouraging for partners who are unfamiliar with how to be involved during the labor and delivery process.
Justine Rasche: My consultation with Abbie was the best money we have spent towards our children's health. Breastfeeding is very challenging, but especially as a new twin mom we have struggled since day one. Abbie addressed all of our concerns, evaluated our babies very closely, made referrals, and worked with me on pumping/positioning. Everything she went over was super helpful and she was so professional. Would absolutely recommend her for any new mom or anyone having breastfeeding issues!
Tess: I loved working with Abbie. I had a lot of fear and anxiety about birth. Abbie’s class was informative and hands on, leaving both me and my partner feeling empowered and ready to welcome our daughter into the world! We ended up using a lot of the techniques we learned in the class during labor and it ended up being an amazing experience. Abbie, thank you for all you did to help prepare us and encourage us!
Bill Kelly: The most informative, fun, and interesting class you could take on labor, birth, and breastfeeding!
Atanas Iliev: Very professional, approachable, and educational experiance for me and my wife. Dont waste your time anywhere else.
Abigail Richeson: Abbie was so great to work with. This was a truly invaluable experience. I was so much more confident with breastfeeding after my daughter was born because of everything I learned from Abbie. The continued support throughout my breastfeeding journey were fantastic too. Abbie helped me keep going and gave me great advice, especially when I struggled with low supply in the beginning and with every new challenge that came up along the way. Highly recommend Abbie Mullins for breastfeeding support and education.
