Antonio M: I have used the company a couple times and overall have been very disappointed. I have a house with extensive glass and the window cleaners who show up from Shine always seem like they are in a rush. They propped ladders in several spots along my powder coated aluminum deck railing causing unsightly scratches, left several of the windows wet (which dried in water spots), and they missed lots of edges and corners. Honestly at the end of their cleaning I thought some of the windows looked worse than when they started. Very little attention to detail or pride shown in their work. Most recently I got a quote for their holiday lighting services and felt like the final product proposed was amateur at best for around $1,300. I think they could do better.

Jeremy Lyon: Ordonez Pressure Was & Outdoor Restoration did a phenomenal job with our house getting it ready to sell. We needed a good deep power wash of the exterior of our home and I called the Owner Ricardo Ordonez Monday evening and he came right out walked the property with me. He went over everything he would be doing, and was able to get me a quote eighth then and there and I asked if he could fit me in for Tuesday, I was out right into schedule and accommodated. Bruce and Nancy Dunn: I reached out to them to clean the monument for our family at a local cemetery. They immediately responded to my inquiry on their website. They made a trip to the cemetery the very next day to confirm if could be done. Provided me a reasonable price for the job before doing the work. They completed the cleaning in less than a week from being contacted! The monument now looks new….and it’s over 70 years old! They have cleaned other monuments in the past, and were extremely knowledgeable on how to clean ours safely. They get 5 stars from me!
