Kendrick Landes: They were supposed to send the bill to state farm(which state farm did in fact pay) but they also sent a collection agency after me for the same amount even though it was already paid. No I have been trying for months to dispute this account as it is affecting my credit. They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to emails, and when you finally get in contact with someone they are rude or they hang up on you.
Nicole Ferguson: Awful. I never received a bill and can’t find any phone/email communications. Just received a letter from COLLECTIONS for $14. Seriously…
eric saurbek: Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with and very unprofessional. My insurance agent reached out to them about a bill telling them they needed to bill State Farm the actual bill and not the invoice and yet they did it and just put my Bill into collections. I would not use the company services.

Susan Bathke: I am sure the physicians are probably great, that they do a competent job not that we ever get to meet them, or select our physician if you are an ER trauma patient as a result of an accident, and thank you for your care, but (I am sorry) you have the worst billing company incompetence I have ever encountered in my entire life as a patient, as a licensed health care professional myself, and as the spouse of a physician. I was the not at fault victim of a car accident in September 2020, okay I understand it happened during the pandemic, but again it was not not my fault. And looking at other reviews, the billing issues are probably not even pandemic related. They never billed my (2 plans) insurance, all I ever got was a robo phone call demanding a credit card payment with no actual bill for any services I may have or not have received. I have lived at the same address for over 20 years. When I was actually able to talk to someone after many calls they said they would put a 60 day hold on my account to bill my insurance, instead I was turned to collections (and the collections agency verified that the Lansing Radiology billing company never ever billed my insurance). So 8 months later I maybe have confirmation from collections after I sent all my documentation regarding the lack of follow up and the copies of my auto insurance company payment statements (and after I requested written confirmation from collections) that that my account is okay? You should be ashamed. Get a better billing service. And in response to your follow up message, exactly why would I call? When I did before you don't follow up anyways. If I did not have PTSD from my accident I probably do now.
Elliott Strong: I was billed for services I never received. The phone operators were extremely evasive and wouldn't tell me what it was for and just said they'd send me to collections if I didn't pay for something I never received.

Chris Hyek: They somehow manage to misspell typed out addresses and then proceed to never send out any bills until you go to collections. Even after calling them and giving them the same address a second time, they still somehow managed to misspell them again and have my bills go to addresses that don't exist even after reading them back to me and verifying they are correct.Unless you have no other option, I recommend going somewhere that is trying to mess up your credit. And if you can't hound them for the bill on the very day you get your service or else your bill will go to an incorrect place until they put you into collections.

Patience Miller: Billing is terrible! I mislaid a bill and they never sent another or notified me. Found the bill and now can't get it paid because it is old. I have left message after message but no return call. I don't want to just mail it in because it is late but may have to.Edited to add I finally got it paid.

Adam Vines: Be very careful with this place I have three separate bills from the same time period !!! Everyone of them was turned over to collections I had no idea I had a bill from the people I had insurance the whole time and now that it showed up on my credit report and I called and told billing that I had insurance they are fees to do anything about it they said that I have to bring them proof you would think if it was their mistake they would fix it they are the most unprofessional billing dept I’ve ever ran across! If possible I would give zero stars
Jeffrey Reeves: This has got to be the absolute worst business I’ve ever had to deal with. My Mother passed away in 2-29-20 I received a bill for $11.78 shortly after her death from Lansing Radiology I called their billing office and I was told to disregard the bill and if any other statements to disregard them as well. Today 6-8-20 I received a notice from a collection agency for a demand of payment if $11.78 Receivable Management Group. They way they talked to me was reprehensible making me relive my Mother’s death all over again. I hope Lansing Radiology and Receivable Management ROT IN HELL
a ross: I had the same experience as all the previous comments. No bill ever sent until i get a notification from the collection agency. I called and was talked down to and berated only to be told that I had to work through the collections agency. I find it hard to believe that I somehow miss placed my “multiple bills” they sent out when A/R & A/P is what I do for a living and manage three business.....but yes I lost and don’t remember any of them. Right!!!
Steve Parker: Worst communication company. They don’t answer the phone or emails but send $34.00 amounts to collections. Negative stars if possible.

Michele Johnson: You guessed it!, I went to Sparrow ER in December for severe back spasms and just now received a bill from collections for $248. I never received an original bill. I called the number on the nasty collections letter I received and had to try to understand the accent of the person on the other end as well as horrible background noise. Not sure which country I was talking with. What a joke. Now, I see all these reviews and am horrified that my credit, which has been pristine will most likely be hurt by these clowns. By the way, Sparrow ER was a nightmare also so I'm not surprised they are working together. I will contact Sparrow Hospital directly to try to resolve and alert them to the numerous 1 star ratings. I would give a negative rating if I could. This is ridiculous.
Josh Rademacher: My review is the same as everyone else's. Never got a bill. Just the collection letter.My wife and I foster children and never usually get a bill in our name since its covered under the child's Medicaid. However, somehow this $44 charge got applied to me and now I am on the hook. I would have probably just paid it if I got a normal bill and it wasn't so poorly handled. Because of this I am not paying it. I hope it costs them more than the $44 I owe to try and collect from me. I hate medical billing anyways and this just crosses the line!
Nelson Belson: Received notice of collections on a bill that was never sent to us after visiting for a radiology order. This isn’t the first time it has happened. Lansing Radiology does t bother to do their own billing, they just send your debt to collections and let them deal with it.

mandi gilpatrick (legallybrunette88): I'm only giving this place 2 stars because they have appointment times after work hours, and the check-in was fast.HOWEVER, I was supposed to have a specific type of ultrasound done, ordered by my doctor. When I showed up, the tech said they don't do just the specific ultrasound my doctor ordered, they do a whole ultrasound that includes what my doctor ordered. I asked if they contacted my doctor to let them know, why they didn't contact me about it, because it was never mentioned when they called to schedule, and if my insurance was contacted to see if the full ultrasound would be covered or not since that wasn't what my doctor ordered and the tech said she wasn't sure, she was just looking at the order. I told her that order was wrong and I didn't know how they got it. I showed her the order my doctor sent over and she couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me who changed my order. I left without getting my ultrasound done since nobody could tell me what happened and I wasn't going to get stuck paying out of pocket in case my insurance wouldn't cover the ultrasound they changed my order to reflect. I called and left a VM for patient experience that night.The next day a different ultrasound tech called me back about the VM I left for patient experience the night before. I tried to explain to her my issue with them altering my order, and she CONSTANTLY would speak over me, not allowing me to finish a sentence about my concerns. She sidestepped answering my questions and concerns about who decided to alter my order and why they contacted NOBODY about it beforehand.I called patient experience again later that day and while the woman was as helpful and kind as she could be trying to assist in resolving this, I still have no answer about who altered my order and why they didn't contact anyone about it beforehand. don't know if this is their way of making more money, by altering orders and jus hoping patients don't notice until it's too late or what, but I WILL NOT be rescheduling with them.Before you allow them to do anything, I highly suggest checking that they didn't alter your order.

ABM Azam: Today (11/16/2022), I went to get MRI done. The technologists took way more time just because the equipment was faulty. I am very doubtful about the result coming out of defective equipment. After MRI, I went to the counter to provide the report to one more physician and get the CD. The lady (sitting on the leftmost cubicle at 4:00 pm), looking at me, started to talk over the phone, and after the phone conversation, she showed an angry voice and was arrogant.I returned without getting a CD and ensured the report would be sent to the 2nd physician.I would never go to sparrow and would not suggest anyone.
Jon Howell: Not a very smooth at all process. Careful if you don't go to a sparrow doctor your mri will stay in limbo till you pick it up.
Phil M: Horrible have to drive almost 2 hours due to insurance. Had appointment got there got prepared for mri afterwards set to go in get told they are refuseing to do it due to my dermal which is made out of the same metal as parts that get implanted during surgery felt judged when lady took me back looked at my tattoos and made a face. finally after waiting for a call from Mangment and explaining everything they finally admit and say they don’t have the proper equipment to do a mri with implants so... even tho I told them I had a dermal that couldn’t be removed I drove there wasting my time and gas and such they admit it’s their issue but ya not worth going here felt like it was particularly like I was being judge feel they need people that understand what is what.

ANDY & LORI CASE: Had a 3D mammogram today and she was very professional and so polite. Made small talk with me throughout the entire exam (which was done very efficiently). I will be coming here every year due to this experience. I wish I could remember her name.... I want to say it was Janelle.
Dona Deberry: I had a great checkin with friendly young student. I felt completely protected from covid.I had about 12 xrays done but another friendly young lady.I wish i could remember names.I was in and out in less than an hour on the friday of labor day weekend.I will return next time i need imaging.
Charlie Beals: Nice people, but they need to more clearly post hours for services. I arrived when the building opened at 6, the check-in was open and the first person who talked to me directed me there when I said I needed an x-ray. Sat for 30 minutes before I was called, at which point they told me the X-ray tech wouldn't arrive for another hour to an hour and a half.Not like there's a problem with the hours, but they should be up-front about that so people don't sit there for no reason.

Justin Barnum: Worst all around experience I've had in a medical setting. They left my disabled mother sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours after her scheduled appointment. We asked a few times what was causing the delay and kept getting a generic "we will be with you shortly" response. It then took them over an hour for her MRI because they were having "software issues". The clerk at the window was friendly but clearly had no idea what was going on. I would recommend going anywhere else in town instead of here. I've never seen this lack of professionalism anywhere.

Lewis Husch: A great new edition to the Sparrow systems. Being that the hospital is not always a viable option, due to hours and overcrowding ( especially in the Labs ), I use this location instead. Sometimes longer than expected waits, again usually caused by not enough lab technicians working to meet customer demandAnd usually just one x-ray tech working at a time. Do not know reason for this and could just be a individual occurrence.

Amber Molzan: Seen Dr. Gold today for my sons 5 yr physical. Super impressed he really paid attention to what I had to say, he was very professional and made my son feel comfortable. Also the RN was amazing as well she fell in love with Jaxson and I think he may have made her day! 5 stars for both!

Nakoma Hills: Very clean building. Nice & quick valet parking, regular parking free for 1st 2 hrs in garage. Very busy place but staff are all around to help you navigate to wherever you are going. Free wheelchairs accessible to use if needed. Heated circle driveway so no stepping into ice or snow. Nice place.
