Boji Group: what do users think?
Gary Markman Jr: Had a job interview for their open director of facilities opening with Sonya Frost. Did not hear back if I made it to the second interview, so I called her office. She was busy on another line her secretary said and she would pass on the message to call me back. It never happened. Wished there was better communication and follow-up by Sonya Frost and her team.
Tammy Love: Beautiful historic building.
Jill Long: Employees are not required to wear masks and are putting the public at risk.
Ray Ray Montoya: Rats
Scott Hayes: Cool building in downtown Lansing.
Richard Schneeberger: Arendsen jewelers is by far the best jeweler in town- Mark doesn’t need to advertise because his customers do it for him! He is highly recommended!!
Nancy Lansing: Mark Arendsen is THE only jewelry guy to visit and buy from. Artist extraordinaire, creates your vision, has a beautiful one of a kind elegance in his work. Compliments aplenty when you wear a his creations. Come get your own art, wear it well.
Theresa Grace: Stop by Cap City, it's the best food in Lansing!
GLEN Nelson: A great history of downtown Lansing
Scott Czubak: Tallest building in Lansing.
Judy Palnau: Conveniently located near the State Capitol Building.

Gillespie Group: what do users think?
Maggie Godward: Love the look of the buildings you have done … and that you have a heart to meet needs of the city……I have a suggestion…. consider putting in a parking ramp. ….Michigan Avenue between S Clemens and Fairview has 8 Restaurants bar and Food service places and almost no parking… we lost the public parking because of the apartments…Pablos just moved in but no parking… I have driven by several times and no luck …empty lot down the street perhaps a good place…… please give it a thought….let’s help this city grow…. Thank you
Tim Schaub: For such a large profitable organization you would think they would take better care of their residents instead of raising rent to cover costs learn how to be satisfied with their wealth and start giving back. Remember where you started.
Brent Warner: Had a great experience. Very professional and completed the project ahead of time
Cooper Spaulding: Very appreciative of the ways Gillespie Group has made Lansing a more exciting and dynamic city. Their team is full of passion and it shows!
Jacob Robertson: Current resident 10/2022.Don’t live in a location owned by the Gillespie Group.Despite how *new* and *pretty* their apartments are, it’s not run well.1. Parking issues— the parking is a 3 minute walk away. Here’s the caveat—nobody parks in their assigned spot. Me, observing this, has parked in a different, more convenient parking spot for the past 5 months. My car was towed the other day and I was unable to go to work over the weekend since their office is closed on the weekends. So thanks, Gillespie Group.2. Emergency maintenance— their requirements for emergencies are too high. Apartment was 82° with no AC and could not get help for 2 weeks. Other issues have happened, but this is the most notable.3. AC issues— there’s a 7° difference from one side of the apartment compared to the other. Maintenance team ruled it as “poor design.”4. Noise— this was expected. But what was not expected was the train that comes all hours of the night, along with the motorcycle community and the dudes who blast their bass in their cars. Be prepared to not sleep well for the 6 or 18 months you live hear at nearly $2,000 a month!Moral of the story— don’t live in a place owned by the Gillespie Group. It’s all fun and new until issues quickly arise.
Russ Taylor: Management is very. There website to pay online has a glitch it doesn’t state if the is paid. I accidentally hit it again and have brought this to managements attention. They keep blowing me off saying no one is there at corporate to take care of this? How very unprofessional how rude and now I have major late fees that will take up with corporate whim you hide behind with your lies and your bullying. I am reporting this to the BBB 🤔
Scott Berg: Property manager is great, but lack professional maintenance due to lack of wage and overwhelming maintenance issues. I’ve had to do most maintenance work, not only on my apartment but on the first entry door to the building that refused to lock. No new updates to the apartments since I’ve lived here last in 2010 and now it’s 2022. Cabinets look like they’re from the early 90s. My carpet keeps ripping up. I’ve placed a work order and still nothing. I would be weary before renting from Legacy Park Apartments. Charlotte is a small community, so in my opinion, they don’t invest money into the complex, they just raise your rent. Strong lack of renters comforts for the amount of rent that they charge. They have 0 amenities. Sadly, the upper management cares nothing for this complex and it shows.
D E: Great location, but unfortunately the management is incredibly unsatisfactory. Management was so poor, I felt bullied by them whenever there was an issue with an appliance or a concern about the apartment. There really is no customer service to speak of, except for the Maintenence Staff, who were very nice. If I ever had to rent again, I would go out of my way to ensure it wasn’t managed by Gillespie Group
Travis Stoliker: Great developers for the area. They really have a vision for the city.
Josh Phillips: Positive:ProfessionalismNice apartments, quiet area. Responsive staff when an issue comes up. Would recommend this place to anyone.
SanDee Butler: Our building has been without main door security since I reported it in August. Door is now taped open with a sign saying door is open and anyone can enter. We are not given a reduction in monthly rent. I am elderly and live alone I choose this property for it's security not lack of it. This past month I asked management here to notify me monthly with an update on this problem. I was told NO ! I was told if I wanted to know I could call. I have this answer on my phone in her voice mail message. Since I have lived here I've had 3 water problems not my fault. 2 times the water heater in the apartment above me broke and flooded my kitchen walls light fixtures etc. the other flood occurred when an eavestrough broke in pouring rain and flooded one of the bedrooms. During these 3 water problems I kept a smile on my face an accepted accidents happen. But as time goes on I've become less understanding . A couple months ago I noticed brown spots in the ceiling above my toilet. Apartment above mine has a toilet above mine. My first thought was sewage. I was very concerned as I was having heart surgery in a week and scared of getting an infection. I called office in morning and was asked if I was sure it wasn't just a shadow on the ceiling! I was offended as I don't know u know what from a shadow. Well I was told she would send someone over to check this out that day. By 5pm no one had shown up so I called office again with my concerns of infection. I demanded someone come check now as it was a Friday. I was told impossible as maintenance had left for the day. Then was told this would not be of any harm to me and my health! This was so wrong and uncaring! I don't think office help should be giving residents medical advice. Anyway maintenance came on Monday morning and they were great. They told me they had no idea of this reported problem on Friday and they had plenty of time to deal with this on Friday if they had known! Anyway it was sewage leaking from toilet upstairs. Maintenance was great and took care of this immediately and apologized many times. Other complaints contest for best looking summer patio reward was monetary I wanted to enter but was told no as I was not on Facebook. Plus my feelings about this contest is weeds are growing up in rock areas plus some patios black with mold this money should have been used to clean up these areas . Mostly back facing apartments are neglected. Also early last year almost every balcony had to have repairs. the wood used was a different color and never painted to look nice and it is still this way. they could have used ladders to climb up to balconies from the outside and never entering apartments?? Well I going to wind this story up with....We now have rats in our yard. I reported this and reported I'd been taking pictures of them and where they are living in open drains. I reported and suggested someone look at my photos I'd been taking. I reported this past weekend , today is Monday no call back nor anyone wanting to see pictures. Also other residents are reporting this problem. Residents told me today the are living all over the complex here. Should Health Department be made aware of this problem??
Aaron “Vorrt” Jozwiak: The apartment is spacious and fits my needs. The office staff do not respond to voice mail or email quickly.
Qiana Green Sifeku: I can’t wait to not live here. Assistant Property Manager (who’s leaving) is/was amazing. Gillespie Group though are not friendly, for some things not responsive, maintenance and management don’t communicate well and blame each other, and their lease policies/rules are outdated and conservative. And in disputes, they will side with conservative tenant. I would not recommend renting from Gillespie Group.
Tom Swan: Our heater has been busted for almost a year now. My roommate and I have called and E-mailed about the problem and have gotten no response. I love my place of living. But it's going to be difficult living through another winter. Our outlets are to old to support space heaters without blowing a fuse. I will change this to a 5 star if I wasn't freezing every night of fall and winter.
Nancy Furman: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Robin Royston: Positive:Quality
Nathan Wilkinson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness
Lina Anuszkiewicz: Positive:ProfessionalismI was a resident at Gallery Place for +12 years. During my time of living there, the staff treated us like family. Lora, Angela, Amy and Anthony are hands down, some of the best!! They truly care about their residents!!
Ryan Channells: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessAwesome experience with everyone in the office.

Hagan Realty, Inc.: what do users think?
James Voges: Slum lords that sued the city because they don’t want their tenants voting.
Blake V: Like Matt. Good guy.
Samantha Bluga: Rented from them for 2 years in different houses. My roommates and I took very good care of the house and each time they took an outrageous amount of money from our security deposit for every little thing.
Nolan Ott: I rented with Hagan for two years in college and they are as good as it gets. Very responsive to any maintenance issues that we had, great with communication, and surprisingly were able to keep track of who was who. Fast response times, gave back the security deposit in a very timely manor, helpful on any issues. 100% would recommend
Wendy Walker: Hagan Realty was great to work with during my son's apartment lease. Kevin went out of his way to help during a difficult situation. Thanks!
G J: I really recommend that you with go CRMC if you are gonna rent a property in East Lansing. These guys will do any little thing they can to take money from you. They will do things like charge a cleaning fee and then not clean. They also show up to your house unannounced and are slow to respond to maintenance requests. Don’t expect to get your security deposit back if you rent through hagan.
Nancy Cotant: Daughter and roommates have rented for 2 yrs from Hagan. They were very helpful finding them a place when DTN gave them last minute notice that they decided to rent their place to a fraternity. Communication and maintenance have been outstanding. I do think a lease start date of Aug 1 rather than Aug 31 would be nicer for the tenants to get settled in before school starts. Skip the DTN BS and rent from Hagan 😊
Erin Dinunzio: I rented from Hagan for two years. They frequently had handymen/women come in without a warning email and without any time window. I also stored furniture in the basement of the apartment building (for which I asked permission) and over the summer they asked some units if the furniture was theirs and then when those tenants stated it was not theirs, they threw all of my stuff out without a warning or acknowledgement. When I found out they had thrown my belongings out, they offered only a “sorry” and blamed me for not responding to an email that I didn’t receive. They were slow to respond to emails and were a general displeasure to rent from. They clearly don’t treat their tenants with respect.
Abby Parsons: I rented from Hagan for 2 years at MSU and cannot recommend them enough. When we had a few maintenance issues they were quick to send someone out to help fix it. Also, since my lease ran from May-May and we choose not to have subleases our first summer of renting we did not know to switch over the utilities. Hagan was paying these for us and when we moved in at the begging of the school year billed us for them with a fee. When we explained that we had just moved off campus and we're new to everything they removed the fee and were extremely understanding. After hearing so many of my friend's complaints about other realty companies, I'm grateful I choose Hagan.
Matt Good: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThese guys are the best landlord's in East Lansing by far. They are willing to work with you and their customer service has always been solid. Highly recommend
Michaella Page: extremely rude if thats what you're looking for!! also super slow at getting back to you with maintenance issues. would not recommend.
Tim Hughes: I have worked with Hagan Realty for two year as my son and his friends have rented a home from them on Albert Street. They have been prompt and professional with a few minor maintenance issues that have come up. They answer the phone promptly and are very courteous. One time my son and I rolled into town without a key and they let us use a spare to access the house. I would highly recommend this rental management team!
CVX: Very very rude people and in addition very disrespectful to the ELDP, arrogant jerks
Evan Wendell: I rented from Hagan for 3 years during college at MSU. Best rental company in town. Honest guys who actually fix any issues at their properties as soon as they arise. Great to work with, always friendly.
Paula Wolf: When I went to see the house my son was going to live in, not gonna lie, it was a disaster. But it was due to the residents living there at the time. I walked thru the property with Brian, one of the owners. Brian listened to my concerns and assured me all would be addressed. When I showed up at the house on moving day, I was prepared for the worst. To my pleasant surprise, the house looked great! Everything was repainted, carpets cleaned and all garbage that was ankle deep throughout the house during the first tour of the property, was gone!!!! Amazing!! I give Brian and Hagan Realty an A+ rating! Super job! Thanks for making a mom's job a little easier!!!
Cristina Szatkiewski: I rented from them for 2 years in college, and if I didn't graduate I would've rented from them forever! Very nice guys. Very nice homes. Any maintenance needs were fixed quickly and the guys were very transparent throughout the signing process and beyond; they made sure that we understood the lease and what was owed. Got full security deposit back both years.
Grant Billings: Fantastic landlords. When signing up originally, the owners took over an hour to go line-by-line through the lease to ensure we understood everything we were liable for. When our washer broke, they had servicemen out within an hour. With the fridge, same deal, providing energy-efficient, large appliances to replace the old ones. It's amazing how good these guys are at their job, always keeping us up to date on what's going on with our property and providing prompt and immediate service when it's necessary. When we neglected to start our gas service when we moved in, they helped us figure out how to cover our first missed payment and even fronted the money to the utilities company so we wouldn't get docked. They've cleared drains multiple time when we had clogged showers and sinks, and redirected/cleared our heating system when we weren't getting adequate climate control thoughout the house. They took care of shoveling service over the breaks. They even recognize us when we come in to pay rent, even though they've only seen us less than three times. They also put up with some awkward moments where my roommates and I sent some confusing communication over to their office. Thanks guys, I'm glad we chose Hagan for our first year off campus!
Bujar Dervishaj: Great people , any time i had an issue they took care of it asap!
Mo Maz: Great people, always with a quick and thorough response. They will always work with you and do their best to address issues. Maintenance was never delayed and was in and out
Ricardo Garcia: Run by a couple of great guys. We lived in a house a bit farther from campus for two years and we saw nothing but responsibility and respect from our landlords. They understood what normal ware and tear happens and were down to earth when we talked with them about it. Even when we had issues with a door being broken they were reasonable in pricing it where it should have been for the quality of door in this house. Great company would rent from again if I was still in college.
Eluhkayee O: These guys are nothing but crooks. Their business practices are unethical and the staff is terrible to deal with. There is most certainly a reason these con-men aren't BBB accredited. It's terrifying to think that they are in control of large sums of your money for any period of time. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give your money to these people.

Mayberry Homes: what do users think?
Kim Kim: I wish I can give 0 starts. Mayberry use the cheapest materials and take short cuts everywhere they can. Did stuffs that doesn’t meet city code but somehow get away with it.
Paulette Michigan: Mayberry built my home in East Lansing between August and November 2017. Therefore, I am reviewing their work after living in my home for over two years.. I had had a “not so great” experience with another local builder in the 1980s. Therefore, I entered the design and purchase of my home with Mayberry with wariness. Fortunately, my experience with Mayberry was highly positive.I worked with Kelly LeVeque in “designing” my home. She was highly attentive and great to work with. (I suggest that you ask for Kelly when you go to Mayberry. I started out with a different salesperson, but that person wasn’t working out for me.) Contrary to stories people tell about builders being rigid with their plans within their developments, working with Kelly, I was able to personalize my home. That included moving a closet and adding feathers including skylights, extra windows, a deck, and similar. We even added a sky tube in a bathroom. It’s a great source of light, bringing in more light than a skylight. Mayberry had not done one before, but they got it done for me.I was frustrated by some delays related to permitting. However, when the permits were finally all set, Gary, the site supervisor predicted that they get my home done within 90 days of the date when they started to dig the hole for my basement. I doubted that it would be possible, but they did! (That saved me from a lot of extra rent that I would have had to pay if I overstayed my lease where I was living temporarily.). And, I enjoyed visiting every day during construction. Everyone was kind and welcoming when I showed up on site. During construction, we met a “glitch” with the delivery of defective flooring. Mayberry took care of it immediately, and I ended up with even nicer flooring without an additional cost to me.After I moved into my home, there were a few glitches, but, in general, Dave Mittleman was quick to respond to my messages. One significant problem was water to backed up in my basement by my furnace. In the aftermath, as a way to make up for the inconvenience, Dave added something to my home beyond what they owed me.Finally, at closing, Mayberry gave me some thoughtful little gifts to help me during my move-in days. After living in my home for four years, I can verify that the construction methods that merited an Energy Star rating save me money on gas and electricity as compared to the house I owned previously. Now I do not feel drafts as I did in my previous home. Now to the words to the imperfections. You should someone else to do you kitchen pantry shelves as well as closet shelves. One of the kitchen shelves crashed down wishing months of when I moved in. It was held up only with thin nails. Mayberry fixed it but wouldn’t fix the others. I was told not to put heavy things on it. (That doesn’t work for me. A pantry is for cans, pots and pans, etc.) Two years after I moved in, a coat closet shelf and rack crashed in the middle of the night. The builders had only used thin finish nails to hold it up. I had to pay someone to come in and reinforce both of my coat closets. Fortunately, I had hired someone else to do my bedroom closets before I moved in.(2) Pay for an upgrade to the garbage disposal. It never worked well and I spent a lot of money on three visits from a plumber before replacing it. Neighbors have had similar problems(3) Pay for an upgrade on the dishwasher. Mine never worked well. I have a new one already.(4) Check placement of light switches in the basement. Mayberry put mine inside, around the door. I had to enter a dark basement to turn on lights. And, they were (and are) on only one switch. Finally, I hired an electrician to move the switches for safety. In closing, I would most likely work with Mayberry again, but I have learned some lessons about what to look for and what I should request as upgrades to avoid hassle and expense.
Drew Philson: Mayberry homes built my home in 2019 and we bought it at the very end of 2021. Since we bought it, there have been two expensive and serious issues due to poor craftsmanship. We’ve had to deal with a slider door that wasn’t sealed correctly and an AC unit that was improperly installed. Essentially my slider door has streaks on the entire inside of the glass pane due to improper install. My AC unit’s refrigerant levels were twice what they should have been. This is only possible with improper installation.I’ve called Mayberry about both issues and they’ve said tough luck because the home is out of warranty and we are the second owner. The guy on the phone was very disrespectful. The home is less than three years old, I wish they stood by their work.
diana benjamin: Amazing team! Steve Garfield & Mark Allen have been extremely patient & helpful. Looking forward to building my new home w/their assistance!
John Sharp: Service:DesignPositive:Professionalism,Quality
Shelby Treib: We worked with Mark and he was absolutely wonderful with the building of our first home. He takes the time and comes into the office during off hours to go out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied with the design process. He is very responsive too. I have heard nothing but great things about Mayberry Homes and so far have had a wonderful experience with building our home with them.
Tony Sabo: Mayberry did not build our home, but they build all the houses across the street from us. The guy in charge over there is always super rude. I’m not sure where Mayberry gets their contractors from but they do a real poor job on the surrounding houses like cleaning up their mess from all the digging they have to do on our properties. I’m super glad that is not build our home.
Gopi Krishna Evuri: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Responsiveness,ValueFirst time Home buyer . I was great experience all along from construction to living. Very Energy Efficient homes.Services:Project management,Consultation,Garage design building,Landscaping,Drywall installation,General repairs maintenance,Design,Paint indoors,Install flooring,Plumbing fixture installation,Waterproofing,Flooring,Fan installation,Exterior painting
sun ny: Very promising builder. They are always good with clients and respond quick. Compare to other builders in this area they are far better in everything. Hoping they maintain same standards going forward too.
Courtney Atkinson: Critical:ResponsivenessWe had our home built by Mayberry almost 2 years ago. Very happy with the house, but the AC unit went out and we can't get anyone to respond to our calls. We also have some base board that pulled away from the wall and they still have not been out to fix it.
Russ Davidoski: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
X. RAO: Mayberry is having a construction on a small public easement in between my property and my neighbor's. There is no notice for the construction from Mayberry except for one sent over 2 year ago mentioning the construction. They just started with Township Permit. When the work is being conducted, the equipment are put on the lawn without asking, driveway and public road are blocked showing no planning, noise and bang sound without any considerations for surrounding families, deep holes as hazard to many young kids in the neighborhood, no 6 ft social distancing obviously a MI OHSA violation during pandemic. This is how Mayberry chooses to treat community that they claim they are trying to build and support. Mayberry shows dis-respect and arrogance . Even 1 star is overrated.
iXuPi: My wife and I have been working with Mayberry for about 12 years. We talked with an amazing women named Jodie for our build. She was extremely patient and kind. We met with her a lot over those 12 years and never did she push us to build when we were not ready too. It did take that long for us to pay our debt off and save up but it was WORTH IT. Jodie knew what to look for and made recommendations on the things we were not sure about. She would then explain why so we understood why she recommended those things. During the planning phase there is a LOT of things to go over, but they take care of you to ensure it's not too overwhelming. Jodie was always willing make changes (even when we changed our minds back and forth).During the building portion it was amazing to see how quickly it went. We stopped by the house most days and talked with the sub contractors. Everyone we talked to was very kind and knowledgeable. Our point person on the job was Joe. He knew what was going on and had things planned out for the entire project. If we wanted to change something (and we did a lot, sorry Joe) he had no problem with it. He would then immediately contact the sub contractor to ensure it got done. After the house was complete he asked us for a list of "issues" we noticed and he would get it taken care of. We did a VERY thorough search through the house noting anything no matter how minor. What we found was mostly some paint touch up and only 2 items that needed to get fixed. Now I'm not a picky person but with a new house you expect things to be perfect, and I can say that Mayberry delivers. As far as warranty I can't speak too much as we have only had the house for a few months now. I can't imagine it will be any different that the rest of the Mayberry experience we have had. I would HIGHLY recommend you use Mayberry for your next house.Services:Design,Project management,Paint indoors,Drywall installation,Tile work installation,Exterior painting,Fan installation,Plumbing fixture installation,Flooring,Install flooring,Consultation,Garage design building
Dan Atton: This company does not stand behind there product after the sale, and is horrible to deal with. They do low quality work and have no customer service skills. By far the worst company I have ever felt with. Buyer beware!
Dan: They built a beautiful home and nothing more. They have not followed through hardily any warranty items. The last time I asked for the status of my list, they asked me to tell them what warranty items needed to be fixed. I have been in my house almost 2 years and still have not had a one year inspection. I still have leaky gutters, a window that doesn't work, etc. They built a bunch of houses in Wisconsin then fled. They have demonstrated minimal effort to follow through with contractual requirements.
Amy Schaub: We are building a Mayberry on the go home. We have been 100% satisfied with the entire process. From meeting with Sara to design our dream home, to Joe taking our design and coordinating the build process. We are amazed at how quick the house is going up. Our home is about 75% done. So happy to see the finished product! If you are looking to build a home, I highly recommend Mayberry Homes!
Chris Alexander: Michigan crew came to save the day! Fast and efficiently took out the punch list! Problems occurred when warranty items and agreed upon punch list items have not been completed. Builder will attempt to deflect fault instead of taking accountability and timely repairs or replacement. We are forced to file suit against them to get recourse which never should happen from reputable builders.
Kevin Jasonowicz: Positive:Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueMayberry Homes met all of our expectations and we are very happy with the end product! The Process was well refined and the Mayberry Team was great to work with. Overall, we would highly recommend Mayberry for all prospective Home Buyers!
Cindy Reichert-Brooks: We built in summer of 2017. Our home was an off-site build, not in a Mayberry community. From the first day we met with Mayberry to the day we got the keys to our house the experience was phenomenal. We worked with Jodie Unkovich, Gary Winstead and David Mittleman mostly. All three have been so responsive to anything we have needed and continue to be responsive 2 years later. The quality of our home is top notch and exactly what we were going for. It allows our family of 5 high efficiency, the layout just makes so much sense. We spend far less time maintaining our home than we did in our previous home. The timeline we were given during our building process was adhered to and there was never any surprises as to what was going on. Essentially there were workers at our home working nearly 7 days per week, sometimes before sun-up and after sundown. Building for our family was a good decision. Building with Mayberry was the BEST decision. It was such as easy process. Highly recommend this building company.
Arielle Abramouski: Positive:Responsiveness,Value
Shari Larson: I recommended this builder to my parents and I am so sorry that I did for their home in Rayner Ponds. Before the moved in, we immediately noticed that a worker stepped in garage floor as well as front porch with footprints in the glazing in cement as well as a gauge in center of the edge of porch. They reported right away and when signing we were assured by Steve Middleton that just to make a list. We were so impressed with him and everyone up to that point. Now dealing with his brother Dave Middleton is a different story! It takes tons of emails and calls with no response. We put this on initial list and even showed them when they came out for inspection. Now Daid is saying that past time for warrant work! If they are footprints fixed in the cement how is that warrant work? It was defective from day one!Buyer beware as we will be filing a complaint with the board of contractors. When buying a brand new home...why do we not deserve a garage floor and porch without footsteps and a gauge?

Very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend using for your next big step in life whether it is buying your first time home, maybe second home or even listing. Thanks again Rayce for all your hard work.
Adriane Lau: We have enjoyed being a part of the RE/MAX brand for over 15 years and enjoy the support that the brand gives our team. Since each office is independently owned and operated and agents are independent contractors, please make sure to research your agent to make sure they will be the perfect fit for your home buying or selling experience!
Rayce OConnell: RE/MAX is the best
Robert Lewis: Critical:ProfessionalismSo many issues added up to one big problem. Realtor needs to know his or hers job. Listing a house and selling a house are two different things. My home didn't sell due to title issues. Bad experience from beginning to end.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Tomie Raines REALTORS®: what do users think?
Kathy Swartzentrover: Tina Hause is an exceptional real estate agent, very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend Tina if you are moving or selling.
Abrahim Abdi: Ibrahim Abdii
Susan Phelps: Mary Jo was a great and informative realtor. Would definitely work with her again. ❤️
Anita Santak Farrar: Big shout out to Elizabeth Fleckenstein. Super professional, always willing to help, and a great communicator. Highly recommended.
Rebecca Kennedy: Very helpful!
Alison Barc: This review is for their title company, not our realtor. The title company failed to retain the proper power of attorney and all forms that needed to be signed when my husband sold his house that he owned with his mom and now our bank won't cash the check. They won't issue a new check saying his name OR his mom, they won't cut the check just in his name so we have nearly 18k in limbo held at the title company for the last TWO months! Everyone from this deal had been paid but us! Go literally anywhere else.
byRaymond Moraniec: Katherine was amazing. She was professional and incredibly detailed in every aspect of our home sale and new home purchase. Katherine was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had about the entire process. It was a pleasure working with her. I strongly recommend her services.
Mahogany Baptiste: Oddie Sira always had my best interest at heart and was always available to me during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and capable during the negotiation process. What I thought was a very difficult sale he made feel like a breeze.
Vicki Mohrmann: We worked with Jesselyn Nelson who worked tirelessly for almost a year finding our perfect home!! Jesselyn was with us thru a the good, bad, ugly and downright disgusting! After a seller backing out 5 days before closing she continued to search for the perfect place for us......all with a smile on her face!! She has been a true joy to meet and know, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone we know!!
Mark Curtis: Katherine Keener was awesome to work with. The very first day I met her I knew she was going to be great agent to work with. She helped me through the whole process of selling my aunt's condo during difficult times. She was patient and understanding through all the setbacks we had getting it ready for sale and she always kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Katherine kept me on track on what needed to be done. When the Condo was ready, she priced the condo perfectly and it sold in one day and over the asking price. She had a plan from the start, she followed through with it me every step of the way. She returned all my phone calls & emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions. She had great suggestions.I would recommend her highly to anybody in the Lansing area that is looking for a real estate agent that really cares about her clients and goes the extra mile for them. She’s a total team player from start to finish and even after. I’m going to miss working with her, she’s the BEST!!!
Elizabeth Falk: I worked with John Esbach who was entirely unprofessional as a buyer’s agent. He did not listen to me throughout the entire transaction, and seemed only to be interested in making the sellers happy. He did not know the protocol for a contract, including the addendum process and the value of negotiation for me, his client. The owner did not respond to my phone calls until the day of closing, after they secured their commission. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional!
Mariah Hill: I had a great experience working with Katherine! Throughout the process, she was always available for any questions I had and guided me through my first home buying experience flawlessly. I would strongly recommend working with Katherine.
leslie vargas: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI highly recommend Katherine to anyone needing to buy a home or sell their home. Katherine recently helped me sell my home and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable and very easy to work with.
Amber Hunsley: Katherine Keener was very knowledgeable in the local market and community and was a pleasure to work with! She made the home buying and selling process extremely easy. Throughout the process, Katherine was able to answer all of our questions and was very timely with her communication. She is kind, very responsive and constantly professional. Highly recommend Katherine!
Ryan Doom: We recently had two transactions with Tomie Raines BHHS. I was selling a house in East Lansing which went extremely well. It was on the market for awhile but we were not in a hurry to sell and ultimately got more than we expected to sell it for when we started this entire process. By using a Tomie Raines agent I probably ended up with 10% more in my pocket at the end of the deal than I initially expected even after all the fees and costs. I used the same agent Lisa Fletcher to purchase my new home. We looked at a lot of homes and put in a handful of offers during the process. Took awhile but we found the right home for us at the right price and couldn't be happier with how it all went.
LeeAnn Kaiser: We loved working with Katherine! She was the perfect combination of professional and genuine. She was attentive, listened to our needs, offered recommendations, and was prepared at every meeting. She was very knowledgeable of our area and I appreciated her comfort and confidence in the selling of our home. Katherine made the selling process fun and enjoyable.
Carolyn Pyret: Katherine sold my house and helped me find my new dream home! Loved working with her!
Paul Schultz: Katherine did an absolute amazing job with the sale of our house. Our property was not typical and we are not experienced in real estate transactions. Katherine helped us figure out what we needed to do every step of the way. Once we listed the property we got an offer immediately. Everything was very smooth and quick...would highly recommended Katherine. She understood the emotional attachment that us alumni had to the property and we thank her for her empathy throughout this process
Blake Ordiway: Looked at a house listed by this agency. Specifically asked if it had lake frontage and was told it did. Showed up to view the house and was informed that it did not have lake frontage and was blantanly lies to about it. Will not do business with a company that lies to get you to view a house. I worked with Dom Lee and he clearly lied to me multiple times about this house.
Dori L Durbin: Do not use the home inspectors recommended by this company. They hired one (we paid for of course) and he missed so many things. He said the house was tip top and he could find nothing wrong. But yet we bought a money pit. Not happy and will not recommend this agency to anyone.
