Hassan Ahmed: Worse ever service have seen it in my entire life. I called them for meditation several time , always ask me to leave voice messages which I did . They never returned call back . For last time I pleased the representative to help me to reach that person who take care of that . She told me I will send you the email with lik and application to fill up , but never get that . Always lie and they are not honest. I never recommend this place to anyone.
Dominic Lee: Critical:Quality,ValueAs a realtor apart of the association, I have yet to understand why our association fees are so high.They are some of the highest in the state, if not the highest, for absolutely no value, aside from MLS access and the "REALTOR" tag. Complete scam .

Amanda Johnson: Beautiful building. I went there for a 3 day training. Everything inside is very nice including the stairway and bathrooms. The only problem we had was that the temperature wasn't monitored very well. It was either warm or cold and no nice in between.
J Jackson: This office is very inadequate.. Their facility lacks the basics, microwave, coffee, and a fridge to store lunches for companies that are here for the week/s at a time. Staff at the front desk may decide to greet you. Not sure how they get the business they do!Well, the rooms for training are nice, the temperature is regulated and not always in your favor, lol

Clay Papoi: Absolute worst experience of my life. After being forced to mediation when sellers failed to disclose zoning and deed restrictions we were told attorneys and realtors would not be involved in the mediation process. Since these are the rules that are clearly stated we didn't bring our attorney or realtor hoping to solve this matter with the sellers without council in their ear. After several complaints to the mediator as opposing council ran the mediation we came to no resolution. Tried to place a complaint with the association and phone calls were not returned. They claim mediation will save you money, we paid another $80 to be intimidated and belittled by opposing council.

While we didn't end up listing because the house we were going to buy ended up having issues, she was amazing - super organized, gave me a list of exactly what to do and how, when our heads were spinning. She is beyond professional, a fierce advocate for her clients, smart, very funny and down to earth. She goes above and beyond to serve her clients, and we highly recommend her.
Kathy Hickner: Rose was incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgable and great at negotiating. We had a wonderful experience working with her to buy in East Lansing (from out of state). I would heartily recommend!
