Gina Rosendall-Saucedo, MS: Very slow response in everything! I was promised that a Ph.D. would review my resume and cover letter, yet there were typos and missed words. When I called to speak with the owner about my displeasure at the empty promises, I was diverted to the person writing my resume and cover letters. I paid for a resume, 2 cover letters, executive bio and reorganization of my LinkedIn account. I am very disappointed in the service and the product. Last night, my husband saw my original resume and new ($800) resume and stated that he would have guessed my resume was the professional product. I have received less traffic with this "new" resume and will be moving everything back to my original product. Waste of money!
