Mark Bradley: Stay away from this Company!! Jessica came to my mom's door and sold her on the ideal on switching from Dish Network to Direct Tv. Jessica sold my poor mother that her bill would go down to $86.00 a month for two years. Jessica CONNED my poor mother. When Everett Communications switched networks there service was horrible. My mother's service didn't work for a month. She had to have Direct Tv come back out after a month of no service. DIRECT TV REP said Everett Communications provided the worst Installation they have ever seen. My Mother's bill ended up being higher than Dish Network. People stay away from Everett Communications & Jessica. This Business is conning Senior Citizens. Everett Communications you should be so ashamed.
Martin Koskella: 5 stars for the new EverNet service and staff. We live in a rural area and have used three other providers with poor streaming capability. Now it seems like I live in Silicon Valley, where this state-of-the-art technology is developed, tested, and deployed.Have been using the new EverNet for two weeks now with flawless performance, and no buffering slowdowns have been encountered with heavy usage in our household.Excellent service guidance was given to setup my WiFi connected equipment: TV, printers, etc..The personnel have been competent, fast, and friendly.As a retired computer design engineer, I am impressed with the performance, hardware design, and quality of the high end router I chose to use.Congratulations and thank you for resolving our rural location internet issues we have had since moving to up north Michigan six years ago.Martin Koskella,Michigan Technological University Alumni, 1977, Department of Electrical Engineering

Edward Lewis: New to wifi. New to Evernet. It works. It works much better than the dish on my roof, where I had to patch holes from the lag bolts. A guy stopped here first, but I remembered Jessica, she was cute lol. She sold me on this idea. She allowed me to call her any day of the week, any time of the day to discuss this before I committed to it. I've had issues with it, but they fixed my issues. Anyone living in country or even in the sticks should try this. You have nothing to lose and will only be sorry you didn't do it sooner. Amber and Karen can hook you up from their office, and their technicians can can fix any issues if you ever have one. It's not lightning fast, but fast enough to satisfy your needs.
NITSUD 1111: Do not use this company if you like to do business with forthright people. They use deceptive language to make you feel like you are getting a 7 day free trial when in fact you are not. When their internet didn't work at my residence I called to cancel it within the 7 day period they mentioned and the response I received was terrible. Amber was the name of the person who answered. She talked to me with severe disrespect and refused to refund my money. She used gotcha tactics and tried to tell me she was recording our conversation and that she has me agreeing to be billed for canceling. I asked her if that really is the type of company she represents. One that uses false promises to deceive their customers into signing a contract they don't understand and when their very product dosen't work they charge you over $300 as a fee. My only option now is to sue this company for their shady practices as I have no recorse left. I called the salesman whose name was Jessica Castillo who promised me a quick resolution to this situation but I still haven't even been contacted. You think the owner would want to avoid all this negative attention and a court case over such a petty issue however business must be good ripping people off en masse like I suspect they do.
Donna Rasmussen: I'm a new customer with Everett Communications LLC and their new EverNet internet system is fantastic. After 2-1/2 years with satellite based internet, this new tower based internet is a total upgrade for us. I've had the internet for just a little over a week. In this short amount of time I've been able to cancel my satellite based internet and my DirectTV! Once again we are a streaming family. Prior to my new internet, I had been unable to stream anything on my smart TV. Now I can stream movies through any streaming platform. Everett not only has fantastic internet, they also have a wonderful staff. I've spoken with several people getting my internet set up, and they have all been friendly and knowledgeable. A big THANK YOU to Jessica for bringing me this gem, Karen and Amber in the office - and Josh? (I think) for giving me phone support when I had questions.
Frank Krug: DO NOT Deal with this company. I was sold on their service, sent a modem and told I had a 7 day trial. I could not get good service. I contacted the salesperson via email and text to try to resolve. I notified them I was only in town for a short period to resolve and got no response from sales or support. I called and they agreed to credit the $265 modem deposit and cancel service. I returned the modem and Still have not been credited and have been charged again for service this month, when I'm not even using it. I called again to resolve and told I was being charged an early termination fee. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told everyone was gone for a week. This is not a professional organization. There is no contract in writing, everything they told me is in writing and they had no right to retain my credit card number and issue recurring charges without my permission. Worst service ever! DO NOT EVER USE.
Josh Obert: Recently signed up with Everett internet for my house in very remote farm country. I have had countless other internet providers and am only able to get around 3-9mbps with others and I am very glad to say Everett has been not only cheaper but much better! Usual speeds range from 20mbps-35 and even 40 at times. Also huge also Karen at Everett has been a major help and super awesome personal and professional! Can't thank her for all her help or the company. Great job 👍

Robert Meppelink: I live in a rural area, and have never had many options for internet service. For about 5 of the last 7 years, I have used Viasat satellite internet. The best that can be said for Viasat is that it is better than nothing. I recently received a call from Jeff at Everett Communications, informing me as a Viasat customer, that a new internet service was available through Everett. He explained that speeds would be close to Viasat speeds, but with much more generous data allowances, and that the price would be about $30 lower than I was currently paying for Viasat. He said there was no risk, and if the service didn't meet my expectations based on what he told me, I would be issued an immediate refund of the approximately $300 start up cost, which included the first trial month data allowance of 100GB. He told me data plans of 200GB and up were available, and even 300GB would be less than I was currently paying Viasat for 100GB. I told him to go ahead and sign me up. I was sent a modem and a wifi booster, but was unable to get a very good download or upload speed, although the ping was almost 15 times faster than the Viasat ping. Enter Sean, one of Everett's installers, who arrived at my house the next day. Sean clearly was not going to leave until he got me download and upload speeds that met my expectations. The long and the short is that by the time Sean left, I was getting 20 to 30 MB down and 8 to 15 MB up along with pings ranging from 31 ms to 45 ms. If you have suffered with satellite internet any length of time, you know that such numbers yield a much more pleasant web browsing and video streaming experience. My wife does a lot of gardening and health related video streaming on YouTube, and she is much happier with her YouTubing now. I do a lot of tech related reading, and any web browsing is always better with a fast ping. I highly recommend anyone give this a try, and keep in mind that if all of the installers they have are a good as Sean, and I have no reason to think they aren't, they will not rest until you are getting good speeds and fast pings.

Travis R: I truly wish I could give this establishment a negative star. After working with this company for several years and identifying some less than ethical work practices, I was lied to by one of their long time employees about a switch from direct to dish. I informed them to NEVER call me again as a group of 2nd graders with crayons can run a better business. So, what does this company continue to do for the last three years? They continue to call me, and I continue to tell them to take me off of their call list. They can't seem to figure it out, and have admitted that they don't know what else they can do to stop the calls. Sadly, this doesn't surprise me as the the girl amber that is apparently in charge, lacks the ability to figure out how to delete a number from their records. I have received over 20 calls from them since I told them to take me off of their list. Their service technicians are subpar at best, their sales crew is a revolving door of new employees, and their upper management seems to lack the brainpower on basic customer service.
Steve Hilty: This place is a scam. I was promised $200 in visa gift cards to sign up for direct tv in our new home. The cards never came and I kept calling over and over and never got any results. Do not get your tv services from this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would. One star is overrated! I have filed a complaint with the BBB(better business bureau).
Elaine Aemisegger: We used this company several years ago and was extremely happy with them. Unfortunately our recent experience wit then was not as successful. I do not typically post negative reviews and try to work it out with the company. However, they are unwilling to return calls, follow thru on promises and even hang up on me. This is very unfortunate as it used to be a great company to deal with. If you look at their contract it even states "NO verbal promises honored". Makes one wonder why this needs to be on a contract.

Ruthann Thomas: Do not do business with this company! They don’t return your phone calls, and if you are lucky enough to talk to them, they are rude and then say there’s nothing they can do. Even after I cancelled my service they still took money out of my account without my knowledge. When I called they said they will look into it but you never hear back from them. If you want Direct TV or Dish, call the company directly. Do not go thru DSN Satellite!!!
Cheryll Austin: They are a scam. Debbie doesn't return phone calls and always has an attitude. This company installed my dish network. They talked me into a service contract for just under $10 a month. If I had a problem? All I had to do was call them instead of waiting for dish to come out. Apparently Paul tells me they only deal with direct TV now. I had dish send me a new Joey and I called this company to switch out my Joey's. I was informed they don't know how. I have to call Dish. So my question is, why did they keep taking money out of my account for a year and seven months????? I didn't even want to give them 1 star. I seen all the 1 star reviews. How are they still in business. Paul, you owe me a refund.
Tami Wooten: Ordered this. They sent a guy out that can't even install. He kept finding excuses then said he cant crawl around because he has bad sciatic. Install time was a three hour window and he was an hour and a half late with that..I was mad at this point, (he even sat on my coffee table) and asked why they would send someone who can't do it. He left. I called and complained. I told them someone else needed sent. DONT send him. Got it reordered. A few days later, I waited until 445 (2 to 5 install time). Guess who pulls in then backs out and leaves?! You got it. Now noone answers the phone. Phone off hook. Run!

Alyssa Dent: Absolutely do NOT recommend. Once the sales rep make their sale, you can no longer get in contact with them. I have had nothing but issues with every account they opened for me. DirectTV promotions are NOT what they said, the first year does not get rolled forward into the second year. You have to call before your first year is up and see what other promotions are available at that time. Beware of that if you do decide to go with DSN. Their sales reps will tell you anything.
Jim Ward: I just spent about an hour visiting with Scott (manager). Yes i had some concerns over some of the lower ratings. He took the time to own those and explain what actions had been taken to correct. Upon his request i looked at the dates and those primarily older reviews from a store they simply shut down due to issues. I respect both points and look forward to doing business together. Additionally while waiting i was able to observe a customer service professional work with and correct a problematic install courteously, promptly AND proffessionally.

So now I watch on my phone.Dont like it when you record a show , it's hard to go back to live tv to watch a different show.I'm probably going to go back to a different cable company. We were lied to over and over we were told that we would get $100 visa for switching to Dish, never happened we were also told they would shut our service off for direct, never happen so I was paying on two satellites at the same time as of November they said because it was their fault they would pay the bill as of today they still have not paid the bill since November plus the equipment they installed was old and when you call to talk to the owner which is Bruce they said he will not talk to you he does not talk to anyone so looks like I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau.Ok so last night this office called us again. Even tho I told them NOT to ever call here again. So I'm back on review after over a yr. And seeing that they posted "we will get on this and take care of it"....yeah right!!!!.... They never called me nor did they ever take care of this and they posted that a year ago.. don't go here....
