Mark Ganser: Substitute teacher,I substituted for Mrs. Ried, and was very least at first. I took a two day assignment and had no idea this was a school for the mentally handicapped. Immediately when I walked into the building, I was welcomed with a very friendly staff who was very willing to accommodate me and provide me with anything I needed. During my two day stint, I really enjoyed working there. It had its challenges, however, what job doesn't?! I felt that this assignment was challenging and rewarding. For me personally, I felt this was a berthed experience than a typical day in a Lansing school.Overall, my experience was great and I would go back in a heartbeat. Great staff who work together. I rate the experience as a five star because of the warm friendly, accommodating atmosphere

Brendan Price: Bernie is the worst let's be honest. They'll tell you you can't do anything to move forward unless payment is always done exactly on the date. Your education doesn't come first. They'll drop the ball on you too and make it your jobs to fix your education. They didn't put someone I know into externship on time, all a mess up by them not moving her forward cause of payments, and the externship place let her go because of Ross lack of professionalism, and now Ross employees are demanding she call 25 doctors offices everyday until she finds one. Even though that's their job that they didn't do right in the first place. This place is the absolute worst. The staff doesn't care about doing there jobs. Only come here if you want to waste money and get disappointed
Lamar Swanson: My fiance transferred to Ross from a previous school where she was on the presidents list. Now she is getting a C in oneshe class because she was marked down with a 0 for a assignment that was turned in. Not only hit with a 0 but she was marked down a grade for not going above and beyond. If you She was all excited for doing the school's mandatory requirements. You get you grade and that's that; when and if you go above and beyond you get extra credit not penalized for not doing. There's no live Lectures no real communication. She was all excited about school and a new life she was trying to create and now she wants to quit and throw in the towel!!! I thought school was supposed to encourage bright students, I thought school was supposed to nurture higher learning.... not at Ross
Martina Hoffman: I was told I’d be enrolled in a course and become a certified phlebotomist by the end which was a lie. I also joined when I was 18 weeks pregnant and was told I’d have maternity leave and once I got to about 35-36 weeks pregnant I was told if I was off for more than 7 days I would be dropped from the course.
Mrs. Judy: I called about a month ago to get info and set up appt with them to speak with an advisor. Cancelled that appt, and now for several weeks,Olivia and Sasha have been calling me EVERY DAY...sometimes twice a day. Enough is enough.

Samantha Farmer: I love Ross. Im only in my second mod but im learning alot. My instructor is the best. She explains things in a way that even i understand. Its alot of work really fast. And your learning alot FAST. There's some drama with other students but i just stay outta it. Im there for one thing and not that. But it's a good school, DA program is Awesome.

Katherine Willson: The instructors and staff are exceptional and teach above and beyond. Also, if you can get past the drama of classmates (which really wasn't all too bad...just annoying) this is an amazing opportunity where you'll learn a lot and be on the road for success.
Marlette Malone: I don't like pushy people and I don't like to be questioned as if I am a child. A lady called me from Ross yesterday. For 1 she couldn't answer any of my questions. It was like her main concern was to get me in there so she can get the $$$$$ and that's it. Then she wants to get me into the school and talk to someone yesterday. I tell her that won't be convenient for me so she has the nerve to ask me what is stopping me from coming in? The nerve of some people. So I hung up on her and blocked her.I'm not a child and I will not be questioned and talked to as if I am a child. If I tell you that's not a good time leave it at that and find another time that is. So because of her lack of professionalism I will look somewhere else for school.

Brianna Vinson: Highly recommend this program. The instructors are really great working with us, and are extremely helpful. The program goes by really fast but it definitely worth your while.
Jessica Thompson: Ross is a great place to learn. I am in the Medical Assistant program and I am confident I will be able to enter into a position quickly and with confidence in my abilities, because of the training and support I have had with my instructors and career services.
Christina Ferris: I learned so much and was very happy with the program. The only glitch was the kindles, but I am sure that once all the bugs are worked out it will be great!

Alexis Dixon: I don't agree with some of the facilities rules and standards. I also have complications with some of the staff members at the specific location I am at, I will never recommend this place to anybody. There main goal isn't for you to succeed and flourish in the field that would you would like to be in. They will place you at any place that will take you. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I will be taking all my concerns up with the head director to hopefully make a difference for future students.
