Jazz Powell: During my 2 weeks stay at STT. I quickly knew that this company breaks many violations in its own code of conduct company handbook. Kelsey Farley the manager used swear words and only gave me 4 hours of training covering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift I was not trained properly. And for a security guard that’s really undertrained compared to other job codes. This company is really strict and is definitely not a long term job. Kelsey Farley The manager had a sleeve tattoo that broke STT code of conduct rule which is very unprofessional. Don’t expect to be treated fairly here.
