He told me, every six months, pour a gallon of sour, whole milk down the drain, to re-energize the bacteria needed to break down the waste in the septic tank. I highly recommend the service.

Jason Eastman: From the get go this company was excellent. Very easy to schedule online and very quick at getting back to me when I had a question for them. On the day of the appointment I received a text they were on the way, they arrived within the appointment window, and went right to work. Joe, the technician, was very professional and polite. We followed social distancing guidelines when we interacted and he gave me some very good tips about my septic system. Everything was cleaned up and left as is he was never here. That was going to cause some problems for us. Called Sloan after normal business hours and was surprised they even answered much less came out the very next day!! They will be my go-to from here on out for my septic service!

Tony Horn: Came out and cleaned our septic from road. 1500 gallon tank they did great. Had tank lids dug up back in September called wild Sanitation out of Stockbridge. Called on our scheduled date of October 28th, called that morning to cancel schedule because of too much rain and didn't want to leave trenches. Middle of December and still no word from them. Called Sloan Septic guys and within 2 weeks they came out and they stuck to the plan. I will never do business with companies that can't keep their scheduled promise. When I called at 12:30 to inquire, I was told I had been moved to the bottom of the list and they had no idea when they would be able to come. Would have been nice if they would have contacted me to let me know. I was told a manager would call but of course they haven't.

Heather Tompkins: This company was recently (5/19) caught dumping waste into local fields. The fields are close to streams used by locals, and with recent rains, will create a run-off of toxic human waste into local water sources. When the company was approached, they were not concerned, but agreed to terminate the employee caught dumping. How many times did dumping happen without being caught, and who told the employee it was fine to dump waste in a field? Living in Charlotte, I am now concerned over the environmental impact this business and their illegal practices have created. I imagine they wouldn’t let their own kids play in human waste, so why are they fine with the communities kids doing so?

Halee Jordan: When we called to request service (for my senior citizen parents), we told them we didn't know where the septic tank was located. They told us there would be an additional $50 fee for them to locate and dig up the tank, and we agreed to pay the additional fee plus the pump service . When they arrived, they weren't able to find the septic tank and charged my father $75 and left! Poor customer service, especially to charge an elderly couple for services they couldn't provide! Would have been more than happy to pay them gas money.... but $75 for someone living on a limited income is rediculous! Now, they have to pay someone else to come do the job this company didn't do.

alex l: last night we called our "usual plumber" for a blocked main sewer line (tree roots) causing basement flooding. he is out of town for the weekend, and referred us to the rooter guy. they responded quickly, and were able to give us a price quote over the phone last night. they were even understanding enough to wait for my call back this morning because we had another service coming out to give a free estimate. not only was the rooter guy 1/3 the cost for the same service, they came out today, were very professional and personable, and completed the job quickly. highly recommended!!!Services:Drain cleaning,Sewer cleaning

Charity Hursey: I can not find the words to express the efficient and professional service we experienced. Rooter guys prices are very reasonable, his work worth every penny and more! He has fixed an issue that several companies were contracted to fix!We kept experiencing stoppage issues ! Our basement would flood with water and sewage- the water would get so high that it would knock out our water heater power! I only express this to illustrate how stressful it made our life with very young children (in any situation plumbing issues are stressful) anywho…several companies under our “home warranty “ would come out at LEAST once a month to “fix “ the issue, We had to pay a costly deductible Every time it rained until our home warranty company (American Home Shield ) suddenly stopped authorizing services. This worked in our favor because we were forced to find another servicer in our area. … we requested services from Rooter Guy Drain Cleaning. Rooter Guy came out in March - OUR BASEMENT HAS NOT FLOODED SINCE HE HAS SERVICED OUR HOME, Even with our recent extremely heavy rain.He was very professional and sanitary (unlike several other companies that serviced our home contracted through our “home warranty”!He has truly fixed an ongoing issues that caused us so much money and stress!If you are experiencing plumbing issues, as a home owner, with a fixed (tight budget) this is your guy !Services:Plumbing leak detection,Plumbing pipe repair

I had been putting off calling anybody about it for weeks because every other plumber I've ever talked to had been condescending, rude and downright unprofessional. My entire opinion changed after calling the Rooter Guy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my 4 year old (who is very curious) and very personable. Beth Christoff: The Schultz crew was here working in development next to my house to resolve a clogged ravine drain that was causing huge issues to 14 mile road and was flooding our property and home. Thank you to the HOA for getting them out to cleanout drain and help get water problem under control. Brian and the team where so professional and you can tell that they really cared that we all were impacted by this issue.
Joshua: I had water backing up in my yard and flooding the back half of it. I tried to get a few local places to come out and check my drain system without much luck. I called Schultz and they came out the next day. They televised my storm drain and found a crushed section of pipe.I was given an on the spot no pressure estimate to fix the drain. They also told me how I could fix it myself if I wanted. After a few days I decided to just have Schultz do the repair, which went well.If you're having drain problems I recommend giving them a call. They gave me upfront estimates which they stuck to, and they got the job done pretty quick.

Jayden O.: One of your drivers today, exiting on exit 106 in grand blanc missed his exit and before he missed he swerved off the exit, a grey semi truck had to swerve behind him to the left and slow down from about 60 to 20-25, including all the cars following the grey semi needless to say your driver almost caused a huge accident and possibly could’ve been a really big pile up.

Above and beyond on grading and putting new gravel on my large driveway/parking area.Rarely do you find this much care about their work and cleanup. No gravel in grass and even removed weeds. Doug Krum: So glad I called Family Grade and Gravel after a frustrating experience with a different company. Mark and Lori graded, leveled and filled 2 bases with limestone for out-buildings being constructed off-site and delivered. I can't say enough good things about the experience. They had both bases completed in one day and worked until dusk to get it done. They responded very quickly to all my texts and phone calls. Great people, easy to work with and fair prices. It's such a relief to know who I'm going to call when I need grading done now. Already planning on having them back for some additional work. Highly recommend.

He was extremely thorough and ended up not only making a return trip to drop more limestone, but also did a lot more excavating and work than initially planned and didn't charge me a cent more than his original estimate. The driveway looks far better than j ever could've imagined so if you are needing your gravel driveway redone, I would definitely recommend him.

He also noticed that we have a water line corrosion issue we will need to watch out for in and showed me where the issue was.
