All of the staff are super friendly!! Mike, the owner, went out of his way for us to get exactly what we wanted on our cart! He has got to be the most patient man that I know. Thank you Mike & Chief Cart for a great experience!BTW: We love our golf cart, and the Grandkids love it even more!! They were able to decorate it for the Bass Lake Festival and ride in the parade, throwing candy to the crowd and having a great time!! We can't wait for warm weather to ride again!

Said my cart was electric but it's gas, replaced brand new parts the was already on there. Called the police on me when I questioned the payment amount of $856.17 said I had to play it if I wanted my cart back. Not to mention when I got my cart back to the campground it won't start. Called them they said your cart has other problems that we didn't fix??? Who does that. I rip off place. I am filling a dispute. So the in a response told lie after lie. My cart did not have wrong parts. The employees were calling us foul names. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. I filed a complaint with the BBB. So I'll let them answer to that. I have receipts all the brand new parts they took off my cart when it wasn't needed. This owner would never return any of the 30+ calls I made to him over the past 3 weeks. I can back up everything I'm claiming here I have pictures and receipts to prove what I say. We never ask him to commit fruad. I'm sure the dispute will settle in our favor he states that we tried to take the cart of the lot without paying for it...that's really funny first were were driving a flatbed tow truck so anyone that knows anything about tow trucks knows you first have to down the bed down and upon arrival to the junk yard place they parked a Hilo right behind the truck and I have pictures prove it.if I could give a minus rating I would

Fortunately for us it was on the way on the way. We loaded up, spent the week at nationals, came back, and they stayed late to make sure that we could turn it in the day that we wanted to. We bought a used gasoline driven golf cart on a private sale and brought it in to Chief Carts to get both immediate work and advise on. It's a good thing we did, too. We knew that the governor and linkage needed immediate attention but there were other things unique to gasoline driven golf carts (but plain to see) that we were unaware of. For example, the engine was 2-cycle rather than 4. We would have been using regular gasoline instead of an oil mix. The technician was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that needed attention such as the nasty looking air filter.They gave impressive attention to the governor linkage adjustment and repair that we had explicitly brought it in for. They spent a lot of time adjusting it for the effect we were looking for.The technician suggested that we consider buying a set of hub caps which we did. The hub caps made a massive difference in the golf cart curbside appeal and didn't cost very much but were of good quality judging from the look and feel.While the work was being done I was keeping a mental note of what to expect the bill would be and estimated it would likely be between $300 to $350. The final tally came in at only $235 out the door.Once again, Chief Cart is your go-to place for any gasoline-electric mobility cart service/parts/purchase, both new and used.
