Libby Ryan: This apartment has some serious issues with maintenance. The staff is nice enough, but they are overworked and there aren’t enough of them to effectively respond to requests. My air conditioner was broken earlier in the summer, however my maintenance request from 3 days ago still hasn’t been answered and it is 80+ degrees in the apartment. Additionally, when my heat broke in the winter it took 2 weeks to fix the problem. In general lots of temporary fixes and things rarely get replaced. The door to the apartment keeps breaking and homeless people will sneak in to the apartment to sleep inside. So much for building security. They lock all residents into an 85 per month internet package as part of the lease but do not honor their end by maintaining an inhabitable place with working appliances.
