If you want to continue you have to go within 4 days to pick up, fill out and bring back paperwork. Since I can't drop everything to take multiple days off work to take a cab to and from that office. I asked if they could mail it to me since my work hours are the same as theirs. her response was not our issue. So since they have no understanding or give any warning about a drastic changes I had to find a new doctor.

Davia Downey: This office's medical records policies are a joke. My family and I are moving out of the area and even though I was told I simply needed to send in a medical release form to the office (which I did). After a follow up call to see where the records were, I was told there was a fee to send them to me. When I inquired about the cost for our families records to be mailed (we are moving out of state), I was told that there wasn't a published fee schedule and that the price would be communicated after they were gathered. Why would my families’ medical records come at a cost to send to me and not to a doctor’s office? Further, why isn't this cost communicated on the medical release form? Mind you, I got my records from New Beginnings OB-GYN and Spectrum Health without this hassle and at no cost to me. One other thing, their fax number never seems to work--it took five tries (one after hours) to send the release form initially.In terms of patient care, in my opinion the doctor appointments are all too brief and much of the conversation is centered around which supplements patients should be taking and increasing Vitamin D intake. I'm not opposed to taking supplements, however, I don't believe they are a necessity for every patient for all ailments. Good record-keeping would eliminate the superfluous discussions at every appointment. My advice would be to seek care elsewhere in the area.

Mommy Lifestyle: They are not good at following up! I called their "after hours" which takes you straight to voicemail by the way, and left a voicemail for Dr. Matusek because I took more vitamin D than what I was supposed to. It's been a month now and still no call back.

Shannon Nobles: While there is typically a wait past your scheduled appointment time it is well worth it for the holistic care and incredible service provided by doctors and nurse practitioner. The service provider is not rushed and takes their time to talk to you about your overall health, how life is going and the effects that can have on how you’re feeling. Highly recommend this practice.

Lydia Tang: Be prepared to wait on hold for 25 minutes or be hung up on. Records are all paper. All tests have to be outsourced. Doctors have limited availability. A very frustrating and disorganized office.

Don Wyper: All of the negative reviews are absolutely correct. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. Dr Matousek refused to help me when I really needed it. I don’t think I’ve ever called and not been immediately put on hold for 10 minutes or longer. Just find another doctors office...all of these other google reviews about the rude staff etc do not lie. I’ll never go back.

Patsy Harden: Dr is very thorough and listens carefully to concerns. I like that they try to understand the source of problems and address the underlying issues rather than just address symptoms with medication.

Mary L. Hanna: GREAT care and compassion from these doctors. Dr. Wendy and Dr. Michelle are amazing, collaborative, and willing to think outside the box. No pill-pushing here! They see you as a whole person, not only as a collection of symptoms. Highly recommend them!

Darienne Branson: Horrible customer service. My mom and I filled out an “application” because we both need a new family doctor. After 3 weeks we called because we still hadn’t heard back so we gave the office a call. Well apparently the doctor doesn’t want to take either of us. She had absolutely no reason but the exact words were “unfortunately it’s just a no.” So if I were you I wouldn’t bother “applying” or I would either leave this office immediately because the reviews before mine aren’t that great either.
