Beats by Citylife Streetsmartentertainment L.L.C: Purchased a preworkout product from them last april with a big order and I took a break had a minor surgery but I go to use the product three days ago and it was expired well before the expiration date of sometime in 2020...so I called the store and basically got the runaround and they claim its past the 30 day period they have for refund ..I didnt even want a refund just a replacement of product since it expired way well before its expiration date..I'm not just a new customer I've spent alot of money with them thru the years...alot of people dont just use stuff they purchase off hand rite away withing 30 days and much as I've brought from CN they should be able to settle something like that with a longtime repeat customer...leads me no choice to take my business elswhere... poor management at this location....

The staff is so friendly and always lead me in the right direction to my fitness goals while keeping me in my budget with their sales. I can also check on my progress with their inbody scale in the store. I always recommend others to come here!

Kevin Zwiker: I have to stop going there because they don’t listen to their customers feedback. If you tell them you want product “x” they’ll try to sell you product “z”. If you say you only need 1 bottle of something they try to pressure-sell you to buy 2 or 3. Instead of letting the customer be right they try to haggle and go to great lengths to prove the customer is always wrong and they always know what you “need” (spoiler alert: it’s usually the Vitamin Shoppe brand they try to ram down your throat). This just wastes the customers time and patience. Wasting someone’s time instead of helping them get what they want is the pinnacle of disrespect. P.S. Respecting the personal space of your customers might be a good idea as well. Just sayin.

Jake Wojciechowski: Manager Diane was extremely rude and aggressive when trying to resolve an issue. Would not honor policy that was stated online for returns. Will be getting supplies elsewhere and referring clients elsewhere as well.

Mitchell Young: I am an extremely consistent customer at this Vitamin Shoppe. I spend a lot of money here. I'm giving a 5 star review for how consistently awesome AJ is at his job. He's knowledgeable, professional, and always cares about the customer. He has been able to clear up any issue I've ever had when ordering online, price matching, or letting me know the best deals going on at the store when I come in. He is someone I would want managing or working for me. The Vitamin Shoppe isn't cheap, and AJ being a staple at this store is a huge reason why I keep coming back and continue to spend a lot of money here. Customer service matters. I hope he is recognized for his work by new management, because I have not experienced the same level of professionalism or customer appreciation with the new manager.

Rose Brown: I went in there to find something a friend recommended to me for cramps but I couldn't remember. So I texted my friend the name of it and by the time we left there we were already 🏠. I will go there next week when we are on that side of town again. I mean the sales lady was very friendly and helpful when we walked in and I told her what I was looking for and she handed me a tube for cramps but that wasn't it. But I thanked her. I have the name of it now and I will go back next week and get it. My friend said it works great for cramps, cause I get them real bad at 🌃. It's not douchey, employees don't get in your face and try to sell you expensive things or look down on you about how much you know. Also, they always have deals going on, especially on clearance.

Craig Jenkins: was charged $140 from the renewal subscription but never received any product nor did it show i even made any purchases in my history on my account. So i tried getting a refund but never received one because i don’t have the physical product to return and it never shows on my account that i even purchased anything. Talked to corporate HR about the situation and it was completely useless and i was told to just check my email within 3 business days i would receive information on what happened and potentially get my money back. NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. So essentially i got robbed 140$.

Aaron Kavanagh: Every time I go into a GNC the people who are there to “help” seem to only want to sell me more than what I’m interested in buying I have made the choice to not go into a GNC store front for a few mounts and 11/24/20 I decided to give them another chance after entering the store I got the typical sale pitch to buy different pre-workout than what I wanted. After giving the salesman 1 word answers to make it apparent I was not interested in buying anything other than the product that I knew worked for me, he proceeded to try and sell me and subscription service that I did not want even after telling the salesman that I was only interested in buying one thing and leaving he proceeded to want to argue with me a PAYING CUSTMER about how if I sine up for a service I would “save money”, I then explained to him that being pushy and asking 20 questions is not a good sales move on his part and is the reason why I stopped coming into GNC in person and he had just solidified the reason why I will just be buying my products on amazon. I believe in supporting local businesses but when a 5 min in and out turns into me having to defend myself as to why I don’t want the 5 different products that there corporate is making them push and turns into a 20 mins ordeal. I will NOT be going back.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about ingredients and the benefits. Once we discovered Wright Nutrition we visit at least once a week for a healthy afternoon snack. Just take a look at the attached picture of the "Beetle Juice" Tea Bomb.This is a new place with potential serving drinks with high nutrition. They are also situated nicely being that they are close to a YMCA.The drink variety is extensive with coffee, teas, and shakes. I have spoken with the owners, and they have further plans to expand on their menu offerings as well. They are determined to deliver the best they can here. The place is clean, orderly, and has nice outdoor seating.
