Avery Nagaj: I could not ask for a better boarding barn to keep my horse at. Sara and Alec do an amazing job running this facility, and they treat their customer's horses like how they would treat their own. I don't think I would ever be comfortable boarding anywhere else because Sara and Alec take such great care of the horses who are here, and I can trust that my boy is in the best of hands.The staff who work here are kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Stalls are always cleaned, the barn is well kept, and there is plenty of space to ride. There is a ton of jump equipment to use as well as barrels, poles, and dressage letters available in the indoor and outdoor arenas. There are also trails to ride on as well as various cross country jumps located in the hayfields for boarders to ride over and jump. The other people who board here are super friendly and make the barn feel like a home away from home for me... so much so that during the summer months when I'm home from college I spend more time out at the barn than at home with my family! Overall, I would highly recommend Sandalwood for any of your horse needs. I couldn't ask for a better place for my horse and me to call home.

Barbara O'Kelly: Sandalwood has done a wondeful job of caring for my mare, now 26 years old, for more than three years. I appreciate the custom feeding, daily turnout, and backing me up to keep an eye on Perky. The large indoor arena allows me to ride in all kinds of weather, and the other friendly boarders make it fun to go to the barn.

Kimberly Lucas: Friendly staff and owners. Excellent, top-notch care of the horses that is nearly impossible to find anywhere else. Correct classical dressage training where the care and wellbeing of the horse always comes first. A great environment that is supportive and friendly no matter what level of training or breed of horse.

Me: I purchased a first lesson for $65 and emailed to set up a date for my daughter to have her lesson. After a week of no answer I called and the phone message said they “remained closed” and to call back at a later date. I really wish I had known they were temporarily or permanently closed before I purchased a $65 lesson. No where on the website or google does it say they’re closed. In fact it says they're open 24/7. I emailed and called to get my money back and still have not received a refund or had any correspondence. Why they are still taking money while closed is beyond me. So please do not purchase anything from their website until they reopen or you’ll be out money like me. Thank goodness I didn’t buy the $100 option. Hopefully this review helps someone.
Wolfi Wonder: I was trying to find a good place to ride and this is literally the best place ever! Sarah is one of the best instructors that I have ever met (albeit the only one I've met but never the less)! I love all of the horses there! All of the horses are super sweet! The chickens occasionally chase me and the cats are super nice! The stuff she also sells/makes are amazing as well! I bought a dreamcatcher that was hanging on her wall and it looks so good! Any way 100/10 as always!

Nylah Louise: I HIGHLY recommend this barn to ANYONE who is looking to learn the basics of riding. If you are looking for a certain discipline, however, we do not have any specific training. The instructor is amazing! She is kind, funny, and patient. She knows how to work with horses, and has a lot of tricks and tips to help you with your equestrian life! We have an amazing system:Un-ions Volunteer workers~ Can't work for lessons until taking 4 payed lessonsMinions~Workers who can work for free lessons. 9 hours of work = 1 lesson. Minions can do volunteer work. Any camps payed for using hours are free, but you have to work the hours back. Etc.Henchmen~Age 16+ people who can work at the barn and earn money.
