Lioness of Judah: Sugar Shack has the worst gluten-free cookies in town. They are grainy and tasteless and they have this aftertaste that is off-putting. I would not walk in to this business and think that you're going to have a wide variety because you don't. The owner used to make gluten-free cupcakes those were delicious however she doesn't sell them on her racks because she claims that she doesn't have enough business for gluten-free desserts. I find that hard to believe since gluten-free and Celiac are prevalent right now and probably always will be because people have food intolerances and food allergies.March 10, 2023 UPDATEA friend of mine ordered from SS and the person who took the order was RUDE. Unfortunately I see they haven't improved their management, employees, or services. GF items are still limited. How disappointing to see they haven't stepped up to be more professional and inclusive.I left the OG review FOUR years ago.

Cirea Strode: Someone sent me some of these cookies for my birthday. They were so delicious, fresh and perfect when heated in the microwave. I have been in person one time and it smells so good. You can smell fresh cookies and cake. I would definitely recommend.

Shaune Parker: The brownies are amazing and the cupcakes are hit or miss. Sometimes they're moist and sometimes so dry you can't eat them. The owner makes it pretty clear you're bothering him and is very ubrupt. I can understand having a bad day, but I've had a few encounters with him and that's just how he is. There are bakeries in the area just as good where I won't leave in a bad mood.

The order I took earlier today was a super heavy order and I was docked on my tip for shopping and delivering 10x 1 gallon milk, 8 big tubes of chocolate chip cookie dough, 4 kiwi packages, 2 blueberry packages, 2 gallon fabulous cleaning liquid, 2 pineapples, and 4 things of organic cucumber packages.

Spookie: Frozen yogurt was great, staff that night was not. Girl at front counter proceeded to tell me they were closing soon (in half an hour) and gave attitude the whole time. As I was leaving the girl said "what no tip?" Why would I want to tip someone who cant even fake being nice to me? Never had issues before but this was bogus..

Kelly Lively: My husband and I adore Sugar Berry!!!! All the employees are so nice. They always offer to let us try different flavors. We tried pistachio last time and it was so good we both got it! The store is always clean from the floor to the topping station. The topping station is always full and the fruit is fresh. It's never been sticky or messy even when they are busy.
