Even the atmosphere is super clean and calming vibes. During the process, he would talk to you about anything if you feel up to and the process would be done by fast. I have request him to do tattoo on this small extremely rare, unique design on my neck and turn out an amazing outcome. I felt extremely comfortable with him. I made a deposit for 1/3 the price of the quoted job. I called to reschedule my appointment and left a voice message.Then the pandemic hit.I followed up with Monica post- pandemic to find they were still open and doing business. I called and they we willing to honor my appointment. I still had the card and proof of deposit. I was told they were booking out 10 weeks.When I emailed monica to request a refund she changed her story and decided that she 'found it in her book where I didnt show so I forfeit my deposit'She also decided that all deposits were non refundable - which is not what Gregg told me who I met and made the original appointment.It's convenient for Monica to decide that I missed an appointment, can't find where I asked to change the appointment, nor take into consideration that a pandemic hit.Go somewhere else. Go somewhere where you can say 'i change my mind if'You didnt lose anything why are you keeping my money?I am sure Monica is making a lot of money of this scam where people didn't make their appointments BECAUSE THERE WAS A PANDEMIC.Go somewhere where the business cares about humans and not scamming and changing the rules.Gregg's a great artist, his business partner is not helping his business.

The shop is always very clean and the staff are very mindful of hygiene, including the front desk. My most recent appointment I intentionally booked with a specific piercer and wasn’t informed that I would be with a different one until I arrived. I’m not sure if this is standard practice for the shop or if the circumstances just didn’t allow me to be contacted beforehand but I strongly considered leaving and would’ve appreciated a call - even if it was 15 minutes before. skylar: I went in to get my nose piercing that i got from a different shop back in. The piercing was one of the corkscrew ones so i could not get it in for the life of me! Stu did the most amazing job trying to help me get it back in! we were unable to get it back in, but Stu could tell i was in pain so he offered me one of the straight nose piercings and it felt so much better! On top of that, he explained how to properly clean in such good detail. Thank you Stu!

Ashley Sajor: I had a great experience. The place is very clean and Renee is very careful with hygiene and cleanliness. She was very patient in allowing me to decide where I wanted my piercings and also allowed me to wait until I didn't feel dizzy anymore after my piercings. One thing I really loved about this place was they gave me a clip on nose ring to see what the placement would look like more realistically than the black dot.

Lily: Fine experience during the piercing; I got two helix piercings done last summer and they were super pricy; was guaranteed that they would heal well and not develop keloids but only one has healed somewhat well (as in, not bleeding or gooey when I replace earring, it does have a keloid) and the other one has two massive keloids on the front and back of my ear, and the hole never healed. Now I don't have a piercing there, I have a huge round lump in the front and back which look awful and will probably never go away. My sister-in-law also got her piercings the same day and had a similar issue which she dealt with last summer but the studio wasn't helpful, just wanted more money to replace the earrings for longer ones. I'm probably going to have to pay to get these surgically removed and treated although keloids always come back. Ugh!

I have never had a tattoo here, so I can't speak to that but I did go twice, each time for a piercing and each time with a friend. This is the best studio I've been to for piercings (I've been to 4). Our piercer Andy and the front of house were all friendly and helpful. Andy explained everything thoroughly, hosted a little Q and A for us beforehand, was careful to line up the piercings well, and demonstrated clean and safe practices.It's true, the prices are not marked visibly (this is pretty standard) but the front of house will add up the jewelry and piercing service cost and let you know your total right away when you ask, before anything is set in stone.Yes, it's a little more expensive, but personally I know I would rather pay for a pleasant, quality experience because I've had some not very good ones.

I had originally schedule an appointment for a consultation with an artist (whom will remain nameless) who's work I thought matched my style well, in September of 22'. the consultation went well, and I put my $50 deposit down, Scheduling the Tattoo appointment to take place in early October. The day before I was to go in to have my Tattoo done by said artists, I received a notifications via text that my appointment had been canceled. I immediately messaged the artist and contacted the shop via phone call, asking why my appointment had been canceled the day before It was scheduled to take place.I told them I had put a deposit down with the artist and to my knowledge the appointment was still on, why was it being canceled without contacting me first. The front desk lady was not forthcoming as to the reason, but mentioned they didn't work their anymore. I was disappointed and sad but I called it a wash and have been looking for another artist since.(in 2023 now) Then about 5 months later, I received an inquiry to my inbox from the artist, asking me if I was interested in having a tattoo done. I told them all the same information I had told them at the consultation appointment. I also asked where they worked. They said Ink Therapy. I explained in brief that my appointment had been canceled in Cctober of 2022 stating that I had made a deposit in September.they informed me that the deposit wasn't valid anymore.I am quite put out by this.I informed them that I find that a dishonest practice due to the fact that the cancelation of my appointment was not my fault. I was not contact by the shop to discuss anything prior to my appointment being canceled, nor by the artist. the appointment was canceled without my authorization or knowledge.I am not pleased with the artist's choice in business practice nor the shop for it's communication skills.Service:Tattoos

I had been here about a year ago to have xanthelasma removed from I eyelid. It was the male dermatologist..I forgot his name. So this time I was with a women doctor and she would not remove them because she didn't feel comfortable. I was in and out in 5 min..literally a waste of time. How is that possible when the other dermatologist was fine with removing it..why not just reschedule me with him. Very upset😡

I always try to get issues resolved before leaving reviews because I know how much reviews matter but they don’t answer their phone and the bills you’ve already paid just go to collections and ruin your credit. I’ve been calling for months and I’ve gotten no help. I paid my bill in person the day of my appointment and I still am receiving collections notices for that same bill months and months and months later.

tmle131: The dermatologist is nice! BUT you will have a hard time contacting this place. I could never reach their staff on my first several phone calls, even before Covid. I left a voicemail requested to be call back but it rarely happened. They give an option of texting their main number but that didn't seem to work either. The time investing in calling them multiple times throughout the day or the next day, is very frustrating, especially if it's regarding urgent matter. This is part of customer service too, so I hope they can improve on this!

The piece I wanted done was a memoriam for my cat that passed away recently and unexpectedly. This cat was my comfort day in and day out, and I knew I wanted to pay tribute to her on my body. So, I called up Kevin. Kevin is a phenomenal artist in every way, shape, and form. This dude has skills. I mean, the tattoo turned out to be even better than I expected. His line work is impeccable, and I would recommend his artistry to anyone. I imagined this tattoo, and he made it even better. Even after I showed him a base photo, he was able to beautifully incorporate things I requested in the tattoo that weren’t portrayed in the photo. But seriously, on top of his incredible skill, the thing that will keep me coming back is how personal he made the experience for me. I walked in, and without a beat, he knew who I was and remembered every aspect of the conversation we had in our phone call a month ago when I made the appointment. Throughout the process, he talked to me and kept me distracted. He made me feel like we were homies rather than someone I met just that day. Overall, he was just awesome. I could not recommend Kevin enough. Losing my cat was one of the hardest experiences I’ve had, but Kevin’s care and kindness in her commemoration certainly helped me in the healing process. 10/10 to an artist whose skill has obviously been carefully crafted but also realizes the impact he can make.
