Emmy Robison: I called to ask whether they performed a service for pet remains and the owner sounded drunk was rude and insulting toward me and insinuated I didn’t like children because I wanted my pet preserved. A simple “Sorry no” would have sufficed. Customer service is not a value with this company.

Tristan Foster: Charlie does an excellent job. I have over 20 deer mounts and multiple species from across the globe done by many taxidermists and Charlie's mounts are in the top tier. He's not cheap but you do pay for what you get. When it comes to taxidermy work you pay for the artistic ability of the artist so if you want a tremendous animal to look at the rest of your life, don't skip with a cheap taxidermist. Charlie has earned the rest of my business with his attention to detail with the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. It always surprises me when hunters can walk into the woods wearing and using a couple thousand dollars worth of gear and then penny pinch on the final step of their trophy to save $200.00.

Lily Ogden: Doug is so professional and does the most beautiful work I have ever seen. Truly an amazing taxidermist.
Tycho Aussie: Doug Aven is a master craftsman who is very good at communicating and working with you. I visited his showroom to see the current works in progress, and we discussed at length the pose for my deer. He even came over to my house to Cape it out and show me how to do it on the future. Very helpful fellow, and cheerful! He's a DNR partner taxidermy meaning that if you take your trophy on a CWD positive zone, he will assist by providing the neurological requirements from your deer to the DNR for you.

Kyle Norden: I have the displeasure of living near this shining example of trailer park refuse. He's either very near sighted or is the originator of tiny phallic energy judging by the way he tailgates literally everyone on the road. The giant logo in the back of the all white lifted business truck slash tiny energy generator is a prime example of the clown you have to deal with.
Pat4135: My brother and I dropped off a skull, was told 4-6 weeks. It has now been 5 months coming up on 5 1/2 months and still nothing. Not only has the time lapsed by almost 5 times the date I was told but when I reached out at about the 3 month mark no response for 3 weeks!!! I’ll be going to an actual taxidermist for all my mount needs from now on because this is ridiculous!
