Woodbridge Treasurer: All Associates are helpful and willing assist, positive, courteous, friendly. Management is always there and willing to go over any questions or concerns that you might have and are willing to resolve it. The people at the Jackson MI, Office Maxx location are a great bunch! They are very helpful and go the extra mile for their customers.

thepersonukno: Apparently they close when they feel like it, here an hour before they close and the doors are locked and no ones in sight, but the open sign is still lit up and all the lights are still on. Had about 6 other people trying to get shopping done as well. Eventually, 2 employees came out to the sales floor, stared at the group of us outside, and walked away ignoring all of us. Love the customer service here, won't be returning for what I needed.
