Kayden Downey: I stepped foot in the store in February chasing a special ring I had my eye on for many months. I found it and for MONTHS I could not get this ring due to some financial constraints however the entire time I worked with the staff in the store Mary helped me through the entire process and guaranteed I would get this ring, I followed her guidance on what needed to happen before I could get this ring and boom, after a few months I scored with an amazing engagement ring for my partner and left happy I put in as much time and energy with Mary as I did, so thank you Mary for all your help!
Antoni Williams: Service was decent as usual. Was supposed to be called back, that didn't happen as usual.

Amber Massie: First time I called, they picked up the phone and hung up. Second time the guy answered the phone very rudely and said “you need to be on hold we’re too busy” with dead silence in the background and left me on hold for 10 minutes until someone else picked up the phone. Awful customer service. I wanted to get the name of the man, but was hung up on AGAIN with no help.
Sean Anderson: Not too bad of an experience. The jewler didn't really show me everything they had in store to offer.. I asked to see Amethysts and a that I needed a nice valentines day gift for my wife.. they showed me everything under $200 and only 4 pieces with Amethysts. They had much much more on display..I felt like I was pointed in a certain direction and that made me not want to purchase much at all after that. I would have spent way more on some nicer pieces.. I suppose they would like me to spend my money elsewhere. The items I did buy are very nice and my wife does like them.
Tammy Atherton: The staff there is awesome always greets you with a smile and helps you with any questions you may have. I love going there due to how they want to make their customers happy. They assisted me picking out a wedding band for my soon to be husband and my engagement ring and band. Can't help but say great things about them!!!!

EL PARAISO STAR A: Well first off I went in wanting to get a small part of my necklace fixed.. It was a long chain necklace with a healing stone at the end.. And when I asked one lady about it another attitude behaving lady budged in the middle n shes all looking at me awkward n weird with her not so friendly look.. To put it in a "decent" way.. I was like y did she hop in the middle when I asked the other lady bt the jewelry fixing issue.. Either way she told me they can't bc they only do sterling silver or. Gold?? Which amazes me as to how jewelry shops here can't fix any kind of broken jewelry n I tried to keep calm with her nt so friendly attitude n while i was walking away she gave me weird looks n I'm sure was talking behind my back.. She had pink highlights.. Not a great behavior for a jewelry store employee @! @! @! Very displeased@😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠👿👺

Jeremy Neybert: I had every intention of this being my last stop at a Kay Jewelers for the rest of my life. Regis was able to change that after 15 mins of conversations with him. Although I may still not agree with all of Kay Jewelers corporate policies, Regis sold me a new ring. I also brought my father in-law back three days later to purchase a new ring.Regis has customer service skills rarely found in the jewelry business. I will be recommended everyone looking to him at the Eastwood store. I think he not only did a great job smoothing a crappy situation over, but made it feel like I was buying from a friend. I just feel like I cant say enough good things about him. Thanks again Regis!

Melinda Smith: I don't usually write reviews but I must warn people about Kay Jewelers. My fiancé, got me a beautiful Leo diamond ring and we sent it out to get sized the following day. They said, it would take two weeks for the sizing which was understandable. After the two weeks, I went to pick up my ring and I noticed multiple big starches on the band. The starches were extremely noticeable and I told the customer service lady. She took a look at my ring and said, "I don't know, what we can do about this. I'll have to let my manager know". First of all, what do you mean, you don't know what to do about it??!? That right there, was the wrong response. I certainly did not do that to my ring. I had to come back in the following day and talk to the manager and she apologized about the scratches. She then said, it would take a week to send it out and get it buffered. It had been a week and I still didn't hear anything from Kay about my ring. I decided to call them, to see where my ring was and they said the scratches did not come out of the band. So, now my band needed to be totally replaced and that was going to take about 2 weeks to do. So, I finally, get to pick up my ring and I'm extremely excited. This entire process, has taken a month to resolve now. As I go to pick up my ring and try it on, my ring is not in my size. So, yet AGAIN my ring has to be sent out and get resized and it's going to take another week. Also, the only thing they have offered us is a gift card for the inconvenience of their mistakes. I am very, unhappy with the way my fiancé have been treated during this entire process.
Breezy Michigan: Poor customer service. I only needed my 6 month inspection and I waited about 30 minutes. I understand busy, but everytime I go in there it is busy--never enough staff. However, when I see people being helped that came in after me, that makes me angry. I may not be buying like the person you skipped over me for, but when I do I will remember the rotten service. This happened 5/6/12 around 12:30/1pm at this branch in Eastwood. There were two women and a man on duty. All three moved like molasses and a couple of them laughing and talking with each other, but the man is the one that skipped me. Kay Jewelers - ever consider a "speed lane" for people who need quick service?
