Jonathon: After spending over 100 dollars just to find out less than ONE HOUR after buying a 50 dollar vape battery and wasting another 50 trying to get it to work cause I was misinformed by multiple employees at this store and they would not work with me in anyway and being very disrespectful not taking ownership that they were at faultDONT GO HERE 4 SURE ! ! !I know I wont be.

Jamie Rademacher: Puff Puff is my LAST choice option for smoke shops in Lansing. The last 2 Breeze Plus’ I bought (which were $4 more than other places, but since they were the only place open after 9pm I gave them a shot) tasted burnt immediately out of the packaging, and last night my girlfriend went in at 9:30pm to buy a Breeze Pro (which she normally gets from Wildside for $13, it was $18 at Puff Puff) was spitting large amounts of juice right out of the packaging, so she went in today with her receipt to try to either exchange it or possibly get a discount off of a different vapor and they flat out said “No, there’s nothing we can do, you would’ve had to come back in last night.” How was she supposed to do that when she didn’t even get home and have a chance to open it til after they closed?? She left the store at 9:30pm and says so on the receipt. It doesn’t make sense. Horrible customer service, way overpriced on all products, and definitely not worth wasting your money on, even if they are open that extra hour at night than everyone else. My advice: wait til the next morning for your go-to shop to open. I’ve only been to this place 3 times and each time it’s been a waste of almost $20, thanks a lot Puff Puff, but I gotta Pass next time.

Alex Domino: I originally bought a battery. It was the wrong size. I came back to exchange for a smaller one. I was told no. I have never had issues before like that, especially being a component that does not touch human orafices. It was not a vape cart. That was the last time i go there. Im out $20 for something that was not the right size. Lost a customer.

Mr. Goldfish: Super friendly staff and the store is very clean. I do wish they carried the tubs of chewing tobacco as I like to buy the kayak and longhorn natural.

Austin Knowles: Was looking to get a nice cigar and it was Sunday and my usual spot was closed. I walk into the cigar room and notice it was as dry as the rest if the store and immediately had my doubts, on top of the odd cigar selection that looks to be weird labels with nice graphics on them. Found a Romeo y Julieta 1875 which I usually enjoy thoroughly but I go to smoke it and taste horrible and dried out due to no humidity in the cigar room. Would only recommend this place if you are a 16 year old looking for someone to sell you an overpriced bong or some swishers.

David Smithkey: Small shop tucked into Lansings south side. I called looking for batteries for a mod I received. The ones from the hardware store didn't fit. The woman at the shop showed me what they had and even let me make sure they fit before I bought them. She also answered my many questions about some of the other products on the shelves. Friendly and informative
