Fan: They dug up my yard without properly repairing it, removed my own markers and did not replace them where they were taken from (after I asked them to do so), and pounded a nail in my driveway, which had been freshly sealed last week. So if you're looking for someone to do carelessly do damage to your property, Kebs is the place to call! Otherwise, I highly recommend trying any other property surveyor. There are many better options in the Lansing area that are also much cheaper.

Becky Cienki: If you're looking for precision and customer service, look elsewhere. We had our property surveyed 2 1/2 years ago by Kebs. Last week they told us they made a mistake in 2015 (having added 10 extra feet on one side of the property). It's hard to believe that a company whose job is to provide accurate measurements can make a mistake that significant and won't provide a discount on the inaccurate surveying.
