Kael Nelson: Was stranded out in Dearborn, called AAA around 1pm, didnt know membership had expired. Paid to get it re-enstated then after they took my money they said I had to wait 3 days to use it for my free tow thats under 100 miles (we were less than 90miles away) And the tow back to Lansing would still be $700 on top of the membership fee I had just paid. I pay them the $60 it takes to put in the request and marked as recieved at 4pm. Our Eta after hours on the phone was 5:33pm. 6pm rolls around still no truck. We call AAA to see whats up and they said the tow company hadn't updated the status yet but couldn't even tell us the name of the company they called. 7pm it's gotten cold and dark so we call again asking for an update they say still no status update from the tow company. This person actually was able to tell us the company they were reaching out to and turns out they are closed on Sundays. We tell them this and the CSR says they needed to talk to their supervisor but will update the priority of our request and will call us back with more info. 8pm we call them to see what more info they have on the truck. Still nothing but say we're free to call and secure our own tow truck and submit the receipt for consideration for a partial refund. Mind you I already paid them the deposit for the tow. And after 7 hours after my initial call they still haven't shown. So I cut my losses and I call Northside they said they can leave within the hour. By 10:20 I see the most beautiful blue tow truck and were welcomed in to the nice warm cab as our driver hooks up our car. Made it back to Lansing by a little past midnight. And ended up only paying 450 instead of the price AAA was asking. Will always use Northside from now onServices:Car towing,Long distance hauling
Terry o'connor: After a long day of work, I started driving home only to find out that someone had slashed my tire. My tags are currently expired (coming in mail) so my insurance couldn’t come help me out. I thought on a Sunday night at 8:45, I was totally screwed. Looked these guys up, Lex was super helpful over the phone, and told me in 15-20 minutes someone would be there to put on my spare. Didn’t get the tow trucker’s name, but he was there in less than ten and in about five minutes he had my tire switched out. Being that flustered and having such a fast change like that for only $60 was such a relief in that moment, I would definitely suggest these guys for any kinda tire swapping that needs to be done.Service:Tire change

Nobody informed me that this company charges $50 a day to keep a junk vehicle. By the time my insurance company informed me that I was being charged daily I had already racked up a $700 bill from this company.Car accidents are bad enough without this company and others like it charging OTA for a bare minimum service.Zero stars if I could 🤬

Reached out to Todd’s towing company to see if they could help me get into my car so I could get the garage open and get into the house. It would have been nice to know immediately as I am a young female waiting in a parking lot by myself and it’s night time. This wasn’t just dangerous for me but also very unprofessional had I not called they would have just left me hanging by myself with no information that nobody was ever on their way. Zero stars from me.

My wife requested to simply have someone call for me and have me get the car, but nope H&H refused.After looking up who towed my car, H&H had the audacity to charge me $296 to release my car. That is straight up theft and ill make sure to sue this company in East Lansing Small Claims Courts once the accident report is released.

Bridget Clements: Worst service ever. I've gone through AAA 2 different times and both times this company came up with some excuse not to tow my vehicle. I called AAA to make sure the company didn't get paid. And sure enough this towing company got paid. They are a scam. You're better off going to a different towing company and actually paying. When AAA used Northside towing, they always were fast and efficient. Lansing towing & recovery is the reason I canceled my AAA membership.
Kathleen Oconnor: I called and they never showed up. I called at 1031pm on 3/17 yes st. Patricks day but was told 45 min to an hour i was there waiting 2 hrs. I call then at 1231 am. and a lady told me she'd call her driver and see have him call me. Nope I waited 20min for a call nothing mind you its cold out and I have my 5yr old in the back sleeping. So I called back 10 times and I was sent straight to voice-mail. Then my boyfriend calls same thing. I called three different numbers they have listed nothing. So I called this morning, I was put on hold and no one came back but wouldn't you know when I got to work magically I call and they answer haha. I ask what happened to my tow last night. Why does it say on Google you close at 11pm because I nevr would have called you. We dont close. Well google says you do. Then she tells me she check the notes to try and figure out why he didn't come. The truck driver lied and told dispatch I didn't answer the phone and that my truck wasn't there yet it was because my boyfriend went over and fixed it this morning. Next time I'll call someone, anyone else. I'd rather spend the extra money to ensure they show up. Very unprofessional and when i called today never did they offer a discount just to set up another tow. I'm straight what a joke of a tow company. Smh do better.

Ryan Cooke: Shady practice! They are leaving a bate car in a parking lot that recently “overnight” has become no parking . The community in old town has had access to parking using this lot for 15+ years. They drive around the block hourly waiting for people to fall for their scam. They are rude to the people that get scammed by their practice. And then demand $250 cash only!!!!!
Julia Derke: They towed me because I don’t see the sign saying no parking, yes I know my fault but to charge 250 for less than an hour is out rages! And it was only towed about a mile in a half. The driver who towed my car was rude and would not give the address where the business was. I would never recommend them! So glad we warned the other owners of the two vehicles that was parked there too! Them losing all that money made me feel better!

Lynan Brown: Blue flat bed on northbound M37 today. I was driving wirg my tosslee. I switched lanes using my blinker, he was behind me and did not use his but tried to get over quicker than I did and constantly BLARED his horn behind me (which I admit did NOT encourage me to go faster) then passed me in a "michigan left" turnoff lane and brake checked me before making a right onto Alpine Ave. This is unacceptable and completely unnecessary to be operating a vehicle this size and have such blatant disregard for basic road safety. I will be reporting this with my dashcam footage to the police.
