juliett hawa: Amy and Sam were absolute saints while I was here. Typically don’t make drastic changes to my hair color so I was hesitant going to somewhere new, however the entire location is organised and a very well oiled machine for both the students and the consumer. Would come again and recommend for anyone in the East Lansing area.
Tori Shultz: I had a nail appointment for 8:30, which I was on time to. I filled out the paperwork and then sat down and they informed me my nail tech was running behind; no problem.After about 15 minutes a woman walks up to me and explains that my nail tech has the option to be in anywhere from 8:30-9:30.This is not something they told me could happen when I made the appointment (which is booked for 3 hours already). I canceled my appointment as my time is obviously not valued; I don’t understand why the students are given this flexibility when in the real world you aren’t able to be an hour late to a salon appointment.
Swathi Chitrapu: Angelina is amazing , awesome!!! I went in for a spa pedicure , she is very careful , gentle , patient,. She made sure she wasn’t hurting me- very sweet & professional!!It was fun. Also, the products she used were fresh, minty, heavenly!!!Would 100% recommend Protege to everyone!!
